Service was easy and fast the amenities are not worth it. They charge a resort fee but this $150 fee covers absolutely nothing it says you get a 20 percent discount on select items but the only great thing in the hotel is the forte pizza. The pool is nice. The beach club has a $50 seating minimum. Overall a great experience. I’ll probably try another hotel next time I come to Vegas though.

The hotel was average. The room was a bit like a Premier Inn but not as good as there were no tea or coffee making facilities. Water was provided but only in two very small bottles - apart from being stingy this uses a lot of plastic, why can't water be provided in a large glass bottle or have places where you can refill your water in the hotel? I had to move rooms - I was in 20777 Canyon Tower and the fire alarm had a green flashing light which lit up the whole room and kept me awake, it was also cold in the room, I tried turning up the thermostat but it didn't help, and then the light on that kept going on and off too. It would have been nice if there were extra blankets in the rooms. There was also chewing gum in the bathroom bin making me unsure of how clean everything was. The second room 20877 was fine, no flashing light, clean, and warm (photos are of this rooms bathroom). The hotel staff were friendly and moved me with no problem. Also, bear in mind the hotel is close to the airport and the planes are very loud, not the best for a good nights sleep. The Kitchen did a good breakfast.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There's no one next door until 3 a.m. and the TV is playing, so it's hard to sleep. They gave me a connect room, which means there is a door between rooms. If there is a TV or other sounds next door, it will be very noisy. The hotel has a huge problem with arranging rooms. Choose carefully!!!

Room is spacious nice, bed is comfy. Aircon seemed old. There was some burning smell from aircon at certain point during our stay, especially after on aircon fan to max level for a few hours.

We stayed at Virgin hotel twice on two different buildings and we had such great experience. The rooms are clean and spacious with smart lights and beautiful interiors.

The room was very dirty and the housekeeping did a really bad job. They did not change the bedsheet for new guests after the prior guest left. They never cleaned the bathroom or vacuumed the carpet.

My main issue was that there was no tea or coffee in the room so you arrive tired and if you want a tea/coffee you have to go straight back out again. Or do without. There was a Dunkin Donnut at the bottom of the block open limited hours for tea but you had to keep an eye as some made it with milk, some didnt. Not consistent service. Tea/coffee in the room is the most important thing after wifi so my 5 days was very uncomfortable. There was also a mini bar that automatically billed you if you moved any of the stuff when you put your own items in. The plug sockets were also awkward if you had to use an international adapter so you dont have use of all. Food all highly expensive but tasty. I also didnt like that it was a hugely long walk from the entrance of the hotel to my block as I was carrying work equipment and cases/carry ons. The room and hotel were fine otherwise. Its the tea/cofee and being placed out back when you have tons of luggage for work.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff are also kind and nice. Although it is a little far from the main street, it is in a calm and nice location.

Hotel was okay, just that we got a room that was really far away from the lift lobby. Free parking available though it was slightly dodgy.

It was a nice hotel. The rooms were beautifully set up. The resort was beautiful too but the fee is a bit high conpared to the amenities there. Most of them are paid.

This was our second stay at Virgin Hotels. The room was spotless, shower and bed excellent. The ****** doesn’t seem to get overly crowded and the best part was the lack of smoke in the hotel. We’ll return again.

A nice, comfortable hotel with in 25 minutes walk of The Las Vegas ***** near Planet Hollywood. Easy check in and check out. 2 small bottles of water provided in the room each day. The King size bed is so comfortable and there are lots of usb slots and power points in the room.

Great stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. Nice welcome when we arrived. Oscar was very attentive, informative and showed passion in his role to ensure we felt valued. When we arrived at the room, we were very surprised at the quality. Nice big room with a couch, comfy King bed, big bathroom and shower with good pressure. Concierge was very helpful too with sites to visit. Great 180’ views, looking over the airport to the *****. Short 10min walk to *****, close to a CVS store. This was my 2nd time staying at Virgin hotels (other was NY) both sites I recommend. Enjoyed my stay, and felt welcome at each site.

It’s quite dirty with a lot of hair (both humans and animals) on the chair and couch. Bed is comfortable. I wouldnt book it if it wasnt because of the free parking
