I booked this hotel. I was very surprised when I woke up the following day, I had several bites on my body, palms, legs, body and it was very itchy. As I need to check out the room quickly so I checked out from the room tv. I did not inform the hotel about the matter. Initially, I thought it was mosquitoes bites but later when I saw the pharmacy, they informed it was bed bites. I was rather shocked and disappointed, the hotel that I had booked have bed bites……

I was with 3 family members and a friend. We traveled from Ohio to see the Browns play the Raiders. We were impressed with hot big this resort was, and all of the amenities of our hotel. It was nice to be able to cook food, have a large refrigerator, make our own coffee, and wash our clothes before we went home. The resort has 5 pools, which I did not expect. This was a very good deal, and a great location.

The room is cheap and clean, everything run pretty efficiently. Rooms are clearly greared to keep you in the ****** but lack of even a hot water kettle or fridge was pretty annoying. Everything at check-in was automated so service is kinda non-existent.

Over it’s nice because of its location and pricing as compared to other hotels !
If they ask for a upgrade stating that rooms are old and not been renovated from 30 years then don’t do that
We stayed in one of the old rooms and it was not bad at all!

I love this place. Close to everything. Easy to travel with bus and walking distance to every places. However no drinking water were provided in the room. What more tea or coffee. They charge resort tax, but the resort was closed.

The location is very accessible to nearby sites. Room are spacious and pretty decent. We just had hard time at first because our keycard didn’t work and we have to go down again and line up to update it.

Ellis Island - a better motel with an attached ****** (and the cheapest steaks in town). Rooms are clean and have everything you need for a short stay (2 days). It's about a 15-minute walk to the ***** and the Sphere. The pool is ”gifted” - if you want to hang out by the pool, you should book somewhere else. Definitely recommended for a short stay. Tip: Room prices drop significantly on the planned date of your stay, so it's best to book at short notice. Note: the resort fee is payable separately on site and is now a whopping $40 - per night!

Location and price would be the only reasons I would recommend this hotel to others. The amenities were average. Staff service was average. Wifi only restricted to a number of devices. Couldn’t connect to multiple devices. The water pressure in the shower was bad. Poor guest behaviours. Poor soundproofing in the room. Bad smoking smell in the whole hotel including the lobby, hallway, and in our room as some other guests decided to smoke in their rooms. Would not stay again for our family.

The staff there did their best to accommodate at every angle although the pool was not open and some of the small shops are not open they still did their best to accommodate.

Very Good
NNickHsu1214It is our number one hotel in Vegas!!!
The hotel is very new and it has everything we needed👍🏻 The ice rink was also very pretty, we enjoyed a lot 😍 The room was absolutely perfect, with a very comfy bed and super clean!!!
We loved it! We will definitely coming back next time💯💯💯💯💯
GGuest UserAn excellent hotel conveniently located along the ***** with many restaurants just across the road. You can shop in Ross Dress for Less, go to M&Ms, find a food court and many more nearby. Overall, this is an excellent and reasonable priced hotel and strongly recommended for families.
NNickHsu1214Although the hotel is kind of far from the *****, but the place was cozy and the bed was comfy👍🏻
The staff on the counter and in the ****** were very friendly!! We liked it overall☺️☺️☺️
GGuest UserStayed here for new years for 5 days. Room itself was fine. View and location is top notch. Right infront of monorail so commute to ***** is very good. View was breathtaking aswell especially at new years. Amenities were non existent. No microwave, no COFFEE MAKER, no nothing. Was the room clean. YES. Was the bathroom clean Kinda but was missing drawer handles with the shower head just poking out of the ceiling. Lobby is great and ****** aswell as Sportsbook is top notch. Overall it was alright. Just a little neglected and run down. But still worth the stay for the view and comfy beds.
AAmerican solo travelerThe good: fresh crisp bright white linens, the buffet, the customer service, pool, parking facility with active security presence
The bad: bathroom cleanliness upon arrival (better after first day room freshen up, though), the elevators (stayed in Purple Elevator section… 2 didn’t work, the two that did were shaky and took forever), no in room refrigerator, phone didn’t work,
Overall good stay. Would return
GGuest UserGreat location on the *****. Like how it’s linked to walk to other hotels & the monorail is handy, cuts out a little walking time!
Check in easy & staff very helpful. They even checked the notes sent to them via a third party for requests & were very accommodating with that.
One downer was the luggage storage after check out. Only one person doing it all which was ridiculous for a busy weekend, therefore creating a long queue & wait time!
GGuest UserNice hotel, especially since some of it has been renovated recently. Our room (2 queen beds deluxe) was one of the newly renovated rooms which was very nice. Could've used a slightly deeper clean, but for a hotel it was pretty nice.
For service, it's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at the front desk or in the hotel. Luckily you can check in and check out on the tablets next to the check in desk so you don't even have to talk to anyone, but the ability to have human contact is pretty important for me, whether I need to use it or not.
The pool was recently reopened before our stay and was very nice. The pool hours were pretty short, 10-4, for a beautiful weekend in March when it's 80 degrees outside. For such a nice pool I feel like the hours should be much longer when it's nice and light out until 8pm or so.
GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice and had a good location, the problem was that I couldn't use the hair dryer because the electrical connection was damaged (it had signs that something burned) and for safety reasons from a fire I couldn't connect anything, but I had a concert and I couldn't do my hair 😔 the bathroom faucet couldn't be closed and the whole night it was leaking water, very sad so much waste of water, I told the cleaning people, but they only said to close it tightly But I'm sure that wasn't the problem, and the electrical connection, which had already been reported but had not been fixed🤷🏻♀️these problems are a priority in my opinion, and apparently the hotel doesn't care Even though I have such prestige, my stay was frustrating. I really hope that someone from the administration reads this comment and does something. My room was 309 on the 5th floor. Thank you
SSashaThis is my second time booking this hotel because we had so much fun the first time we booked. I booked for 3 people this time, and my mom had a wonderful experience!
She was very pleased with how large the room was. She got her own bed, the TV was large, and she had plenty of room to do her activities without bumping into me and my husband. She felt so comfortable. My only issue with the place is not all of them are updated, so the bathroom is a little bit older, but nothing to gripe about. I love the couch by the window.
There are few things to do outside the hotel, but you will need to travel at least 10-15 minutes if you want to get to the *****. It is an off-the-strip ******, so account for time it takes for you to get to your destination. Overall, I will always book this place whenever I went to stay in Vegas for cheaper.
GGuest UserHit up this hotel in Vegas that’s pretty easy on the wallet and in a solid spot, just a 10-minute stroll from all the big shows at MGM Grand. Felt totally safe around there, even when stepping out at 5 AM for day trips, way before sunrise.
But, just a heads-up, during my week’s stay, housekeeping only swung by once, and they were kinda skimpy on the water, only two small bottles provided. Ended up feeling under the weather one day, stuck in my room feeling rough. Had to ask the staff for more water the next day, and they were super cool about it, hooking me up with five bottles right away.
