the shower was not draining properly. I called the “Guest Service” on the room phone but nobody answered. I hung up and called room service they answered and told me to dial 99 for “Front desk” again no answer. After a nice while of it ringing I decided to just go down stairs. The gentlemen was nice and professional but it ended there as the room had a shower drain issue that they could not resolve. I was given two options change into a non connected room or just use the shower in the connected room I had. Well what’s the point of paying for two rooms if I have to stand in line to use the shower next door? I paid to have a connected because I have a child staying in the connecting room. Anyway, The room felt musty like the AC was not up to standard, I’ve stayed here every time I fly out early for the past 7 years, but I am seeing the standard drop, as so should it’s 4 star rating…. FYI it’s room 4140 if anyone is wondering what room it is. At least that way you know the need to shut off the shower every 10 seconds to let the water drain to prevent a flood. I paid for two connecting rooms I guess I should have requested that they had two connecting working showers as well.

The room is very clean and warm, with complete facilities, beautiful view outside the window, rich breakfast with a wide variety, and very good services. In particular, the Chinese girl at the check-in front desk is so heartwarming🥰... The foreign language service is also very user-friendly. Great👍👍If you come to Stuttgart, you must stay here!

Excellent stay, clean, quiet and elegant hotel, great location, 5 minutes driving from Stuttgart airport, Supermarket Lidl is at just 2 minutes walking. Spacious room with a comfortable king size bed and a minibar. You can enjoy every evening the steam bath, Finnish sauna and the fitness room at the 4th floor. Secured underground parking for 15 Euro/day. Internet connection is OK. Breakfast is perfect, cold and hot food, fruits and many drinks to choose from, all what you want you're going to find it for sure. Very convenient to start at 06:00 AM. Very friendly, smiley and helpful staff. Don't hesitate to stay there, you will not be disappointed. Highly appreciated.

Really cannot say that the place flashed me. Location is very convenient close to the airport, fairground and some business districts. Building is new and interiors are contemporary. Difficult to find via GPS because Bertha-Benz-Platz is apparently not listed in any GPS, so you need to enter Dieselstrasse. Room had an AC and a small kitchenette. So far so good. After asking for housekeeping, I was told that housekeeping is only done once in a week. Breakfast buffet was only refilled upon request and rather unmotivated. The lock of my room door was not locking so I asked for a repair, but nobody really bothered.

Good located if visit any congress in Stuttgart or if arrive late at Stuttgart Airport, just few mins walk from the airport. BUT unfortunately for me it was a disappointment. I was there two days after the auto Interior congress, and even I’m Accor gold member there was nothing prepared. I arrived late and expected to get everything ready as most Accor hotels I visited, but not the case. I asked for upgrade the room as hotel was empty (congress was finished) there was declined because according to the front desk, the supervisor reviewed and blocked the bookings, if this supervisor reviewed the bookings, why did not prepare the room (including a potential upgrade) and all related to the expected visit? I was totally disappointed.

Accor's hotels are only a few kilometers from the airport. It is preferable only in case of morning departure or for needs linked to the Stockard fair, consider that the center from here is reached in half an hour of car. The staff is comfortable and the spartan and essential rooms, but clean and functional. I didn't like it was the absence of a coffee or tea boiler in the room. Another thing I found too much is the cost of parking, given that the hotel is located in a place where you can not get without cars and there are still a lot of places. If you don't want to spend too much breakfast just walking out of the hotel there is a beautiful coffee shop just next to the supermarket that opens at 6 a.m.

We had a very nice and enjoyable experience! Spacious and very clean rooms, recently renovated in a very good location close to the airport. I spent two weeks working in this tree. I found myself very good, a new, modern hotel with an industrial style. I don't put the maximum of the score because he doesn't have the box in his room,I have to keep his clothes in his bag for two weeks; and he doesn't have the restaurant. Breakfast is very plenty and varied,Every day things different.The staff is kind and speaks a good English

Very friendly reception. Although the hotel has the charm early days, but just with charm. Otherwise it is more modernly furnished than it can expect from outside, with clean rooms, with flat screen and quite comfortable bed. A water bottle stood on the table. The bathroom is clean, has a shower. The day starts very relaxed, the staff in the breakfast room is quite friendly and supports this. The selection is ok. Very good price performance ratio, like again!
