I stayed here for three nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment I walked in, the vibe felt calm, modern, and tucked away, exactly what you want from a boutique stay in the middle of Chengdu. What I loved most was the view, especially at night. Watching the city lights reflect off the river felt like having my own private slice of Chengdu. It’s the kind of view that makes you pause, breathe, and realize you’re somewhere special. The room itself was cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The little touches made the stay feel more personal, way better than the big chains. I only wished my room had a heated toilet seat, which I have grown accustomed to at other hotels in China. And the location? Perfect. Taikoo Li, Hejiangting, and all the fun areas were within easy reach, but the hotel still felt peaceful and hidden away from the noise. If you want a stay that gives you comfort, aesthetics, privacy, and beautiful nighttime views, The Hidden House is an easy yes. I would absolutely stay here again.

Facilities: So-so. There's an indoor staircase I've never seen before, it looks just like a basement. WiFi and 5G signals are poor. Cleanliness: Average. Environment: Convenient for dining nearby, very close to Chunxi Road. Service: Decent. Overall, it's acceptable.

My stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Road Taikoo Li was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive; they even proactively helped with my luggage as soon as I got out of the car, making me feel right at home. The hand-drawn guide from the concierge was such a thoughtful touch, clearly marking all the popular spots for dining, entertainment, and shopping, which made my trip to Chengdu so much smoother. The laundry and ironing service was excellent – I dropped off my clothes in the afternoon and they were returned before bedtime, perfectly neat and tidy. This is incredibly practical for someone who travels frequently for business. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. From the service and location to the facilities, everything was impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu and will recommend it to everyone I know!

Xiao Dan at the front desk checked in quickly and gave away toys for the children. The facilities and equipment in the room were relatively complete and the room was large. I would also like to thank the lobby manager and Xiao Zhang Xiaoye. This time, because the children were participating in a competition in the morning, they extended our check-out time to 2 o'clock. It was very user-friendly and nice! Breakfast is also good, very rich

The room was impressively spacious and clean ~25-30m2 which is worth-the-price! The location is just a short walk away from the bustling Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it easy to wander around. Plus, there are numerous local restaurants, convenient store nearby. The staff was also supportive 🩵🫶🏻

The hotel is right next to Lidui Park Station and the Dujiangyan Scenic Area, and considering the price, it offers excellent value for money. There are many interesting little gadgets in the hotel. For example, the card key sensors in the room doors and elevators are different from the usual touch sensors. There's also a bendable desk lamp, and a water heater socket that's almost integrated with the tray and already plugged in. These details can be quite surprising. Another unusual design in the room is that the shower and toilet share a single door. I'll leave it up to you to decide whether that's a pro or a con. However, the room does lack some basic amenities. Besides the limited number of power outlets (the most important being that there's only one by the bedside), I couldn't find a master switch in the room. This meant I had to turn off each light individually at night. Also, no matter how many times I pressed the hand soap dispenser in the toilet, absolutely no foam or soap came out. Finally, the windows. Although the room has a screen window to keep out mosquitoes, when I went to close the window, I found several bugs piled up on the outer pane of glass outside the screen. Additionally, due to the room's location, there were many insects flying around outside the window. This means that if I wanted to close the main window, I'd have to open the screen, which would almost certainly let bugs fly in, somewhat affecting the overall stay.

Very nice room! Stylish decoration! Too bad I forgot to take the picture so I can only share with you the picture of the area outside the hotel. The two staff are very friendly!! Service was very good!! My friend and I enjoyed the stay and we will surely stay here again if we are back in Leshan. Highly recommended!!

Imagine being able to lie in your room and watch the sunrise and sunset over Mount Siguniang, capturing incredibly clear photos with just your phone. What more could you ask for? Well, there's actually more! The room amenities are thoughtfully chosen: a Marshall speaker, a Dyson hairdryer (though I didn't dare wash my hair to use it), and all the furniture is quite upscale. The 270-degree window offers Mount Siguniang's gaze on one side and the companionship of the forest on the other (I imagine the colors change with each season). What more could you ask for? And yes, there's even more. The service here is exceptional. All the staff, both the young ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly warm and welcoming, always smiling, and greeting you with genuine care. When I ran out of water, they brought me some in the middle of the night. When I experienced altitude sickness, they immediately brought me glucose water and an oxygen tank. There's a shuttle bus service to and from Changping Valley Tourist Center, and we didn't have to touch our luggage at all. Interestingly, we stayed at hotels belonging to the same group for our two nights in Shuangqiao Valley and Changping Valley. First, we were woken by a dream, then we gazed at the starry sky. It feels like fate, and it also shows that our taste in hotels is consistently good. We'll definitely be back next time.

I have stayed at Hyatt Place Nanchong nearly 10 times, so I will write an objective review. Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet. Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Now many five-star hotels have ignored this step. In addition, Xiao Zhou, a colleague at the front desk, patiently helped me use Tianfutong to handle the matter when I forgot to bring my ID card. Then there was no network, and he patiently waited for me to use my ID card photo. He smiled throughout the process without any impatience. Thank you for making me like Hyatt Place even better. Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables. Walking distance to Chunxi Road which is a plus point for tourists. Directly opposite a shopping mall with McDonalds, Starbucks etc. The room is spacious - large bathroom, closet and sufficient space for luggage. There is 1 free afternoon tea & laundry service. Both ends at 5pm but you can diy your own laundry after 5pm. Laundry room has washers and dryers and is just next to the gym. We liked our stay and extended for another night.
