They proactively helped us with our luggage and patiently introduced us to local eateries and attractions, making us feel completely at ease. Our king room was exceptionally spacious and bright, with the sunlight streaming in – it was absolutely delightful. The bed was just the right firmness, instantly relieving our travel fatigue, and we slept soundly through the night. The room amenities were comprehensive, and the toiletries were all brand-name, which was reassuring to use. The bathroom was so clean it shined, with not a hint of odor. The hotel breakfast offered a fantastic variety, from Chinese congee, noodles, and dim sum to Western bread and coffee, and it all tasted great. It was lovely to have a hearty meal before heading out to explore. What truly surprised us was the hotel's location. It's just a five-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to scenic spots and shopping areas. At check-out, the staff thoughtfully presented us with a small souvenir, which was a very sweet gesture! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I've already recommended it to my friends. It's excellent value for money – you can't go wrong with this choice!

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. Overall, my stay was comfortable, and the room layout was very practical. The front desk staff were warm and attentive during check-out, and the housekeeping lady kept the room spotless; she even greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths in the hallway. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious food, and the noodle station chef was genuinely friendly and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Urumqi.

There are many eateries around but we didnt get the chance to experience as we were always out and about. Highlight of this hotel is its laundry service, the hotel lady would kindly oversee the laundry and send it to our room. We have been to quite a number of atour hotels, but this one in Yining, rise up to another level.

This hotel is located in the Ancient City Homestay Collection, near the North Gate of Kashgar's Old City, making it super convenient to explore both the Old City and the nearby downtown area! You can spot the Kunlun Tower right outside the hotel, and there are plenty of photo ops right at the entrance. The hotel facilities are brand new, and there's a smart assistant (Xiao Du) for in-room control! Kashgar is quite dry, so it was a thoughtful touch that the rooms came equipped with humidifiers. The mini-fridge also had complimentary drinks and snacks! They even gave us a small gift when we checked out! For guests looking to switch things up, the hotel's in-house Cantonese restaurant is a great option. Downstairs, there's a Peet's Coffee, and next door you'll find Luckin Coffee and Cha Ballet. Plus, Liberation North Road, with even more dining choices, is just a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend staying at Yifei when you visit Kashgar!

Arriving late at night in winter and being able to go straight to the hotel from the airport without stepping outside was incredibly convenient. It saved us from having to pack an extra set of clothes (which for a family of four is a lot! 😂). The other facilities were also great, meeting both the price and our expectations. A pleasant surprise was the wide variety of delivery food available, and the taste was super good! I'll definitely keep choosing this place in the future. Here's a tip: If you've got a car parked at the hotel, don't be shy – just drive slowly towards the main gate and it will open automatically. 😂 One thing to note is that the underfloor heating is incredibly warm, very warm... Even among all the places we stayed during our two-week trip with central heating, theirs was the hottest. This made the air really dry. The humidifier provided was quite mini, so I'd suggest upgrading it. For someone from the south, this kind of dry heat is really hard to get used to. 😂 Lacking self-help solutions for this only adds to the hassle for both guests and staff. I truly hope the tourism industry in Xinjiang continues to thrive!

The guest room was an absolute highlight – the layout was well-thought-out, and attention to detail shone through everywhere. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The smart lighting control system was convenient and easy to adjust to my preferences. The overall cleanliness was impeccable; all fixtures looked brand new, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. The soundproofing was excellent, guaranteeing a peaceful interior, a rare find when balancing tranquility with a central location.

The hotel facilities are complete. Xiaoman and Xiaona at the front desk are warm, attentive, and meticulous in their work. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is a good mix of Chinese and Western options and is very generous. There is also free parking. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the city center opposite a shopping district. Very satisfied! They gave us two Pull Tab coffee vouchers, which were quite good.

Great location. Walking distance to the modern CC Mall, plenty of food options and convenience store next door. There’s a spa inside the hotel for those after a long day of travel. Rooms condition is great, clean bed, decent pillows and mattresses. Minimalist but have everything you need. Only downside is the heater could be very very hot. Even if you turn into AC, it’s still warm air. Otherwise everything perfect!

I was in Altay for a business trip, and I wasn't thrilled with the hotel my partner booked. So I switched to this one, and I definitely made the right choice. I absolutely loved the hotel's vibe. It seemed like a lot of ski enthusiasts were staying here. It's quite new, and the layout is exactly to my liking. The breakfast was truly excellent. They had rice noodles, which I, a 'southern big potato,' love, and also regular noodles. The laundry room wasn't crowded, and there was a lovely lady in the lobby – she was so beautiful! It seems attractive people gravitate towards attractive hotels. They also have their own coffee bar, and the in-room capsule coffee machine was my absolute favorite. The location is super convenient, right on the main street in the city center, with snowy landscapes on both sides. There are various restaurants right outside the main entrance. The room was spacious enough to fit most ski equipment. It's clear they really understand the ski market. They also offer airport pickup, which is a huge plus. I'll definitely bring my family here next time, and I want to stay in a duplex!
