Soundproofing of room is quite bad, walls are awfully thin. Location is strategic but there are better hotels than this one.

I stayed at this hotel for two days, and here are a few honest observations for your reference: 1. Parking is extremely inconvenient. There aren't enough spaces, and the entrance/exit shares a single narrow lane. I'd advise anyone driving to seriously reconsider. 2. The room was generally clean, but the bedsheets and pillowcases had noticeable stains. If you're particular about hygiene, I suggest bringing your own pillowcases and sheets. Aside from these two points, everything else was pretty good. The front desk staff was very friendly and quick to accommodate my needs, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere.

I arrived at the hotel early and asked for an early check-in, but they said it wasn't possible and I'd have to wait until 3 PM. I guess they were just following policy. The breakfast was okay, enough to fill you up, with lots of fried items, but it wasn't particularly varied or extensive.

Check in was fast. Staff was friendly and polite. Room was clean. Love staying at the said hotel.

Great location, and the room was quite spacious. Unfortunately, when showering, the water drained very slowly, causing puddles everywhere.

Overall, it's really great. Clean, good location, and excellent service. The only thing is that the AC wasn't cold enough for me, as I prefer to sleep with the temperature at a maximum of 22 degrees.

Prime location in the city center with rooftop swimming pool. The view is really nice since it pretty high. The room is great, nice bed, enough walking space and the bathroom is good perfect for family of 3. Didn't try the breakfast, but the hotel area is pretty much surrounded by many viral, well known resto so gofood is super easy. A perfect hotel for your family holiday in Bandung.

Overall the stay was alright. The room was a bit loud due to the road.

Things to note 1. Parking and valet management is concerning. Should wait 20mins++ to enter the lobby area before dropping for valet. No information provided from the parking staff, making us waiting in the car unknowingly 2. Hot water is not working properly. Place the water knob on the middle, but the water is changing rapidly from cold water then suddenly very hot water then cold again, and keep changing. Making less comfortable for bath 3. No shower door. Causing water to splash everywhere 4. Hand soap is not refilled 5. Other is okay and room is in good conditions and room is clean.

Really lovely hotel to stay in, super clean, lovely staff and great facilities. Only thing I would say is that it claims to offer 24hr spa services however they stopped at 11pm.

11th floor room is noisy from some kind of generator. Need to ask them to turn off at night but it is on again in the morning. The shower tap is loose & water is not strong. TV channels have some missing signals.
