Mercure Bandung City Centre Reviews

My room was great, with a nice view and a delicious breakfast. It was clean, and the international sockets were a convenient touch. However, my little brother had an issue with the air conditioning in his room—it wasn't cooling at all. He reported the problem to the front desk, and they came to check but claimed that this was the normal temperature for all rooms. Yet, my room was cold, and his was hot! Despite asking for a room change, they didn't offer any alternatives. As a result, he ended up sleeping in my room since it was cooler. We paid for two rooms but only used one, which was disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this 4-star hotel due to poor service.

Rooftop infinite pool has beautiful view of city n mountains. Location strategic, cafes nearby and the hotel spa 24 hrs.

The room was superb, big n comfortable 1125. Lobby was modern n chic. Lifts were extremely slow n only two for so many people. We had to take drinking water from the corridor because of the hotel green initiative but they should have left us a container 🫙. The water pressure was really bad n hot water was very unstable making my showering each time a bad experience. Service was warm n welcoming each day

At the location downtown, such convenience to hangout anywhere popular places of downtown Bandung! Awesome!

It is a beautiful hotel, but the room didn't had everything we wanted. The shower was leaking and didn’t came a lot of water out. We did tell the staff, they said they will send an technic, but it never solved and we didn’t hear anything about it anymore. Also it changed a lot from really hot and really cold. Also the elevators work really bad. You must often wait very long before you’re on your own floor if you’re with other people in the elevator. It goes through every floor and there is not chronologic order. Also no option to go by stairs. Laundry service was really good!

Hotel is clean and spacious the staff there are very helpful and friendly The location is good there are a lot of street food cafe and warong near the hotel You can see the sun rise and sun set at the roof top Live singer at the roof top and also bbq

Nice hotel. Clean. Breakfast have a lot of choice. Pool also nice. Location middle of town and easy access. Room clean everyday. Will come again

based on my children observation, everything is fine except for bathroom amenities.. such as shower cap, face towels are not provided

I have stayed in Mercure Bandung for 2days in Bandung, all the good impression for the hotel staff and great service, I will choose to stay in the same for next step, especially I lost things in hotel and Arif concierge helps lots and send back to the desired location with much more patience with the client like this. thanks all the team

just for a night weekend getaway. strategic location and everythinf was fine.

location is good, close to the walking street but expect traffic jam the surrounding. hotel services is satisfying, staffs are friendly. hotel hygiene is satisfying. The car parking is seriously in shortage. causing inconvenient to the hotel customer. Elevators are not enough and the speed is too slow. All-in-all is recommended for short stay, long stay is not recommended.

Loved the hotel. Great location and easily accessible. Will come again
