From the moment i arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The check-in was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast was also really good — fresh, varied, and well presented. Great coffee, too!

I received a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room. The only downside was that the bin hadn't been cleared and still contained some rubbish. Everything else was top-notch! Gym was decent.

It’s not bed but the toilet and the bathroom use one slide door so when you want to close too door in a same time it can’t especially in the family room , other items was quiet alright ! I hope your managing will solve this problem. Thanks!

Absolutely, this is a great hotel with heartwarming service. They upgraded the room to a higher category and sent me a cake to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Of course, I will book again.

Nice hotel, warm staff, will stage again

It was our best trip to complete 2023. And This is a fantastic good hotel Atour in huadu if you intend to visit Sanac for skii experience.although it may not have any nearby amenities but calling a transport is not an issue.the hotel is superb clean and with light supper, laundry n breakfast was fantastic too. We had 3nites family room 1918 v v good n spacious. Special thanks to recept team everyone was v friendly esp. Mr turtle & Ms Ning #1020 for our transports booking ( unless you having local num. For didi subscrption) alway gave us a friendly smile. We will surely return n recommend you to visit. See you again soon! Kudos pls keep up your team spirit well done. Love you peeps!

Very nice room and service

A bit far away but the breakfast had quite the variety. Room was large and clean. Building is a little dated, but didnt qffect overall experience. Recommend you take cab to this location.

The staff were really friendly and happy to help with all our inquiries. Stayed here for a few days and we had lovely sleep because the bed and pillows were really high quality. I highly recommend this hotel for any one staying in Huadu. We use again in the further.
