Is located 15 minutes walk from the city center (cathedral). Space to park free nearby, 24 hours check-in. The room is clean, not the biggest and no compliment water but overall is ok. Mattres is nice and have central heating for winter and AC for summer.

Buen hotel cerca de la Estación de tren, lo cual resultó muy cómodo. Personal muy amable.

Mala experiencia. Cuidado con los objetos que dejas en la mesa de la habitación, porque te los pueden tirar a la basura y sin responsabilidad. En mi caso, han tirado una férula dental, que era un tratamiento médico caro, y no dan ninguna solución.

Excellent sense of service and nice customer care; The location in the city is perfect, you can access to the main places in Leon in 15 minutes walking. No need to wait to get a positive answer to your request. I strongly reccomend. Un pelegrino

The hotel seems nice when you enter but when leaving the ground floor all is really old and my room was awful. It was a single room and it was way to small. Even the bathroom was really uncomfortable. To close the door you had to change the place of the bin, when seated in the toilet the knees were touching the tub (and I and not tall at all). The room was in the second floor facing the back and the window was to a small closed space with no ventilation. There was always a strange smell that was really noticeable when entering the room. On the plus side, the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was standard. The staff did not seem really nice or proficient (specially when approached in English).

The hotel is very convenient to the center easily reachable on foot if you want to walk. Dated rooms and bathrooms still with the tub, in our toilet that leaked. Terrible dinner I imagine they use catering, the second completely cold. Kind and helpful staff. Average breakfast.

The worst hotel we stayed in during this holiday in Spain: smelly rooms, not very clean, everything was awful. Bathtub with a shower curtain, but we didn't use it. We stayed only one night, the last stop on our tour of northern Spain, before going to Madrid airport and returning home. We were so tired that we didn't consider moving to another hotel. Breakfast not worthy of the cost (10 euros) plates, glasses and dishes badly washed. I showed the glass with orange juice residue and the greasy plate to the very kind lady who was in the breakfast room, and she was ashamed herself. After noticing that everything was greasy and badly washed, she went to the back and brought me back the washed plate, cutlery and glass. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel, I advise the Management to start the renovation works, because the hotel is in a good location (near the train station and near the center.

Llegamos el 24 de abril,. Nada más llegar a la recepción nos dimos cuenta que al reservar una triple reservamos para cuatro,no nos dió ni la opción de poder modificar la reserva. Subimos a la habitación y una habitación de los años 70, muebles muy antiguos y encima vista aún patio de vecinos si por qué los que teníamos enfrente era un bloque de pisos que se compartía patio,el aire ni funcionaba ni estaba el mando.,cortinas rotas,,gracias por los bombones y la botella grande de agua caliente. El baño lo dejamos limpio si estaba la verdad,pero la mampara se iba para los lados y muy antiguo. A la noche se pidió en recepción que estaba el mismo ,si tenía o vendía una botella de agua fría y nos dice que tenemos en la esquina una tienda de 24 horas abierta .

Hotel sin más. Tres días de estancia, tres días sin wifi, ni se molestaron en darme solución. El agua llegaba sin potencia con lo cual a ducharse como se pueda. Desayuno normalito a veces no había de alguna cosa y ni se molestaban en reponer con RAPIDEZ. O sea para no repetir, le pongo un dos porque la cama era cómoda

Todo lo principal excepcional. Ubicación excelente. Muy limpio , el desayuno buffet excelente y el personal muy amable. Quizá por ponerte una pega, que se ha quedado un poco anticuado, pero en una balanza todo lo bueno dicho anteriormente hace que el resto quede en una anécdota.
