The bedding is not comfortable and not clean, I found myself sleeping with hair / hair and fluff all over the duvet and on the mattress. Also, I didn't have a pillowcase. It seemed to us that check out could be done until noon, yet we were woken up at 10 a.m. to clean the room, a little confused on this point. On the other hand, the staff is rather pleasant and the hotel is very well located.

Very friendly staff even in the early morning. On the other hand the window had remained open so when we arrived at 6am it was freezing And the ladder to go up to bed is really not well placed if you are a somewhat strong and old adult

When we arrived, reception asked us to pay €56.78 Pretending that my bank details were just a guarantee. I show my reservation indicating amount paid €64.22 Then I return to reception convinced that I have already been charged. Sorry we made a mistake, give me your RIB to be refunded €56.78. So I'm waiting for this refund, which is less than my original payment. I had asked for a room with 2 beds but there were none left when I arrived. I await your feedback and the announced refund. Pleasant set not noisy pleasant staff can one more towel would not be negligible

Although the room is small it is still nice and clean. The bed very comfortable. The staff very friendly and always smiling. I go back every time I travel and I'm always pleasantly welcomed.

Fair price, general services generally good, hotel very easy to access and well located (by car!) in relation to the various points of interest around. Soundproofing rather good and fortunately because a poorly sealed disgusting plate in the nearby street created an annoying noise.
