優點：房間不錯，洗衣機和烘乾機非常非常好用，加濕器也好用，窗簾遮光，拖鞋、牙膏質量都好，提供早餐，位置距離西藏博物館、羅布林卡都衹有兩公里左右，三晚有兩晚都給我們安排了衞生間乾濕分離的房間。 缺點：製氧機有一晚打不開，床頭的總控一關不光是燈，所有制氧機、加濕器、空調就都關了，這個要提醒旅客注意一下。電視有一晚的也打不開，顯示續費到期什麼，就是連不上網，直播投屏都不行。 監控死角非常多，入住人的訊息登記也不完善。因為有陌生男性半夜敲開門，並探頭探腦，“問裏面沒別人了吧”。我們和朋友去查監控，因為監控死角沒拍到，至今不知道那人是誰，也不知道住在哪個房間。酒店剛開始處理問題態度也比較敷衍迴避，後面承諾會增設監控，也進行了一些彌補。

本來定的雙人房。後面有事，不能住就改成單間。想着洗個澡就行。結果過去發現單間是公浴。老闆們人很好，聽我們説就洗個澡，給我們換了個大床房。其他都挺好的，就是那間房的廁所暖燈開不了，洗澡有點冷。其他還行。

You put a bunch of clothes in and you come out with dry clothes, but it takes a long time. There are three fully automatic washing machines in the laundry room. I didn't go for breakfast. It costs 40 yuan per person and the quality should be good. The front desk service is very warm and thoughtful, and the room attendants are meticulous in their hygiene, which is worthy of praise.
