The room was clean and the environment was good, the only drawback was the oxygen supply. The description said it was diffused, but around 7 pm, only a very weak oxygen supply was being produced. I initially thought it was a problem with the equipment, but after contacting the front desk, a security guard said that all the rooms were like that, without any adjustment. I had previously stayed at three different hotels, and all of them had adjustable oxygen supply. Especially at Pingcuo Kang Sang, I slept soundly through the night; their medical-grade oxygen supply was the most satisfying I experienced during my five-day trip to Tibet. A good night's sleep is really important. This night, I woke up with a headache at 3 am, and my blood oxygen level on my wristband had dropped to around 80%, so I had to use bottled oxygen myself. Even though I specifically chose an oxygen-supplied room, it didn't achieve the desired effect.
Very ******* style hotel, because the first day to step Lhasa, the front table sister was very kind, afraid of our high anti-help to help us move luggage to the hotel front table, the overall feeling is also good.I missed clothes also helped me send back to I.The service is very good and very kind
Wow, this hotel is very good. Everything is very convenient. In particular, they provide a lot of free services. I will stay in their hotel next time. Everything is really good. The front desk service is very attentive and considerate. They will solve any problem as soon as possible and take the initiative to help us. The room aunt greeted and bowed when she saw us. It was very good. She also helped us to send to the Civil Aviation Administration today.
Self-driving Tibet tour, to Lhasa for the second night, chose Shigatse Hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. The front desk clerk was very good, added a small butler, responsive. It was the iron dumpling garbage downstairs at night, making a harsh sound, the workers kept talking loudly, until almost 10 o'clock. I couldn't bear it. I reacted to the little housekeeper, and then the garbage truck drove away. This kind of work is already done during the day, and the arrangement is unreasonable until the evening, without considering the feelings of the guests.
Facilities: The infrastructure is very OK, the price is very high in the same price configuration in Lhasa, there is free parking, you can be the first choice during business trips!
Hygienic: clean and tidy, no dust and hair are seen, and there is no smell in the room!
Environment: Very close to the Potala Palace and Baguo Street, there is no need to transfer to the bus stop downstairs, there are supermarkets and many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat and go shopping, and you can also experience Tibetan food!
Service: The front desk lady is very enthusiastic, and the emotional value is always in place, which makes me and my colleagues feel more emotional and happy!

The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get around by public transport or on foot, and it's easy to pop back for a rest. That's why I extended my stay by two more days. The complimentary foot bath service is a great touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What truly stands out is the free luggage storage for guests checking out for a few days – it's easy, safe, and a real lifesaver.

My stay at the Shuwang Oxygen View Hotel was a perfect experience. The hotel is very close to Potala Palace, making it super convenient to walk everywhere. They have 24-hour diffused oxygen supply throughout the entire hotel, which really helped counteract altitude sickness, and I slept very soundly at night. The environment was clean and tidy, and the staff were attentive and thoughtful. Overall, it's great value for money and the best choice for accommodation in Lhasa.

The hygiene and facilities met Huazhu's standards as always. However, the front desk and restaurant staff did not meet expectations (for example, the restaurant staff seemed to be afraid of the cold and did not check breakfast vouchers at the entrance; when we asked for vouchers, they didn't look up and were constantly playing on their phones; even though the room number was clearly marked on the voucher, we had to say it ourselves, which made me have to check the Huazhu mini-program). Furthermore, the biggest problem was the shower temperature control in the bathroom – either scalding hot or freezing cold, with no temperature gradient, making showering impossible; and the overhead shower was terrible, scattering water everywhere except on the skin.

Due to an unexpected situation, I had to stay at this hotel for one night, but I really loved it. To paraphrase a popular saying: even an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari! It's a long-established hotel with an excellent location—all within a 10-minute walk to the square, Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and the airport bus station. Yet, it's also very quiet at night, which is perfect! The service was also standard star-rated hotel service—warm and welcoming, without the lazy atmosphere of some older hotels. I sincerely hope they maintain this! The room furniture was a bit dated, but the materials were really good and sturdy! The bedding was incredibly comfortable, something you can't find in budget hotels! In Lhasa, a food wasteland, the hotel's Chinese restaurant was a delight. The 88 RMB Medog stone pot chicken set meal for one person was the most satisfying meal I had during my week in Lhasa! The waitress was very helpful and attentive; thank you!! In short, next time I come, I'll stay for several more nights!! However, the room phone seemed to be malfunctioning. Following the instructions on the table, I dialed the front desk, but the automated voice said: ”I don't have this dialing function; please check it!” The hotel's large air conditioner lacks usage instructions; hopefully, this can be improved! However, this minor flaw doesn't detract from the overall excellence of the hotel.
