Guest UserThis homestay really exceeded expectations, the decoration style is elegant and beautiful, the facilities are complete, and the bedding is soft and sleeps particularly peaceful. The surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable, and it is particularly healing from the hustle and bustle. The landlord is kind and easy-going, and the answer is very intimate. 1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends.
2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large.
3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway.
4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent.
5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

Guest UserChoosing the Spring and Autumn Oxygen Hotel for my Lhasa trip was definitely the right decision; the overall experience completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent central location, just a 10-minute walk from Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street. This means no long commutes for sightseeing and pilgrimages. The surrounding area is packed with ******* restaurants and outdoor shops, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient.
The hotel's overall atmosphere is tranquil and elegant, offering a peaceful escape amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, featuring wooden floors and minimalist ******* soft furnishings that create a warm and relaxing ambiance. The amenities are comprehensive: all rooms have 24-hour diffused oxygen supply and humidifiers with adjustable oxygen flow. They even thoughtfully provide nasal cannulas and oximeters, perfectly addressing the challenges of high-altitude hypoxia and dryness. The bathroom is designed with a wet/dry separation, offering stable hot water all day. Tea sets, charging facilities, and high-quality toiletries are also fully equipped, showing great attention to detail.
Cleanliness is absolutely impeccable. Guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are meticulously cleaned at regular intervals daily. The bedding is soft and odor-free, and there's no dust or stains on surfaces or corners; the bathroom is dry and spotless. From its prime location and comfortable living environment to its complete amenities and strict cleaning protocols, every aspect provides peace of mind. It's perfectly suitable for both solo travelers and those traveling with companions. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Jokhang Temple and Jokhang Temple, just a few minutes' walk away. It is very close to the Potala Palace, and there is a large shopping mall on the way to the Potala Palace. The only regret is that the hotel itself does not have a parking lot, and friends who drive can only find a parking lot nearby.
Environment: It has local folk characteristics, there is a laundry room on the top floor, and you can see the Potala Palace😊
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Facilities: Retro, with a humidifier.
Service: Very good, and a small gift was given when checking out🎁

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. There was no breakfast, but upon entering, saffron tea was offered. We got a free upgrade to a one-bedroom suite with two large, comfortable beds. When a room became available in the middle of the night, they also provided us with an oxygen concentrator, which allowed us to sleep with the door closed. The service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable.

I saw this inn online and got rave reviews, so I came here to experience it this time. The boss greeted me warmly when I arrived. He helped me move my suitcase to the fourth floor as soon as I arrived. He also helped me move my suitcase down when I left. What a nice boss!
The inn as a whole is really ”accented” in Shanghainese, with a ******* atmosphere. The row of prayer wheels at the entrance is very *******, and even the door keys are full of ******* style. The highlight is the rooftop terrace, which overlooks the Bu Palace. The boss has made the terrace into a fun and modern style, making it a good place for young people to gather.
The location of the inn is also very good. It only takes a minute or two to walk to Barkhor Street, Majia Ami, and the Jokhang Temple. Lift your feet down and you will find Jiangsu Road. There are many bus lines on Jiangsu Road, which can basically cover all the scenic spots in Lhasa, and the fare is one yuan.
A very satisfying experience, I will definitely recommend it next time I go to Tibet. Mrs. Mrs. Mrs. is satisfied.

Guest UserMy stay at the InterContinental Lhasa Paradise was an exceptional experience from start to finish. What truly left a lasting impression and deeply moved me was the incredibly thoughtful, warm, and professional service provided by our butler, Dekyi (Nancy). She completely redefined my perception of high-end hotel service, making us feel incredibly warm and cared for in the high-altitude environment of the ******* Plateau.
Even before our official check-in, Dekyi proactively reached out to us with thoughtful communication, meticulously inquiring about our travel times and specific needs for our stay. Given the unique challenges of Lhasa's high altitude, she patiently provided essential advice on traveling, rest, and diet for high-altitude environments. She even adjusted our room's equipment and prepared oxygen facilities in advance, tailored to our situation, to help prevent altitude sickness. By pre-arranging every check-in detail, she ensured we felt completely reassured and cared for even before we arrived.
Upon arrival and during our stay, Dekyi's service continued to be meticulous and attentive in every detail. She was gentle and sincere in her demeanor, yet efficient and reliable in her actions, patiently following up on our experience throughout. She regularly checked on our well-being and meticulously answered all our questions about sightseeing and dining. Whenever we had a request, she was always there to respond immediately and resolve it efficiently and properly. Her service was just right—never intrusive, yet always comprehensive, balancing professionalism with warmth.
In the unfamiliar high-altitude environment, Dekyi, with her twelve years of dedication and passion, provided care that felt like family. There was no perfunctory, by-the-book service, only genuine effort. Every single detail showcased the professional caliber of a high-end butler.
I truly commend Dekyi (Nancy) for her outstanding service! It's because of dedicated, responsible, and warmly enthusiastic staff like her that our stay on the ******* Plateau was so exceptionally fulfilling and heartwarming. The next time I come to Lhasa, the InterContinental Lhasa Paradise will still be my first choice, and I will definitely be looking for Butler Dekyi again!

The hardware environment and decoration are really good, and the breakfast is also decent. It is worthy of an old five-star hotel.
The front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room type, and the accommodation experience was okay.
Although the location is far away from the Potala Palace, it is still very convenient to take a taxi. It is close to large supermarkets, hotels, nightlife areas and hospitals, and the surrounding citywalk is quite comfortable.
