"The first hotel I stayed in Lhasa after entering Tibet. I had booked and changed the booking before, and finally chose this one. As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, the security guard quickly came to take my luggage. Because I had severe altitude sickness when I arrived in Lhasa by train that afternoon, I went to the hospital for oxygen before going to the hotel, so someone helped me with my luggage. I am very grateful. The hotel’s housekeeper Xiao Pu also helped me with my luggage and delivered it to the room. "This is by a long way the best hotel I have stayed in , in Tibet. Love the ”Manor” feel, at the same time homely.
The rose garden which decorates Lakari cafe ia a lovely place to eat, relax, wind down. Food & service excellent. There are in addition two other restaurant on site, serving authentic Chinese & Tibetian food, yum. DURING a qord in the garden, I notice birds churping and hunting worms on the lawn !
Rooms takes on a modern Tibetian style, everything works & impeccably clean.
Staff are v warm, helpful, even helped w my washing, offered to show me around on her day off.

"This is my sixth time in Lhasa. I compared several hotels before coming here and chose this hotel based on cost performance and comfort. The hotel did not disappoint me.
First of all, the hotel is in a great location, just across the road from the park behind the Potala Palace. You can see the Potala Palace from the room, and it's only a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel has its own parking lot, which makes parking convenient.
When you walk into the hotel lobby, there are free hot drinks of Rhodiola rosea and ginger tea. After drinking two cups, all the hardships you have experienced along the way to 318 are melted away.
Bai Ma, the receptionist, speaks softly and has a warm attitude. To be honest, the overall service industry in Lhasa is now at a higher level than that in the mainland.
Butlers will deliver guests and luggage to their rooms, and provide complimentary sweet tea and steam eye masks.

"We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options.
The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again."

GGuest UserI have stayed in chain hotels before when I traveled. This was my first time choosing a B&B. I was really pleasantly surprised. The equipment and facilities of this B&B are top-notch in Lhasa. Each room is equipped with more than 2,000 top-level equipment. Oxygen machine, the oxygen production effect is far superior to ordinary oxygen machines in ordinary B&Bs and hotels. If it is your first time to come to the plateau, you must stay in a room with this kind of oxygen production effect. The air conditioner, humidifier and large-screen projection are even more exciting.
The humanistic care brought by the B&B is unmatched by other hotels. The boss and the landlady are super enthusiastic, and there is also a handsome chef who cooks delicious food. We could also see the Potala Palace and the panoramic view of the surrounding area during the day. You can also take photos of the Sky Mirror on the rooftop (ignore the people and just look at the scenery). The handsome boss gave me delicious tea, and the fairy boss also gave me ******* incense. After watching the night view, I lit a ******* incense in the room. The faint fragrance is very suitable for use before going to bed. Come and stay! Definitely don't step into the trap 😄

It takes a few minutes to walk from Wencheng Princess Theater. The room is the same as the picture. If you don’t want to go out, you can drink tea on the balcony in the afternoon. Firstly, I was too busy to go, and secondly, I should have gone for the photo shoot because I had other things to spend money on. So after discussing with my friends, I gave up. On the last night, I asked the front desk for Rhodiola rosea tea, but it was not delivered. I feel that this 4-star hotel is just so-so.
