GGuest UserThis was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Western Sichuan and Tibet. The Tibetan-style architecture is absolutely beautiful. The dual oxygen supply system, with both diffuse oxygen delivery and an oxygen concentrator, gave us peace of mind for a good night's sleep. The young ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm, professional, and helpful. As soon as we arrived, they kindly offered us Rhodiola hot tea to help with the altitude sickness. The gentleman in the lobby enthusiastically helped us with our luggage to our room and even showed us how to use the oxygen facilities. The hotel also provided a thermos of Rhodiola hot tea for guests, so we could enjoy hot water as soon as we woke up in the morning. They even had a dedicated shuttle to take us to nearby attractions. Overall, the service was absolutely top-notch! The breakfast was rich, varied, and very delicious. After staying two nights in Lhasa and then going to Everest Base Camp by car, we didn't hesitate to book this hotel again upon our return. It was a fantastic stay! Highly recommended!!!

JJonaswqIt's a cute little traditional ******* style hotel that is just a stone throw from Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but has an Indian restaurant downstairs. You can also find plenty of food along the Barkhor Street which is like 2 mins walk away. Potala Palace is also relatively near about 2km away. The hotel also has cute kittens running around.

GGuest User1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends.
2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large.
3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway.
4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent.
5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

It's situated between the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, both about a six to seven-minute walk away. Downstairs, there's a yak hotpot restaurant with the popular internet celebrity, Little Lamu, performing. They also have automatic robots that deliver takeout directly to your room. The hotel has a free parking lot on the -1 floor, which is very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lhasa, it's reliable! [Strong][Strong][Strong]

NNana31I specifically chose to stay at this Tibetan-style hotel, and I absolutely loved it! I'll definitely be back. From the architectural style to the interior decor, everything felt quite luxurious. There's a Tibetan-style courtyard where you can sit, enjoy the hotel's sweet tea, sunbathe, and watch the cats – it's incredibly relaxing.
**Cleanliness:** Excellent.
**Environment:** Located near Barkhor Street, within walking distance of Jokhang Temple and Ramoche Temple. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area. Shopping and dining options nearby are very convenient.
**Service:** The staff attitude was exceptionally good, and the front desk lady was very welcoming. The hotel even provides free brown sugar and Rhodiola rosea granules, which shows great thoughtfulness. My room didn't have an elevator, but the staff were happy to help carry my luggage upstairs.

The hotel features a smart guest room control system with voice control for curtains and lights, and a 24-hour self-service laundry service where you can check the status of laundry on the TV. I booked a twin room, the Hollywood Room, and was able to join the beds with my bestie, which was fantastic!
Transportation is also convenient, with shopping malls, hospitals, and night markets within two kilometers.
The hotel's design incorporates many ******* elements, and the bedding is comfortable and the room is clean and tidy.
The breakfast is varied and includes delicious ******* noodles.

GGuest UserI checked into the hotel on March 28th. I had severe altitude sickness. I saw a reminder on the Ctrip backend that the hotel would start supplying oxygen at 8pm, so I had to buy a few oxygen cylinders myself. There was a problem with the humidifier in the room. The room attendant came in without saying hello, just filled the humidifier with water and left. There was no minimum courtesy or kind reminder to customers about the instructions. There was no training or assessment on weekdays. At 8 o'clock, there was still no oxygen, and my oxygen cylinder had been used up. I called the front desk and she told me that the oxygen supply would start at 8:30. At 8:30, I called her again and she said the technician had gone to open it. At 8:33, she called again and asked me to wait. I arrived directly at 8:37. I questioned the front desk, but they still didn't feel uneasy. I went to the VIP building of Tibet Hotel as a person with altitude sickness. Many other hotels provide oxygen all day long, but they didn't provide oxygen from 8:30 pm to 7 am the next day, which is very unfriendly. I didn't expect that they didn't provide it during the time period and there was no apology. I had a severe headache from altitude sickness and found the front desk to question them. High-quality service should open oxygen for customers in advance and care about their physical condition. This front desk was arrogant and had no sympathy for the customers. Altitude sickness is very dangerous. I accepted such a cold and ruthless service experience of the VIP building of Tibet Hotel when I was extremely uncomfortable. I will never come again! !
