1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends. 2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large. 3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway. 4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent. 5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

This was the most satisfying trip! Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly warm and welcoming, making it feel just like home. I booked one night just to try it out, and ended up extending my stay. The oxygen machine in the room was a lifesaver, really helping with the initial altitude sickness, which was super convenient. Plus, there's a 24-hour self-service laundry room with all the necessary equipment. I'm extremely happy with my stay and highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel environment is elegantly designed, and the lobby is dominated by modern culture and art style; the guest rooms are reasonably laid out, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom facilities are clean and smart. You can see the Potala Palace outside the window. Overall, the price/performance ratio matches the service quality, making it suitable for business travel or leisure vacation.

The space is wide open with plenty of natural light from the large windows. It's fully equipped with everything you need, from a desk for work to a comfy lounge chair, perfect for either business trips or relaxing getaways. The bedding is clean and soft, providing a very comfortable sleep, and the overall cleanliness is impeccable. The facilities are brand new and smart, exceeding my expectations for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip, highly recommended!

The room is clean and tidy, the service attitude is friendly, there is a diffuse/nasal oxygen supply facility. If you need nasal oxygen, it is recommended to bring a nasal oxygen tube. If two people need to breathe at the same time, it is recommended to bring a three-way tube. Sometimes there will be midnight snacks.

The TV design is unique, the reading desk design is novel, the tea set on the tea table is very tasteful, the owner is interested! The bathroom is spacious, bright and comfortable, and the dry and wet areas are designed to be separated easily. There are also drying racks. Breakfast is 7.30-9:30, self-service, eggs, preserved egg porridge, miscellaneous grains, cold dishes, enough to eat. Go early~ The yard is square and convenient for parking. Love the multi-functional room on the third floor, suitable for chatting, gatherings, drinking tea. Love the green plants and the meaty people in the sun! The laundry room and dryer are also on the third floor. After washing the clothes, they are dried directly on the balcony on the third floor. They will be dried soon! Recommend you to come, the price is very good! Located near the Tibet Museum, more than 2 kilometers away from Barkhor Street, the surrounding is not so messy and noisy. I had considered Songtsam too, but common sense told me to be a smart spender. Although the hotel shows its age, its architectural style is grand and refined, revealing luxurious material choices. Time has inevitably left its mark, but a classic car, even when old, is still a classic car. Moreover, service and quality require time to accumulate and withstand market scrutiny. While the Shangri-La may not have many existing locations, it still holds a strong market advantage, and it takes an discerning eye to appreciate it. My butler, Bowen, arranged my room before I even arrived. Looking out the window at the Potala Palace's silhouette in the distance immediately set the mood. He then meticulously delivered on all aspects of my package. I found Bowen to be a man of few words but very steady, highly responsive, and an exceptionally smooth driver. He never asked inappropriate or subjective questions, which I truly appreciated. Over three days, Bowen's accompaniment added a unique dimension to my Lhasa itinerary. Among the few Tibetans I've encountered, he was a definite plus. I sincerely wish him all the best in his work! The Shangri-La in Lhasa lives up to its brand's standards and enhances the reputation of its sister properties. I'm so glad I made the right choice; this will be a memorable and wonderful travel experience.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Although the road at the entrance is a bit narrow and a bit messy due to road construction, the hotel (especially the room) exceeded expectations. If your same-sex friends have severe altitude sickness, you can rent oxygen cylinders and have them delivered to the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel view is also very good. You can see the Potala Palace from the bed, although it is from the back. There is also a super large platform, which should be great for eating and drinking in the summer. There are several small glass rooms on the platform, like a mahjong room.
