The hotel environment is excellent, and it's very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely have stayed a few more days if I hadn't already booked my flight. The hotel activities are also great. However, I was quite disappointed with the front desk service. We had two rooms in our party, and one of them was upgraded, but we weren't informed. When I called the front desk, the first time they said they were busy with check-ins. The second time I called, they told me the room card was incorrect. A little later, they said it was an upgrade. I'm not sure how credible the front desk's statements are. Then, the next day, when I inquired about the deposit refund, they initially told me the deposit for room 501 had been returned. I told them I paid 1000 for both rooms together, and then they said room 507 hadn't been inspected yet. I'm not sure if the hotel front desk has proper systematic training. I booked for one night, and both explanations from the front desk felt deceptive. I hope the hotel can provide more training for their front desk staff. Although the front desk's actions made me uncomfortable, I'm very satisfied with how the hotel manager handled the situation. He went back and forth several times to resolve it for me and kept apologizing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Lhasa next time, but I sincerely hope they can thoroughly and systematically train their front desk staff. After all, it's a high-end hotel, but the front desk's communication style doesn't seem to match that standard.

Recently stayed at the hotel and the overall experience exceeded expectations. First of all, the service is impressive. The front desk reception is warm and professional, the check-in process is efficient, the concierge staff actively assists with luggage, the room service responds quickly, and the attention to detail can be seen. The hotel environment is elegantly designed, and the lobby is dominated by modern culture and art style; the guest rooms are reasonably laid out, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom facilities are clean and smart. You can see the Potala Palace outside the window. Overall, the price/performance ratio matches the service quality, making it suitable for business travel or leisure vacation.

The hotel is located about 30 minutes walk from the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. It is located in the southwest of the Potala Palace. The restaurant on the fifth floor can fully see the Potala Palace. Some rooms on the third and fourth floors can also be seen on the north side. The hotel agreed in advance on the 318 National Road, the front desk clerk knew that he could pick up and drop off the city attractions for free once. I asked if the Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace were good for parking. I didn't tell us that the hotel had a free pick-up service. I also blamed myself for not remembering the order service. There is an underground parking lot. Between the two bridges, you must turn right to cross the bridge or cross the bridge. The two-lane road is half occupied and not obvious. Everything else is OK.

The hotel is located in the center of Lhasa, 2-3 kilometers away from the Potala Palace. The road outside the door is a bit congested due to recent road construction. The breakfast is OK, the price/performance ratio is OK, it is worth recommending.

It's fully equipped with everything you need, from a desk for work to a comfy lounge chair, perfect for either business trips or relaxing getaways. The bedding is clean and soft, providing a very comfortable sleep, and the overall cleanliness is impeccable. The facilities are brand new and smart, exceeding my expectations for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip, highly recommended!

The room is clean and tidy, the service attitude is friendly, there is a diffuse/nasal oxygen supply facility. If you need nasal oxygen, it is recommended to bring a nasal oxygen tube. If two people need to breathe at the same time, it is recommended to bring a three-way tube. Sometimes there will be midnight snacks.

The Return Manor Hotel was originally a monastery industry. The location is excellent, not far from the Tibet Museum, Robrinka, and Potala Palace. The diffuse oxygen supply system is very suitable for tourists who are new to Lhasa. The innkeeper is very enthusiastic.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It has been open for several years, but the decoration still looks quite new. It should have been renovated before the New Year. There are many places to eat around. You can also go out for a walk in the evening to see the Lhasa River view and Nanshan Park. It is also very close to the Potala Palace. It takes about 20 minutes to walk there, and it should be less than 5 minutes to drive there. There are also small gifts after checking in. I feel that this is a hotel worth recommending 🤩

The hotel exceeded expectations. Although the road at the entrance is a bit narrow and a bit messy due to road construction, the hotel (especially the room) exceeded expectations. As soon as we arrived at the garage, someone came out to greet us and help us park and take our luggage. There was snow chrysanthemum tea (I think, anyway it was chrysanthemum) at the front desk, and a young lady presented you with a Hada. The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is hot. There is a pharmacy opposite the hotel. If your same-sex friends have severe altitude sickness, you can rent oxygen cylinders and have them delivered to the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel view is also very good. You can see the Potala Palace from the bed, although it is from the back. There is also a super large platform, which should be great for eating and drinking in the summer. There are several small glass rooms on the platform, like a mahjong room.
