The hotel environment is excellent, and it's very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely have stayed a few more days if I hadn't already booked my flight. The hotel activities are also great. However, I was quite disappointed with the front desk service. We had two rooms in our party, and one of them was upgraded, but we weren't informed. When I called the front desk, the first time they said they were busy with check-ins. The second time I called, they told me the room card was incorrect. A little later, they said it was an upgrade. I'm not sure how credible the front desk's statements are. Then, the next day, when I inquired about the deposit refund, they initially told me the deposit for room 501 had been returned. I told them I paid 1000 for both rooms together, and then they said room 507 hadn't been inspected yet. I'm not sure if the hotel front desk has proper systematic training. I booked for one night, and both explanations from the front desk felt deceptive. I hope the hotel can provide more training for their front desk staff. Although the front desk's actions made me uncomfortable, I'm very satisfied with how the hotel manager handled the situation. He went back and forth several times to resolve it for me and kept apologizing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Lhasa next time, but I sincerely hope they can thoroughly and systematically train their front desk staff. After all, it's a high-end hotel, but the front desk's communication style doesn't seem to match that standard.

1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends. 2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large. 3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway. 4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent. 5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

Exceeded my expectations! It was very clean, and the air quality was excellent (plenty of oxygen). The staff, especially the lady who helped us, was wonderful and provided everything we needed promptly. Highly recommend! Plus, there's a 24-hour self-service laundry with complete facilities. Definitely recommend staying here.

Recently stayed at the hotel and the overall experience exceeded expectations. First of all, the service is impressive. The front desk reception is warm and professional, the check-in process is efficient, the concierge staff actively assists with luggage, the room service responds quickly, and the attention to detail can be seen. The hotel environment is elegantly designed, and the lobby is dominated by modern culture and art style; the guest rooms are reasonably laid out, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom facilities are clean and smart. You can see the Potala Palace outside the window. Overall, the price/performance ratio matches the service quality, making it suitable for business travel or leisure vacation.

It is your base camp before going up the mountain and a relaxing place after you go down the mountain. The boss is attentive and the staff is enthusiastic; Oxygen and humidifier are standard, massage chairs let you stay home, solve worries, solve problems, solve fatigue, take a bath like being under the waterfall, the furniture in the room is full of home feeling, the price is full; come to Dangxiong there are snow-capped mountains, holy lakes and Wanxu Haoting.

There aren't any major flaws. The main issue is that even though they use robots for services like food delivery, some room types don't have a phone. This meant that when the robot delivered our takeaway to the door, we had no idea it was there. We had to go back and forth several times just to get our food.

I live in a high-floor room in Linhe. I can see the majestic figure of the Potala Palace when I lie on the bed. At night, the cloth palace is lit, and you can enjoy the beautiful night view in the room, which is too shocking. Downstairs is Wanda Plaza, eating and shopping are super convenient, there are delicious food opposite. It takes only ten minutes to take a taxi to Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street. 💨 Essential Facilities for the Plateau The most worrying thing about entering Tibet for the first time is the high reaction. The hotel provides 24-hour diffuse oxygen supply, which makes people feel at ease. The room is also equipped with a humidifier, which greatly relieves the dryness of Lhasa. The floor heating is also very sufficient, and I sleep very well at night. ☕ Retro Style and Service The hotel is retro literary style, the bookshelf, leather sofa, warm color lighting in the public area like entering the old movie scene, taking pictures specially. The hotel environment is great, and the price is reasonable. They offer oxygen supply, but I heard it's not very effective. On my first day, I experienced dizziness, headache, shortness of breath, stuffy nose, facial fever, dry mouth, and a little nosebleed. High altitude sickness was really uncomfortable, especially the headache – it kept me from sleeping. My personal advice for those coming for business or travel is to bring some medication. I personally ordered Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Capsules via delivery, and they worked wonders. I didn't buy cold medicine because it didn't feel like a cold, so why bother? It probably wouldn't have been as effective as what I bought. I highly recommend these capsules; I only took one and didn't have headaches for the rest of my stay. Also, get some glucose. I bought glucose drinks and had one in the morning and one in the evening. Just these two things are enough. The oxygen felt useless. I bought two small bottles of oxygen and a氧气 bag, but they were pointless. I felt like it was a 'tax on intelligence.' If you want to buy it for a bit of psychological comfort, go ahead, but for real oxygen, go to a hospital for pure oxygen. Regarding showering, I heard you shouldn't shower for the first three days. I didn't on the first day, but by the second, I couldn't stand it anymore. I felt completely stinky and just had to shower. It was fine; as long as you stay warm, dress quickly after showering, and dry your hair, you'll be okay. This hotel is good, I recommend it. It's also close to the Potala Palace. If you have very high standards, you might prefer a big-brand hotel, but for this price, this one is definitely worth it.

Stayed at this hotel in Lhasa for 4 nights and was very satisfied. There is a parking lot, the room has medical oxygen, humidifier, air conditioning, and the height of the sink. I think it is very good and will not be stained everywhere. Open the room air convection, very satisfied, the bedding is also very good, sleep well. Lhasa is easy to be high, the bedding is very important, there is free mouthwash at the front desk, body lotion, etc. Tibet is dry and these are used. You can also wash clothes for free. Li Najia at the front desk has a good service attitude. Before leaving for one night, I found that the hotel still has a free night's night. We ate dumplings and cola. It was very comfortable to eat desserts in Lhasa. Overall, I can feel that the hotel is very thoughtful for the guests, the details are in place, after all, the plateau is different from other cities. If you have the opportunity to go to Lhasa twice, you will definitely come to live here.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Although the road at the entrance is a bit narrow and a bit messy due to road construction, the hotel (especially the room) exceeded expectations. As soon as we arrived at the garage, someone came out to greet us and help us park and take our luggage. There was snow chrysanthemum tea (I think, anyway it was chrysanthemum) at the front desk, and a young lady presented you with a Hada. The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is hot. There is a pharmacy opposite the hotel. If your same-sex friends have severe altitude sickness, you can rent oxygen cylinders and have them delivered to the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel view is also very good. You can see the Potala Palace from the bed, although it is from the back. There is also a super large platform, which should be great for eating and drinking in the summer. There are several small glass rooms on the platform, like a mahjong room.
