1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends. 2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large. 3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway. 4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent. 5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

Exceeded my expectations! It was very clean, and the air quality was excellent (plenty of oxygen). The staff, especially the lady who helped us, was wonderful and provided everything we needed promptly. Highly recommend! Plus, there's a 24-hour self-service laundry with complete facilities. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is my sixth time in Lhasa. I compared several hotels before coming here and chose this hotel based on cost performance and comfort. The hotel did not disappoint me. First of all, the hotel is in a great location, just across the road from the park behind the Potala Palace. You can see the Potala Palace from the room, and it's only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel has its own parking lot, which makes parking convenient. When you walk into the hotel lobby, there are free hot drinks of Rhodiola rosea and ginger tea. After drinking two cups, all the hardships you have experienced along the way to 318 are melted away. Bai Ma, the receptionist, speaks softly and has a warm attitude. To be honest, the overall service industry in Lhasa is now at a higher level than that in the mainland. Butlers will deliver guests and luggage to their rooms, and provide complimentary sweet tea and steam eye masks. The room is equipped with floor heating, oxygen and humidifier, ensuring that tourists from all over the world can feel right at home. The window faces the back of the Potala Palace. The breakfast in the observation restaurant on the 4th floor is rich and varied, with both meat and vegetarian options, and very little onion, ginger and garlic, taking into account the habits of each guest.

The room's decor instantly creates a fantastic ambiance! The vintage furnishings paired with soft lighting and stylish wall art make for amazing photos. The space is wide open with plenty of natural light from the large windows. It's fully equipped with everything you need, from a desk for work to a comfy lounge chair, perfect for either business trips or relaxing getaways. The bedding is clean and soft, providing a very comfortable sleep, and the overall cleanliness is impeccable. The facilities are brand new and smart, exceeding my expectations for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip, highly recommended!

The room is clean and tidy, the service attitude is friendly, there is a diffuse/nasal oxygen supply facility. If you need nasal oxygen, it is recommended to bring a nasal oxygen tube. If two people need to breathe at the same time, it is recommended to bring a three-way tube. Sometimes there will be midnight snacks.

I like the taste style very much. The three-person room is large, the bedding is white, comfortable and soft, and sleeps at night! There are two diffuse oxygen generators in the room, which can also be sucked. The indoor wardrobe is convenient for storage and the bathrobe is clean and tidy. The TV design is unique, the reading desk design is novel, the tea set on the tea table is very tasteful, the owner is interested! The bathroom is spacious, bright and comfortable, and the dry and wet areas are designed to be separated easily. There are also drying racks. Breakfast is 7.30-9:30, self-service, eggs, preserved egg porridge, miscellaneous grains, cold dishes, enough to eat. Go early~ The yard is square and convenient for parking. Love the multi-functional room on the third floor, suitable for chatting, gatherings, drinking tea. Love the green plants and the meaty people in the sun! The laundry room and dryer are also on the third floor. After washing the clothes, they are dried directly on the balcony on the third floor. They will be dried soon! Recommend you to come, the price is very good! Located near the Tibet Museum, more than 2 kilometers away from Barkhor Street, the surrounding is not so messy and noisy. It is a quiet and suitable place to live! Figure 1~5 is the triple room interior. Figure 6-15 is the hotel's courtyard, front desk, restaurant, third floor.

The third time I renewed the subscription, as always, it is especially commendable that the breakfast at the hotel is very rich, not repeated every day, my little son eats very picky food, but has been eating here for a week, and has been very fond of eating. Every housekeeper in the homestay is very enthusiastic and will try his best to help guests solve various problems. It is very recommended.

Many people, myself included, often debate between the St. Regis and the Shangri-La, as both hotels in Beijing are quite unremarkable. Ultimately, I chose the Shangri-La for its value for money. I had considered Songtsam too, but common sense told me to be a smart spender. Although the hotel shows its age, its architectural style is grand and refined, revealing luxurious material choices. Time has inevitably left its mark, but a classic car, even when old, is still a classic car. Moreover, service and quality require time to accumulate and withstand market scrutiny. While the Shangri-La may not have many existing locations, it still holds a strong market advantage, and it takes an discerning eye to appreciate it. My butler, Bowen, arranged my room before I even arrived. Looking out the window at the Potala Palace's silhouette in the distance immediately set the mood. He then meticulously delivered on all aspects of my package. I found Bowen to be a man of few words but very steady, highly responsive, and an exceptionally smooth driver. He never asked inappropriate or subjective questions, which I truly appreciated. Over three days, Bowen's accompaniment added a unique dimension to my Lhasa itinerary. Among the few Tibetans I've encountered, he was a definite plus. I sincerely wish him all the best in his work! The Shangri-La in Lhasa lives up to its brand's standards and enhances the reputation of its sister properties. I'm so glad I made the right choice; this will be a memorable and wonderful travel experience.

It was during the trial operation when I stayed there. The hotel price was above average even in the off-season. Overall it was good, but there were a lot of problems. First of all, the floor heating temperature cannot be adjusted. The front desk said that the room temperature can be set by itself, but in fact it can only be set at 21℃22℃, and it cannot be higher. It is very cold after taking a shower and it is easy to catch a cold. The room phone cannot reach the front desk. The drainage of the bathroom in the room I stayed in was problematic, and the drainage was not smooth. After taking a shower, my feet were still soaked in cold water. The carpet in the corridor made it difficult to drag the suitcase with wheels.
