The most touching moment was when I came back drenched from the rain one day. Immediately, someone brought me a bowl of hot herbal tea and a blanket, saying, 'Don't catch a cold, getting sick at high altitude is a hassle.' This kind of genuine care is something you might not even find in a five-star hotel. The value for money was surprisingly good. Honestly, I expected a Hilton to cost at least several hundred, but the price I booked was much lower than I anticipated, even more cost-effective than some private rooms in hostels. The room was clean and spacious, with oxygen supply and a humidifier, ensuring a really sound sleep at night. While breakfast wasn't a lavish buffet, it offered plenty of tsampa, butter tea, and boiled eggs, enough to keep me full until the afternoon, saving me lunch money. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and getting to the Potala Palace or Jokhang Temple costs just one yuan, making transportation costs almost negligible. After this stay, I feel like I hit the jackpot. Not just because it was affordable, but because of the unreserved kindness from the ******* people. She completely redefined my perception of high-end hotel service, making us feel incredibly warm and cared for in the high-altitude environment of the ******* Plateau. Even before our official check-in, Dekyi proactively reached out to us with thoughtful communication, meticulously inquiring about our travel times and specific needs for our stay. Given the unique challenges of Lhasa's high altitude, she patiently provided essential advice on traveling, rest, and diet for high-altitude environments. She even adjusted our room's equipment and prepared oxygen facilities in advance, tailored to our situation, to help prevent altitude sickness. By pre-arranging every check-in detail, she ensured we felt completely reassured and cared for even before we arrived. Upon arrival and during our stay, Dekyi's service continued to be meticulous and attentive in every detail. She was gentle and sincere in her demeanor, yet efficient and reliable in her actions, patiently following up on our experience throughout. She regularly checked on our well-being and meticulously answered all our questions about sightseeing and dining. Whenever we had a request, she was always there to respond immediately and resolve it efficiently and properly. Her service was just right—never intrusive, yet always comprehensive, balancing professionalism with warmth. In the unfamiliar high-altitude environment, Dekyi, with her twelve years of dedication and passion, provided care that felt like family. There was no perfunctory, by-the-book service, only genuine effort. Every single detail showcased the professional caliber of a high-end butler. I truly commend Dekyi (Nancy) for her outstanding service! It's because of dedicated, responsible, and warmly enthusiastic staff like her that our stay on the ******* Plateau was so exceptionally fulfilling and heartwarming. The next time I come to Lhasa, the InterContinental Lhasa Paradise will still be my first choice, and I will definitely be looking for Butler Dekyi again!

The hotel is very close to the Lhasa River, just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel is relatively new, with large, clean rooms and advanced facilities. On my first day, as soon as I got out of the taxi, about ten meters from the hotel entrance, a hotel staff member named Losang quickly came out to help me with my luggage. I was feeling unwell due to altitude sickness at the time, and I was very grateful for Losang's kind assistance. The hotel receptionist was also very thoughtful, providing us with disposable oxygen tubes during check-in. The hotel has 24-hour diffused oxygen supply, and nasal inhalation is also available. The hotel breakfast was also good; I especially enjoyed the sweet tea. Because of Losang's professional and helpful staff, I'll remember the name Yishang Hotel, and I'll definitely choose Yishang Hotel again if I have the chance to visit other cities. My first day in Lhasa, thanks to my stay at Yishang Hotel, left me with wonderful memories of my trip.

The room arranged by the front desk was great, with a lot of space and excellent soundproofing, so it wasn't noisy even though it was facing the street. The diffuse oxygen supply facilities in the room were also very powerful. Because we had just arrived in Lhasa, we were inevitably a little short of oxygen, but the young lady helped us upgrade the oxygen supply. It really feels better! I am really satisfied with the service quality in Vienna, and it is great wherever I go!

The room amenities were very thoughtful. The bathroom was spacious and grand, with a separate large bathtub – perfect for unwinding after a day of travel. The toiletries were comprehensive, and the decor had a premium feel. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked wonderfully, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Lhasa slept the best in recent years. On the day of check-in, I was weak and speechless. Gesang at the front desk saw that I was in poor condition. I immediately poured water and provided oxygen cylinders. I upgraded the room type for me. I also took the initiative to greet my colleague sister to help carry the luggage to the room and told me that if I rested, I would still feel uncomfortable calling the front desk in time. Gesang's warm and thoughtful service touched me so much! This Atour is newly opened, the room is clean and bright, the laundry room is clean and hygienic, the surrounding environment is quiet, the travel is convenient, and the decoration specifications are better than that of many first-tier cities in the mainland. There is a Lhasa River outside the hotel, and you can overlook the Potala Palace. It is too important to sleep well on the plateau! I'll come back often.
