Also, they just upgraded my room because there were not many guests. The front desk service attitude is very good👌I plan to go out for a while and come back to stay for two days.

This time I stayed at the Kawawo Bar Inn in Lhasa, I really soldered the word ”perfect” into the experience! Must be praised ～ The young lady at the front desk is not only beautiful, but also very enthusiastic. We took two children, she was patient and meticulous throughout the whole process, helped with luggage, recommended places suitable for taking the baby, and specially prepared small snacks for the children. The children liked her very much. When they left, they still talked about saying goodbye to their sister. The location is nothing to say, it is super close to the Mosque and the Jokhang Temple, and it takes not long to walk. The most convenient thing is that it takes 3 minutes to walk to Barkhor Street, and it is especially smooth to go to the shops. There are many dining options around, whether it is Tibetan flavor or other flavors, the quality and price are very satisfactory, no need to worry about eating. The room can directly see the Potala Palace, the daytime to see the solemn, at night when the lights are on, the shock is really difficult to describe in words, sitting by the window can enjoy this beautiful scenery alone. The room is a strong Tibetan style, the carpentry carved pattern is particularly exquisite, each place is full of ingenuity, the special lanterns and Tangka decoration make the atmosphere more sufficient. And it is particularly thoughtful, equipped with a humidifier and oxygen generator, which is too intimate for us who are first to the plateau, and live comfortably and at ease. It is very suitable for those who want to play near the Jokhang Temple! However, mineral water is not provided, there is no oxygen in the room, and it is inconvenient to drive without parking space.

The facilities in the hotel are very good, especially the hot water in the bathroom is very hot, the room is very spacious, the room can be diffused oxygen, and the single nose can also be used for oxygen. The hotel's service is also very good, the breakfast tastes very similar to the mainland, you can cook noodles, there are special sweet tea, barley cakes, etc. The aunt in charge of breakfast is very enthusiastic. Other staff are also very serious and responsible. Any demand feedback is very fast. You can also go to the bus station to pick you up. We stayed for six or seven nights and felt very satisfied. It is recommended to come to Lhasa to live when traveling! !

The room was spotless, and the view of the Potala Palace from here was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated right behind and to the right of the Potala Palace, making my windowsill my 'personal viewing platform': At midday, wisps of clouds drifted across its white walls and golden roofs, as if a breathing quilt was draped over the ancient palace; In the evening, the setting sun painted the Red Palace a honeyed hue, and as prayer flags fluttered in the wind, they seemed like countless hands applauding it; The moment the night lights came on, the entire palace suddenly 'came alive' – like an ancient ship moored in the darkness, carrying the stories of the Tubo Dynasty, slowly sailing towards the myriad lights of modern Lhasa. The complimentary biscuits were delicious, and the other snacks were great too! The butler and front desk service were warm and attentive. I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful.

The service is the worst of all hotels where we have stayed worldwide. It is worse than even any 1-star rated hotel in China. Right from the entry, the check in is chaotic. No one attends to luggage. It takes 2 hours to do formalities and return passports. In Room dining, the order is a huge challenge. They take 2 hours to take order and deliver the food after 1 hour, when they serve only the food in a plate. No seperate dishes or any cutliaries (spoon or fork or chopsticks ... nothing provided). When you point these out, they say sorry and take another 1 hour to bring plates, chop sticks etc. BY now 5 hours passed and food is so cold and not eatable. This is a regular scenario ... repeated 3 times, I.e. everything we placed an order. It's a huge challenge. On amenities, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. If you just take a turn while sleeping, the other person is sure to wake up. They call king size bed .. it's two seperate beds kept side by side with cheap quality spring mattress. On breakfast, it's very limited and every day same menu. No varieties, the food taste is horrible as well. Extremely bad experience.for the price that is paid. The feeling has been a complete waste of money, sleepless nights, staying hugry and waiting for food post order for 5.hours every time we ordered room dining. The same situation in restaurent as well.

The hotel breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, featuring *******, Chinese, and Western options. There's also a cafe on the first floor that offers a wide variety of meals. A self-service laundry room is conveniently located on the 4th floor, equipped with detergent, hangers, and dryers – a real plus for travelers. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service, providing free drop-offs to city attractions such as Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and Norbulingka. Additionally, they offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for the train station and the airport bus station. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, attending to virtually all our requests. We are very grateful to everyone who assisted us during our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Lhasa!
