Excellent hotel with superb service. During check-in, our receptionist Da Tingting 大婷婷 was very prompt in assigning room and provided us all the information to explore the resort. We added wechat to communicate during our stay and she was very fast to respond to our requests, including asking for more bottles of water than provided, setting up our room's hot spring for us and also arranging for buggy ride to the main building for breakfast next morning. She also extended our checkout by 1 hour upon requests. Ramada Guergou is the best hotel we stayed at during our Chuanxi roadtrip. The breakfast had variety and quality. And the experience here is definitely worth the money spent.

There are open-air hot springs and outdoor barbecue restaurants in the yard, which are very suitable for late-night snacks. You can play mahjong and drink tea at the observation deck on the sixth floor. Room environment: Very satisfied, the whole house is smart, full of details, the washbasin and smart toilet are all arrows, and the toiletries are all fragrance series. I like the bedside wallpaper and this small lamp very much, which is so cool with the big tree outside the floor-to-ceiling window. Service: There is a ******* costume try-on experience on the first floor. The front desk lady is professional and gentle. The boss pays great attention to customer experience. He has been walking on the first floor and making some recommendations in the restaurant. Feelings: There is a bar-headed goose rescued by the boss outside the hotel, and what touched me most is that there is a small stage in the restaurant with guitars and drums on it. There are oil paintings with western Sichuan characteristics on the first floor lobby (there is also one hanging in the elevator on each floor), and the boss said that these are all self-taught creations of the chef. The fire in the yard at night creates a great atmosphere. The employees dance around the bonfire together. The Chinese restaurant and hot spring are connected to the hotel. The parking lot is very large. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Bipenggou. However, the room is a little bit disappointing than expected. The carpet is full of footprints and hair. It is recommended to remove it for a neater and more beautiful look. Dust is visible on the ground. The floor heating only warms the ground. The room was chilly all night. The quilt was thin. I wore a cotton coat to sleep. The breakfast was simple, with only steamed porridge and shredded potatoes. It would be better to add two vegetarian dishes/noodles/rice/fried rice/fruit/soy milk for diversity.
