The location is superb just at the pedestrian street . Very easy to locate and has car park also easily access by car . There is hey tea and molly tea below the hotel .The hotel has good customer service will greet you or smile when u pass by the reception. Hotel has 2 elevator that one can access to the mall directly and go up to level 8 above for room and the other elevator at the tea shop go to level 8 . Level 8 is the reception. Metro station walk around 15mins that access the pink line directly to the airport. All is easy to locate .

Our stay was excellent! We arrived in Wuhan a day early because we couldn't get train tickets for the May Day holiday, so we booked an extra night at the hotel. We checked in very late, in the early hours of the morning. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They combined our bookings, which saved us the hassle of checking out and then back in again the next day. They also kindly offered us complimentary breakfast for April 30th. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of Wuhan's local specialties. The lounge, however, offered a more limited selection. If you're looking for a wider spread, I'd recommend dining on the first floor. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. On the first day of the May Day holiday, they even wished us 'Happy May Day' as we left the hotel. Staying at the Shangri-La is definitely a great choice when visiting Wuhan.

Choosing the Four Seasons International Hotel in Shiyan was such a smart decision! First off, I have to praise the air conditioning – the heating was absolutely amazing. The room warmed up completely within minutes, and the silent design didn't disturb my rest at all. The hot water supply was incredibly stable too; the temperature stayed perfectly comfortable the whole time, making for an excellent shower experience. Plus, the breakfast area was beautiful, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shiyan!

The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is very close to the airport, making it super convenient for travelers catching early flights – you can just walk right over. The breakfast is generous, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor drawback is that you have to go into the airport to eat, although the hotel does have its own restaurant. The mattresses are comfortable, it's quiet, and there's a pool if you fancy a swim.

The hotel boasts a grand and elegant design. Although it opened in 2010 (and was renovated in 2020), the interior facilities are meticulously maintained and show no signs of age. The mini-bar is chargeable, but the front desk kindly provided two complimentary drink vouchers upon check-in, which was a nice touch. During my stay, there were a few minor hiccups (such as an opened bath salt from a previous guest not being replaced, and an empty lotion bottle not being refilled), but thankfully, the responses were very prompt. A special thanks to Leah at the front desk for her help! 🌹 The most delightful part of my stay was undoubtedly the Executive Lounge. It wasn't crowded, so it was quiet, and tables were cleared very quickly. The food selection was impressive. Dining there offered close-up views of the river, which was a wonderful experience. Breakfast the next day was also quite good, with a decent spread of Chinese, Western, pastries, and fruits – everything you'd expect. Overall, both the hotel's amenities and service are excellent, living up to their expected standards. However, given its age, some facilities and items inevitably show a bit of wear and tear (like the bathtub in the room or the dining plates in the restaurant). There's still room for improvement in some minor details, but generally, it was a very good experience.

I booked this Holiday Inn Express along the river in advance on Ctrip, as I was taking my parents back to Yichang to visit family and pay respects at the cemetery. My flight landed a bit late, but the front desk service was excellent when I checked in. The hotel's overall environment is very clean, and the room amenities are complete. Although the room faced the street (with a river view), the soundproofing was good. There's also a laundry room and a gym on the second floor. The restaurant is next to the gym; while the breakfast selection isn't huge, they have hot dry noodles, which taste great. Overall, it was a very good stay.

This hotel is great! I hadn't paid much attention to it before, but after experiencing it myself, I can say the value for money is outstanding. For around 200 [currency, e.g., RMB], I got a really comfortable stay! The automatic curtains and toilet were a nice touch. The service was excellent too, with friendly and approachable staff. All the service personnel were enthusiastic and responsible, and the soundproofing was also great! There was a subtle, pleasant fragrance in the air.

Shut the road to Xiangyang Ancient City to play Trip.com Stay at the Chenji Hotel. Although the location is in the community, parking is convenient and close to the ancient city. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is white as new, and the price is cheap, and the price is super high. Due to the rain in the sky and the temperature is very low. The front desk clerk warmly introduced that the air conditioner in the room can heat up and don’t worry. We asked about the places and characteristics and travel methods that can be eaten in the afternoon nearby. After putting the luggage and going to the gate of the community to take a taxi in the rain, Listening to someone in the car behind warmly greeted us on the bus, it turned out that the front desk clerk was changing shifts and was going to drive home. He wanted to send us to the block where we were eating. After asking, he learned that it was Xiao Zhou. He introduced the local situation in detail all the way and sent it safely to the location. We were moved. It's a small week warm city!

The hotel's security service was excellent; they always helped open car doors and carried our luggage, which was very thoughtful for us older guests. The ladies in the executive lounge were all very warm and attentive, and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. Sophia at the front desk greeted us with a smile. We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel and our trip to Wuhan this time. The breakfast was also very generous.

This was my first stay at an Atour Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Jianghan Road Station, which serves both Metro Line 2 and Line 6. Plus, there are numerous bus routes right outside the door, and it's practically on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making transportation incredibly convenient. Many attractions like Bagongfangzi, Huanglipibo Road, and the Customs Clock Tower are nearby, and you're surrounded by shopping and dining options – super handy! The room was spotless. My daughter booked a spacious river-view double room for me, and when we later switched to a city-view room next door, it was just as lovely. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. When I couldn't figure out the TV remote during check-in, someone came to assist immediately. And on the third night when we moved rooms, a staff member helped me move my belongings, which was a really thoughtful touch! The room amenities were new, and the shower had plenty of hot water, making for a very comfortable wash. They also have a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant for controlling the TV and curtains, and robot delivery services. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining environment was pleasant. They even offer free porridge at 9:30 PM. Overall, my experience at Atour Hotel was excellent! Highly recommend!
