I stayed at the Mehao Lizhi Hotel during my trip and had a great experience. The location is excellent, making it convenient for dining out and catching a taxi. The room was spacious, and the cleanliness was impressive – the desk and bathroom were spotless, with no noticeable dust or stains. The bedding was a major highlight; I slept very soundly. Elena at the front desk provided genuine service, and when I had an issue, the front desk responded promptly. The hotel's amenities are a thoughtful touch; perks like afternoon tea and late-night noodles were a huge bonus. It was very relaxing to come back and unwind after a long day of traveling. Overall, there were no disappointments. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short stays, definitely a hotel I'd be willing to return to.

The elevators were fast, so no long waits. The high-floor view was beautiful, and the washing machine was very smart. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and proactively told me about nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious and suited my taste. The room was clean and well-ventilated, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, so it wasn't noisy, and I had a great night's sleep. The wet and dry areas were well-separated.

This hotel is a great choice for an overnight layover; the airport shuttle service made it super convenient. The room was well-equipped, hot water came on quickly, the internet was fast, and everything was spotlessly clean. The front desk was responsive, and parking was easy. Staying here takes the stress out of catching an early flight.

Except for the small room size, everything else was great. Most of the staff were enthusiastic and polite, actively helping with luggage, and their uniforms were vibrant. The hotel is similar to those in Chongqing, with the lobby on the 6th floor and guest rooms on floors 3-5. The guest room area has access to an underground parking lot. Rooms have balconies facing the sea, the pool, and the yacht area. Each room is equipped with a dehumidifier, and there's a drying rack on the balcony. The hotel features a recreation center, a children's activity area, a paid mini-train (that runs along the coast), rubber boats, and a variety of sea activities that can be booked for a fee, such as sea fishing trips. Breakfast was also good, with a wide selection. Overall, I was satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

Indeed, this is Shenzhen's top luxury hotel! The front desk is on the 78th floor, and the elevators are thoughtfully equipped with sofas, which is perfect for a quick rest during the 1+ minute ride up or down. That's a great touch. The deep blue theme of the room is my favorite color, and the incredibly spacious design made my extended stay of several days very comfortable! The room's functional layout is also excellent, with clear divisions between the entryway, wardrobe, washroom, and toilet room. Each section is distinct yet can be adjusted and connected as needed. The service was truly exceptional. From check-in to getting to the room, everything was seamlessly handled, and they proactively inquired about my travel plans. A big thank you to Brynn, who, knowing my itinerary, specially arranged a room with a great view for me and patiently explained everything, hahaha 😂, making my trip experience absolutely perfect!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a very pleasant stay at JI Hotel near Guangzhou South Railway Station. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient if you’re travelling by high-speed rail. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. What impressed me most was the service. The staff really made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I would happily stay here again!

Having chatted with a manager during afternoon tea at the Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen, who thoroughly explained their operating philosophy to me, I chose the Mandarin Oriental for my Guangzhou trip this time to experience it firsthand. Although it's an older five-star hotel, the service here is truly impressive. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted us with professional attitudes and warm smiles, impeccably dressed, showcasing the brand's elegance in every detail. Room service was even more exquisite and attentive; the bedding was comfortable, amenities complete, and cleaning meticulous, with even the corners spotless. Whether it was guiding us through check-in or responding to daily requests, their high level of professionalism was evident. The overall experience was comfortable and reassuring; it's a hotel that truly excels in service, highly recommended. 1) Despite being in a bustling area, it's exceptionally quiet, perfect for introverts. 2) Getting around is incredibly convenient. This was the only time I've ever traveled entirely by subway without feeling any inconvenience. 3) Taikoo, where the hotel is located, along with nearby Central Plaza and Zhengjia Plaza, can satisfy all kinds of shopping needs. 4) The hotel's shower water pressure is excellent, and the bathtub is comfortable.

Had a very pleasant stay at Yizhi Hotel, Taikoo Li Zhujiang New Town. We arrived in the wee hours and the check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which was a big plus after long journey. The room and toilet were clean, tidy and, most importantly, no unpleasant smell. They provide the necessary disposable toiletries too. The bathroom layout was also very practical — the shower and toilet are in two separate areas. The shower has really good water pressure, and the toilet flushing system is strong too. A special mention to 晴晴 (Qing Qing), who was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. When we had an issue with the Wi-Fi in the room, she followed up with us via WeChat and even arranged for a technician to come and check it. The location is excellent! Shipaiqiao Metro Station is literally next to the hotel, making it super convenient to get around Guangzhou. There are also big shopping malls nearby (left,right and opposite side), so shopping and dining are just a short walk away. Another big plus is the row of eateries and cafés just behind the hotel, including McDonald’s — very handy if you have children or suddenly feel hungry late at night. There are also plenty of food choices along the side of the hotel, so definitely won’t go hungry. And one feature I really appreciated — the laundry room! There are clean washing machines and dryers, plus a standing ironing board. The room and machines are well maintained as the staff have a regular schedule to keep the area clean. Best of all, the laundry facilities are FREE for in-house guests! 🙌🏻 Definitely a bonus, especially for longer stays. Another fun and useful touch is the delivery robot! If you order food or have a small delivery, the robot can bring it up to your room, so you don’t have to go down to the lobby to collect it. Very convenient, especially when you’re tired or already in your pyjamas! The only minus point: the lift can take a little longer to arrive, especially during busy periods. So just be prepared to wait a little. Overall, a very comfortable, clean and convenient stay with friendly service and lots of thoughtful facilities.

It’s a great hotel in in a very good location hotel lobby and facilities were great, including free laundry service on the second floor rooms itself was fine however, I did notice that the walls were not clean and had gray and dark patches throughout the room. But overall, I would still look again service was great and front desk was friendly

Found an absolute gem of a hotel, Qiuguo S! The minimalist decor is aesthetically pleasing, and the rooms are clean and super photogenic. The bed was so comfortable I slept soundly all night, and the soundproofing is solid. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and the check-in process was fast. The location is very convenient with plenty of great food options nearby. Incredible value for money—my top choice for travel accommodations. Highly recommended for friends!
