Stayed one night pre-flight at Yingbin International Hotel, Guangzhou. Perfectly functional for a budget airport stopover. **Pros:** * Unbeatable Price: Very cheap. * Location Convenience: Very close to Baiyun Airport. * Crucial Free Transfer: The included free shuttle bus to the airport terminals was efficient and one of the main reasons to stay here. Huge plus! * Basic Functionality: Room had the essentials (bed, bathroom, AC) for a short sleep. *. Noise: Minimal airplane noise heard despite the busy airport schedule. * Food: A couple of restaurants in very close proximity to the hotel. **Cons:** * Very Basic & Dated: The room was extremely basic and noticeably tired. Furniture and decor were worn/dated and definitely need refurbishment. * No Frills: Don't expect any style or comfort beyond the basics.. **Verdict:** Does the job if you just need a cheap bed near the airport with a reliable shuttle. The free transfer and low cost make it worthwhile for one night. Rooms are bare-bones and worn, but you're paying for proximity and transport, not comfort or style.

We love the idea that this hotel is connected to a huge indoor park, hence we booked the biggest room 1774 for parents and kids, which was said to be 70sqm. However, when entering the room, we found the room is too small, looks more like a 35-40sqm. Then we walked to the balcony and that's explained, the balcony was quite big, surrounding the whole area; however, it's completely filthy & moldy, covered with thick layer of dust, seems like nobody ever vacuum or mop it. I dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the electric sofa, guess what I found? 2 big pieces of food on a stained carpet. There's something looked so disgusting 🤢 on the drainage in the bathroom that I didn't dare to take a close photo. The toilet seat is crooked. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful, good location. Plus point: can watch fireworks to the fullest from the balcony. Honestly speaking, we did have good time despite the unhygienic room. Hopefully this poor hygiene was just due to overwhelming peak season.

The room is very clean and the price is very low, far exceeding the value. There are many small and exquisite flowers in the check-in lounge, which are rarely seen in my country and I don't know their names. There is a small bracket on the door of the room. The staff told me it was to prevent the door from being opened. I was very surprised that the details were done so well, which made me feel very safe. My favorite point is that it is very close to the subway station, only a 5-minute walk. There is a supermarket downstairs in the hotel where I can buy beer. After 6 p.m., there are many snacks, barbecues, and lemon tea. Although sometimes I can hear planes flying over, the noise is not big and does not affect sleep. The staff at the service desk were very enthusiastic in helping me take the subway to Futian and also exchanged cash for me. This is a hotel worth staying at again.

We went back to Zhongshan to visit some of our relatives, we booked this hotel because it is very convenient to everywhere and is at downtown. You will find snacks nearby, supermarkets and 2 major shopping malls. We booked the 60 sq. meter room but being upgraded to 90 sq. meter with executive lounge access. Not only this, the next day we were stuck at Zhongshan because of the strong wind, ferries all closed, the hotel offered us the same price booked for 60 sq. meter but still upgraded us to 90 sq. meter. This is actually very generous. Thank you team and taking care of us during our hassle.

I would like to thank all staff of Pullman Zhuhai for their kindness and hospitality. especially Mandy, always thoughtful ,attentive, and caring, ,. (she is a valuable asset to the hotel), and also thanks for the cleaning lady for taking care of us during every stay, very clean room, and she is always sweet. very good stay again, feel like home, we stayed for 2 nights too last week, and again this week, we had good sleep. quite, cosy and comfortable room. great breakfast, good food and environment, n friendly staffs. we had a bit of problem of insufficient air con yesterday, the maintenance staff came right away to fix it , very attentive, problem solved, , till this morning, the aircon became weak again , the hotel let us change our room to the room next to us. Im very impressed and grateful of the thoughtfulness of the staffs to save us hazzle of moving to another room, we simply just move our stuffs to next room, wth help of housekeeping. again, thanks for taking care of us, great hospitality and attention to details. we appreciate. :-) I would happily recommend this hotel to my friends and collegues.

We came downtown Shenzhen from the suburb for the weekend. It was a great choice to take this hotel. My 4yrs son loved the children's pool next to that of adults. We had such a great time during the weekend. Lobby staff and room keeper are nice and friendly. They always tried their best to help us all the time. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the family with kids.

Amazing stay at Voco Shifu Hotel! I had a truly pleasant stay at Voco Shifu Hotel. The atmosphere is wonderful, calm and relaxing. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I also loved the location — it’s very convenient and close to many attractions. The housekeeping staff were polite and always greeted me with a warm smile, which made me feel very welcome. The service overall was excellent, and I’d like to give special thanks to Jimmy, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His attention to detail and kind assistance made my experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I will definitely come back again!

Nice Hotel, but it needs more improvement of TV channels are all Chinese, I think they should have international channels for all visitors who stays in this nice hotel.

It’s an old fashioned hotel but it’s very clean and very functional design that compares to the new boutique hotel. I can’t stand the new  boutique style hotel, which looks good but it’s not very functional, such as there is no hook in the glass shower room to hang your towel. The Velaye is much better hotel even its old!

The room is very clean and spacious. The service was excellent and it comes with free coffee voucher. The location is very strategic. The only con was there was construction ongoing outside the hotel so do expect some noise at night. But overall, would love to be back here again in shenzhen.
