We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Service: The male receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional. The female staff member who took over after midnight was also very welcoming, though perhaps new, as her operations were a bit unfamiliar. However, her attitude was excellent, and she showed great emotional intelligence. Facilities: The amenities were well-suited for business travel, comprehensive and convenient. Hygiene: Excellent. Attention to detail was evident, and the room was cleaned very well even during an extended stay.

Great stay overall! The hotel is in a very convenient location near Gongbei Port, and also close to Zhuhai Fisher Girl, Lovers’ Road, and the beach, which made it really nice for walking around and sightseeing. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and nice interior design. I especially liked the quiet atmosphere, which made it perfect for a solo trip to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Facilities were simple but everything I needed was available. *One thing to note is that the water heater needs about 20 minutes to reheat after a shower, but as a solo traveller this wasn’t an issue at all.* Overall, excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and spacious with a practical layout, making it feel very comfortable and not at all cramped. The bed was soft and cozy, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The front desk staff were professional and efficient. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could need, making this hotel a great choice for both business trips and leisure travel.

The hotel has a refreshing, natural wood aesthetic. It felt so comfortable, with familiar scents, music, and toiletries. Both walls have floor-to-ceiling windows, and the sunlight warming the wooden interiors was incredibly soothing! The bed was very comfortable – firm yet perfectly contouring to the body, ensuring a great night's sleep! Karen at the front desk was very attentive and even gave us directions to the walking trails and the Greater Bay Area Flower Exhibition at Bijia Mountain! The hotel's location is also superb, nestled between two small mountains, and there's even an art and literature bookstore that I absolutely adore, which was perfect for filling any free time during our trip!

The service was absolutely amazing! They offered a free airport pick-up and even complimentary shuttle service to the subway station. Communication was super efficient, all done through WeChat. Plus, they gave us a thoughtful little gift. So considerate!

Very close to the port, but I was a bit worried about the environment before checking in. Actually, the whole experience was pretty good. Check-in was smooth, and the welcome amenities included practical items like earplugs, hair ties, and compressed disposable towels. They even sent welcome fruit when I checked in past 11 PM. The room's towels and bathrobes were individually packaged and sanitized, and there was a disposable toilet seat cover – really thoughtful details! The 24-hour Lawson downstairs was also very convenient. All in all, aside from the room being a bit small and the facilities not being super new, I'd still highly recommend it. Good value for money! 👍
