I randomly picked this Mehood Lestie hotel without high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised after my stay. Elena at the front desk was efficient and friendly, not overly formal. The room was well-cleaned, the bathroom was spotless and odor-free, and the bed offered a comfortable balance of softness and firmness. With the window closed, the soundproofing was good, allowing for a great night's rest. The room had smart voice control for lights and curtains, which was very convenient. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, and the hot water came quickly with stable pressure. A definite bonus was the free afternoon tea, and for those returning late, there was a comforting bowl of late-night noodles. The self-service laundry room is incredibly practical for travelers. The surrounding area offers easy access to dining and shopping, and getting around is convenient. Overall, there were no noticeable downsides, and for its price range, it's an excellent choice, suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

Stayed at CityNote Hotel on Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and really enjoyed the experience. The location is hard to beat — you’re steps from the Beijing Lu metro station and can walk straight out into the pedestrian street with its shops, food stalls, and nightlife. Pearl River and several of the city’s historic sites (Nanyue King’s Palace Museum, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall) are all within easy reach on foot or a short ride. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good work desk, air conditioning, and a well-equipped bathroom — everything you need for a business or leisure stay. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the property, which mattered a lot for keeping up with work while traveling. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. For the price point, this is genuinely great value given how central it is — you can walk to nearly everything in old Guangzhou without needing a taxi. Would happily stay here again on a future trip.

My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Besides having a wonderful birthday trip, we also gained a rich experience in human connection. Thank you to everyone at Futian MO. We'll definitely be staying here again! ^.^

This time, we celebrated our anniversary by staying in an Executive Room at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou, and the overall experience was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, the bellboy promptly came over to help with our luggage, and then we checked in directly at the Executive Lounge. It was very efficient, and we didn't have to wait in line at the main lobby. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a card and a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a very nice touch. What left the deepest impression was the service. No matter where we were in the hotel, every staff member we encountered greeted us kindly, making us feel right at home. I'd especially like to commend Nicolo from the Executive Lounge, Oriental Club. From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming. Every time we visited the Executive Lounge, he remembered our names and always chatted with us pleasantly, with a smile on his face. His service was professional and friendly, adding many wonderful memories to our trip. Additionally, Yamy and Silvia, who handled our check-out at the Executive Lounge, proactively asked if we wanted to pack some drinks and also gave us a refrigerator magnet. The only thing that needs improvement is the late check-out policy. The front desk initially told me that it depended on availability and was generally not possible, and in the end, they could only extend it until 2 PM. Considering that hotels of a similar caliber usually offer more flexible late check-out options, I hope the hotel will actively consider extending the late check-out time.

It’s very convenient for getting around, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, and attractions nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel also provides all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. I really appreciated their hospitality and great service. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The central location makes it a great choice for both sightseeing and business trips. Everything you need is within easy reach, and getting around the city is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The place is spotless and odor-free; the environment is cozy and quiet with excellent soundproofing. The location is superb, close to Nantou Ancient City and the subway station, making travel very convenient. The service offers many thoughtful details, including afternoon tea with fruits and drinks, and comforting late-night snacks. The staff are all gentle and patient. Smart amenities are plentiful, with Xiao Du voice control for all in-room devices, robot delivery for meals, self-service laundry and drying, a gym, and both Chinese and Western breakfast options.

It's also very close to attractions; there's a park nearby and several temples within walking distance. Right across the street is the Comic City, and Beijing Road isn't far either. The apartment's surroundings and the room's environment are both excellent. My family and I stayed in a room where each bedside had a wireless charging cabinet and power outlets. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the shower even has grab bars. The facilities and amenities are very thoughtful, especially for elderly guests. All daily necessities are well-stocked, and the bathroom even provides compressed facial towels. The room includes a refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, and washing machine. If you need drying services, you can take your laundry to the front desk. The service was excellent; they were responsive to almost every request. For example, when I needed an extra outlet or had to adjust the air conditioning, the staff promptly addressed my needs and answered questions patiently. The staff were also very friendly and enthusiastic without being intrusive, making us feel completely at home. For guests with international friends, the front desk staff also speak basic English, so communication won't be an issue. On sunny days, the sunlight streams in, and there's a small balcony where my family even dried peanuts. The room's TV can be rotated, which is great whether you're watching from the sofa or in bed. The clarity is good, and you can watch live broadcasts or choose from on-demand programs. Overall, the living experience was fantastic. If I have another opportunity to stay in this area, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!

The staff at check-in were very professional and explained everything meticulously. The room layout was well-designed, the furnishings were exquisite, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained—even the corners were sparkling clean. The mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. During my leisure time, strolling around the hotel was very pleasant, offering a tranquil and comfortable environment. The guest relations team proactively checked on our experience, and any issues were addressed promptly. The hotel restaurants offered a wide variety of dishes with fresh ingredients. Overall, the experience was comfortable and relaxing, making it perfectly suitable for both short stays and longer trips. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling.
