I like the hotel. Best for long transit traveller. They have pickup and drop facilities. Far from the main market near to the airport. I had a early morning flight so i move from the city at evening to this hotel and early morning 5am hotel drop me to the airport.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

Great stay overall! The hotel is in a very convenient location near Gongbei Port, and also close to Zhuhai Fisher Girl, Lovers’ Road, and the beach, which made it really nice for walking around and sightseeing. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and nice interior design. I especially liked the quiet atmosphere, which made it perfect for a solo trip to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Facilities were simple but everything I needed was available. *One thing to note is that the water heater needs about 20 minutes to reheat after a shower, but as a solo traveller this wasn’t an issue at all.* Overall, excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Park Shijia for about 4 days. The Staff were attentive when we had a little issue. The room for us all was spacious enough for us, as my Children are young. The great thing was the washer/drier unit in my apartment and so we were able to wash and dry with no issues. Although instructions are given on our booking, I would have liked more signage so that people who cant read the language.

Every time I come to Shenzhen, this is my top choice. The location is excellent, close to the subway, and the hotel atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The room layout is well-planned and tidy, and the cleaning is meticulous. The facilities are complete and well-maintained. Service response is prompt, and the staff are polite and gentle. The surrounding amenities are perfect, making for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay.

A perfectly calm escape in the heart of Shenzhen I spent the weekend at Muji Hotel Shenzhen and left genuinely impressed. From the moment I arrived, the space did exactly what Muji does best with it stripped everything back to what matters. The room design is beautifully minimal without feeling cold, and the quality of materials throughout made it feel considered rather than sparse. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed and bedding made for one of the better nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a while. The location is also a strong suit with it being convenient without being chaotic. A special mention goes to Karen at the front desk, who was warm, efficient, and genuinely made the experience feel welcoming. It’s the kind of attentiveness that’s easy to overlook but hard to forget. No complaints whatsoever. If you’re looking for a restorative, design-forward stay in Shenzhen, this is it.

Not only was she efficient and professional with check-in and check-out, but she also thoughtfully asked about my preferences and proactively shared information on local transport and dining options. When I asked for directions to attractions, she patiently hand-drew a simple map for me. Her service combined the standard procedures of a five-star hotel with the genuine warmth and care of a friend. Kudos to such an excellent employee! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I had an incredibly satisfying and enjoyable vacation at Hotel L! 🥹 First off, being able to store my luggage before check-in was a huge plus, allowing me to start my trip hassle-free. The welcome gift, though not extravagant, included an eye mask, small snacks, and earplugs, which were super useful during my stay and even came in handy while traveling by train! The location is absolutely unbeatable!!! It's right in front of Gongbei Port, making trips to and from Macau incredibly convenient. Plus, when I had to catch a train from Zhuhai Station in the morning, its proximity meant I was never rushed. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a bonus. And when taking a taxi, simply saying ”Hotel L” was enough – drivers always knew exactly where to go, which was incredibly stress-free. The view of Gongbei Port and Macau from my room was stunning! A special shout-out to Panda Chen, the hotel staff member I communicated with via WeChat 🥹. She was incredibly kind, patiently answering all my questions and providing assistance, which made my entire trip so much more pleasant. I highly recommend Hotel L in Macau; it left me with truly wonderful memories. 💛

My bestie and I took a short trip to Shenzhen and stumbled upon this amazing apartment – definitely five stars! The location is truly unbeatable, with the subway right downstairs connecting you everywhere, and all the amenities you could need nearby. We walked to One Avenue and spent the day hitting up trendy dessert spots and popular snack stalls with my friend, eating our fill. We even squeezed in a trip to Shenzhen Bay Park for some gorgeous photos by the sea – super picturesque. It was an easy subway ride to Dongmen Old Street, which had a great vibe for shopping and finding unique treasures. In the evening, the Civic Center offered stunning night views, and after dinner, we enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing stroll through Lianhua Mountain Park. The front desk service was incredibly gentle and attentive; they personally escorted us to our room and patiently explained how to use the air conditioning and projector, creating a perfectly relaxed atmosphere. The sixth-floor sky garden at the apartment, surrounded by lush greenery, was perfect for photos and chatting. Plus, takeout deliveries come right to your door, which is super convenient for a lazy trip. The room came equipped with a fridge and washing machine, was spacious and clean, and had complete facilities. It was so comfortable and relaxing staying here with my friend. We'll definitely be back!
