3320235****Guangzhou Meihau Lizhi Hotel (East Railway Station Branch) is highly recommended! Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision for my trip to Guangzhou! It's surrounded by malls and tons of restaurants, which saved me a lot of time and effort whether I was there for business or leisure. Getting around was absolutely hassle-free. The environment and hygiene were impeccable. The lobby's elegant and grand design, with its warm yellow lighting and greenery, instantly washed away my travel fatigue the moment I walked in. The room was spacious and bright, and every corner, from the desk to the carpet and even the bathroom, was spotless. The bed linens had a faint, fresh scent, and the towels were neat and new. I felt completely at ease and slept wonderfully. The hotel's complimentary laundry room, complete with drying and ironing facilities, and a well-equipped gym are thoughtful touches that allow business travelers to stay tidy and maintain their workout routines. These details really make a difference. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, this place is a perfect choice. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou!

GGuest UserReview for Ibis Hotel: The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk staff showed excellent hospitality. Despite the language barrier, they made the effort to use a translator to communicate, which was much appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Nanzhou MTR station which links to many attractions in Guangzhou. Breakfast could be improved, but overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

AAnonymous UserI visited with my two kids for a weekend. The lobby is on the 95th floor, and the service at the front desk and in the corridors was excellent, especially the concierge. My friend arrived earlier and was checking in upstairs. I pulled up to the hotel entrance with my younger child, and a polite young man from the concierge team immediately helped me with my luggage without me even having to get out of the car. My friend's family could then come down and head out for afternoon tea, which was incredibly convenient and efficient. I heard that the windows with a side view of Canton Tower are quite small, and since we were going to the 107th floor for drinks in the evening, I opted for a room with a large window facing IFC, where we enjoyed the sunset 🌅. Compared to my friend's family of three who stayed in a Rosewood Residence apartment suite, the apartment had a better view and, because the room was larger, offered a panoramic vista. However, apartment guests have breakfast on a different floor than hotel guests, though they can pay extra to eat the hotel breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was exquisite, but I do have to complain about the server that day. After we had already gotten our food, it took quite a while for her to bring us the menu to order dishes like eggs Benedict and waffles. And she served later-arriving guests before us. Since I was alone with two kids, I initially forgot about it, but by the time the menu came, the kids were already full and couldn't eat anything else from it. This was the only disappointing part of our stay. The breakfast server had a cold demeanor and wasn't very welcoming. I would have given full marks for service otherwise, but she definitely cost a point. Besides noodles and congee, there were also dumplings, which the kids loved. I personally thought their congee and noodles were particularly delicious – perhaps I drank a bit too much the night before 😄. The swimming pool was not crowded and had three separate areas. The service there was also very enthusiastic, and the children had a wonderful time. During check-in, the housekeeper on our floor was exceptionally thoughtful. She proactively brought extra towels, bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrushes, whereas at other hotels, you usually have to call to request these. She even asked if I needed anything else – a big thumbs up for her! Once the kids were asleep in the evening, my girlfriend and her husband and I enjoyed listening to music and having a few drinks and a chat on the 107th floor. This rare opportunity for drinks was precisely why we chose the Rosewood and why it's the perfect choice when traveling with kids 😄.

Many attractions are nearby, with popular spots like the Temple of the Six Banyan Trees and Beijing Road Pedestrian Street within walking distance. All your dining, drinking, and entertainment needs are covered. Well-Equipped Facilities, Thoughtful Details This is a loft-style guesthouse converted from an apartment, and the room facilities are comprehensive: - Basic amenities: Water heater, hairdryer, and water filter are all available. The integrated washer and dryer meet all laundry needs. - Daily convenience: There’s a private balcony for drying clothes, and the front desk provides ample bottled water daily. They also proactively ask about supply needs and deliver them promptly. Warm Service, Perfect Experience Although it was evening and unmanned when we checked in, the WeChat contact for the manager, which we had added in advance, proved crucial. The staff member responded quickly, personally guided us through check-in, and escorted us to our room. The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic throughout, always ready to answer questions. When we needed to change room types due to family needs during our stay, the front desk sister went above and beyond to coordinate and efficiently resolve the issue. We could also quickly pick up supplies directly from the reception after our outings, making the service experience exceed our expectations. Summary This stay far exceeded our expectations! The excellent location, comprehensive facilities, and thoughtful service made our trip both comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend this guesthouse for both family trips and friends traveling together!

First of all, the room itself was exceptionally comfortable. From the moment I walked in, everything—from the bedding and lighting to the layout and overall ambience—made it easy to relax. The room was clearly very well maintained, with no signs of wear or aging. The décor felt modern yet warm, and the attention to upkeep was evident in every detail, from the furniture to the bathroom facilities. Returning to the room each day felt comforting and familiar, which is something not every hotel can achieve. At check-in, there was a short wait for the room due to availability, but the experience was handled extremely well. A Guest Relation Specialist proactively approached me, kindly checked in on my situation, and thoughtfully added me on WeChat so that assistance would always be easily accessible. From that point onward, communication became seamless. Whether I had questions, requests, or needed help at any time during my stay, support was always just a message away, with quick and attentive responses that made me feel truly cared for. I would especially like to thank Loyalty Manager Mr. Cao for arranging a room upgrade. The upgraded room offered more space and a better overall experience, which elevated my stay significantly. This gesture made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest, rather than just another reservation. Although there was construction nearby during my stay, the hotel’s sound insulation was excellent. Noise never became an issue, and my rest was completely undisturbed. Both nights were quiet and restful, and I slept extremely well—something I truly appreciated. In the afternoon, the Guest Relations team kindly assisted in arranging the JW Christmas–themed afternoon tea. The presentation, quality, and festive atmosphere were outstanding. It was clear that great care had gone into the experience, and it added a wonderful sense of occasion to my stay. This was definitely a highlight and deserves high praise. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Traveling to the airport in the morning was incredibly convenient, saving both time and stress. At the same time, the hotel is not far from Xiangmi Lake Park, making it equally suitable for leisure walks and relaxation. Whether for business or leisure, the location truly feels ideal. In the evening, based on a recommendation from the Guest Relations team, I visited the bar on the fourth floor—and I’m very glad I did. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially under the moonlight, creating a calm and romantic setting that made the night feel special. I highly recommend the Moscow Mule there—it was perfectly balanced, refreshing, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. Another thoughtful touch was the arrangement of a late check-out by the Guest Relations team. This allowed me to rest a bit longer and enjoy the morning without feeling rushed, which made a big difference before departure. Breakfast was also very impressive. The selection was extensive and well organized. Even though the restaurant was busy, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, with clear flow and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In addition, food deliveries were conveniently handled by service robots, which was both efficient and fun, adding a modern and thoughtful touch to the stay. Overall, this hotel excels not only in facilities, but also in service quality and attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. GGuest UserDefinitely not a 5* hotel. Called multiple times from room 1620, doesn’t work, wanted someone to collect baggage, so had to carry it myself. Which is fine, just not a 5* hotel standard. Rooms were very clean and everything else worked great. Front desk were helpful.

At the lounge, I wasn't sure about the dining times, and Duke patiently explained everything to me. Since it was a holiday, it was quite busy, but he even suggested the best times to dine. He also clarified breakfast details for me. His attitude was very warm and he was efficient. The lounge food and breakfast were both very generous. A perfect experience!

XXinyi～gualaolaoThe hotel is not far from the airport, and the shuttle driver was very enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage and driving smoothly. The room was clean and tidy. Room service was excellent and very responsive. When we first checked in, we noticed some noise. After contacting the front desk, someone came to resolve it quickly and helped us change rooms. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the shower water was great. Breakfast was plentiful. There's also a gym and a laundry room. It's a great choice if you have an early flight. The hotel even provided earplugs for noise in the early evening. Hilton quality guaranteed. For reference.
