Hotels With Gym in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Typical transit hotel very close to Sao Paolo airport Guarulhos. I had a small room in first floor not far from reception. Room was clean and comfortable, can’t hear airplanes much. Staff friendly and helpful. In morning hotel serve normal buffet breakfast.

I don't know whether the problem was from the site trip.com or whether it was from the hotel, but the reservation was completely wrong

Check-in was smooth, and as previous email exchanges with the hotel, i was granted an update room and guaranteed that I would stay in the same room throughout my 3 bookings. On check out to start new reservation, i was informed i MUST change the room, and I was not given the option to pay a difference. I felt unworthy and not treated as their loyalty member. Because I already pay and not money back, I'll stay but this is my last time in this hotel that I had spent in last 10 years average 7 nights paid. They made me feel I'm unworthy. I'll pay my revenge on social media and any other form such to expose my unsatisfied situation. Shame on IHG and Holiday Inn Anhembi. Attached the mold on the floor towel and the granted ”same room” in Portuguese from their side.

The hotel is located in the city center and is very convenient to walk to various places. The front desk security is very reliable. The family room is very large. There is a toilet between the two rooms. The balcony is very large and you can see the terrace opposite. It is very cost-effective.

good room, spacious and clean; cigarette smell in the room and hallways was annoying; poor cleaning in elevators and corridors.

Great hotel for before a flight! The restaurant has a buffet and the food is well priced! The gym is good quality and my wife had a good massage. I would stay here again!

O Hotel em si é bem tranquilo, a localidade é muito boa, pertinho da praia, cama confortável e café da manhã muito bom. Oq eu tenho a reclamar é que colocaram um funcionário novo e ele não sabia fazer as coisas, o problema não é ser novo, e sim não ensinarem ele a fazer reserva e etc. Fomos reservar mais uma diária pra ir embora um pouco mais tarde e ele entendeu que estávamos pedindo reembolso? Kk e ele tbm não marcou que nosso quarto estava reservado, aí no dia seguinte o próximo atendente falou que iríamos ir embora às 12h, ficamos confusos, mas ele em si é muito gentil, só falta treinamento. Acho muito ruim o horário de checkout, 12h é muito cedo, fora que pelo preço deveria ser reservado o dia todo, mas enfim, foi tranquilo tirando esses pontos!

It is a three-minute walk away. Decathlon is downstairs, connected to a shopping mall, and shopping is very convenient. Dengo chocolate, which is common in Brazil, is also available in the mall. It is also convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spot. The location of the breakfast place is excellent. You can enjoy the food while enjoying the daily life of Sao Paulo. Thumbs up.
