Hotels With Parking in Mangystau Region, Kazakhstan

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first night was wonderful. But at the second night, the lights of the whole room suddenly went off and couldn’t be turned on again. We reported it to the receptionist and it took them about half an hour to fix it. We unfortunately had our dinner in the dark. Then, we slept after it was fixed. But when we woke up and needed to leave for the airport at midnight, we found that the lights didn’t work again, so we had to pack our stuff in darkness. It was very annoying and completely unacceptable to not have lights. This hotel clearly has some issue with their electric circuits.

This is probably the best hotel in Aktau. Respectable, clean, conveniently located. The staff works well, very friendly. Very good room service, the food is delicious. Of course, this is an expensive hotel, but it's worth it. The sea is literally nearby.

This is a truly excellent hotel, located just a minute's walk from the Caspian Sea. Many Chinese tourists stay here. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, especially welcoming to Chinese guests. It was my birthday on the day I checked in, and when I returned from sightseeing, I found a complimentary cake from the hotel in my room. I was incredibly touched by this gesture.

It was a very clean hotel. The staff spoke English, so communication was not a problem. My room was on the third floor, and there was a water dispenser next to the elevator on my floor, and I was told I could drink the water from there, so I had no trouble getting enough water, even for breakfast. Amenities were provided, but there was no tissue, so I used toilet paper instead. They also held my luggage after check-out, so I had no problems at all. It was a wonderful hotel.

Excellent hotel, perfect cleanliness, delicious, varied breakfasts, good staff, attentive, I liked absolutely everything. This is the best thing I had in Aktau)

I originally booked an apartment in Aktau, but it had an incredibly uncomfortable mattress and old pillows. I had to urgently find new accommodation. In the end, I booked this hotel and regretted not doing so from the start. The hotel is located in the city center. It's clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff are friendly. We received a free room upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room is large, clean, and has everything you need. The mattress and pillows here are excellent and comfortable. The bed, however, is a bit narrow for two, but it's not a major issue. Housekeeping is done daily. The breakfasts are also good, with a decent selection. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant with reasonable prices. We ordered room service in the evenings — the food was delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in Aktau!

The room is large, the toilet is small, and there is no iron. It is very inconvenient to iron clothes when traveling on business! Many waiters at the front desk did not speak English, only one did. This is very inconvenient! In addition, the wifi was very poor and I mentioned it to the front desk three times. After staying for several days, one day the room was not cleaned that day, so I went to the front desk to ask for water and toilet paper, and it took me three times before they were delivered. . . Behind the hotel is the Caspian Sea, which is very close. The Caspian Sea is great and it is safe to go there at night! I don’t recommend going to the restaurant on the third floor of the hotel. It’s quite expensive. I ordered pizza but they said the ingredients were out and I got two orders of pasta instead. It was really not delicious.

Except that it’s a bit noisy near the road, there are basically no big shortcomings.

Отличный отель прямо на побережье, красивый вид из номера на морюшко. Завтрак был разнообразный и вкусный. Мы заселились поздно из-за трудностей в дороге, персонал нас ждал, заселили быстро, номер комфортный и чистый. Нам все очень понравилось, в отеле разрешили мне позаниматься в спортзале после времени выселения. Персонал молодцы и постарались помочь нам во всех наших просьбах.
