GGuest UserExcellent! The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept wonderfully. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the location is super convenient for getting around. With all the great amenities, my overall stay was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

IInsiderБыла нереальная жара в номере от теплых полов. Приходилось включать кондиционер и он работал всю ночь. Чуть не заболели. Нереально жесткий матрас. Ключ карты без указания номера. Лифт нагревается от солнца и в нем едешь как в бане. Плохой интернет, постоянно отключается, плохо ловит сигнал. Цена вообще не соответствует.

GGuest UserThis is probably the best hotel in Aktau. Respectable, clean, conveniently located. The staff works well, very friendly. Very good room service, the food is delicious. Of course, this is an expensive hotel, but it's worth it. The sea is literally nearby.

AAnnA_666The hotel is good, cozy, beautiful, and clean. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and there's pleasant music in the evenings. The staff is polite and always ready to help; we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, and it was resolved quickly. At the restaurant and front desk, they always ask for feedback about your stay and wish you a pleasant day. There's a pool, but the weather didn't allow us to use it. The sea, promenade, and shops are all near the hotel. I recommend this hotel for booking.

Comfortable bedding. Kettle and cups provided. Fridge available. Hairdryer. Good Wi-Fi. Efficient, quiet air conditioning. Hot water with good pressure. A downside regarding soap and shampoo supplies: mini-tubes that weren't replenished daily.

Many waiters at the front desk did not speak English, only one did. This is very inconvenient!
In addition, the wifi was very poor and I mentioned it to the front desk three times.
After staying for several days, one day the room was not cleaned that day, so I went to the front desk to ask for water and toilet paper, and it took me three times before they were delivered. . .
Behind the hotel is the Caspian Sea, which is very close. The Caspian Sea is great and it is safe to go there at night! I don’t recommend going to the restaurant on the third floor of the hotel. It’s quite expensive. I ordered pizza but they said the ingredients were out and I got two orders of pasta instead. It was really not delicious.
