Hotels With Parking in Mangystau Region, Kazakhstan

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first night was wonderful. But at the second night, the lights of the whole room suddenly went off and couldn’t be turned on again. We reported it to the receptionist and it took them about half an hour to fix it. We unfortunately had our dinner in the dark. Then, we slept after it was fixed. But when we woke up and needed to leave for the airport at midnight, we found that the lights didn’t work again, so we had to pack our stuff in darkness. It was very annoying and completely unacceptable to not have lights. This hotel clearly has some issue with their electric circuits.

Breakfast was adequate and rooms were clean despite a less than stellar sea view. I had a situation where someone had unlocked my door with their key card at 5 in the morning and attempted to enter but was not able to do so because my door was latched. I was unimpressed when the service staff’s explanation was that there was a reset in the security system at that time and the person who attempted to open my door was probably a drunk guest. I had expected far superior service from a family-run guesthouse instead of just a flippant explanation.

The hotel is good, cozy, beautiful, and clean. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and there's pleasant music in the evenings. The staff is polite and always ready to help; we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, and it was resolved quickly. At the restaurant and front desk, they always ask for feedback about your stay and wish you a pleasant day. There's a pool, but the weather didn't allow us to use it. The sea, promenade, and shops are all near the hotel. I recommend this hotel for booking.

It was a very clean hotel. The staff spoke English, so communication was not a problem. My room was on the third floor, and there was a water dispenser next to the elevator on my floor, and I was told I could drink the water from there, so I had no trouble getting enough water, even for breakfast. Amenities were provided, but there was no tissue, so I used toilet paper instead. They also held my luggage after check-out, so I had no problems at all. It was a wonderful hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around the area. The lobby is beautiful, and the breakfast restaurant offers a nice ambiance with a decent variety of options. The in-room facilities are good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. Plus, it's a convenient walk to the beach.

Никаких претензий! Всё было на высоком уровне. Еда, вода, всё прекрасно. Есть бассейн куда не пускают детей. С детьми тоже куча развлекухи. Аквапарк и парк атракционов на территории. У нас все посещения входили в стоимость проживания. Мы очень довольны.

The hotel's main advantage is its location. It's practically the only hotel in Aktau with a direct view of the sea and direct access to the cliff path. The inflated price is due precisely to the location. The room is large and clean, the bed is comfortable. Water is always available. The breakfasts are delicious and varied; one day they even served sturgeon for breakfast. Upon arrival, we discovered a clogged drain. The problem was fixed within 24 hours. The hotel's main problem is the internet. There's internet in the hallway, but not in the room. I contacted reception twice to ask for it to be fixed, and they promised to fix it, but it never happened during the six days I spent there. Internet is a basic service that a five-star hotel should have, and I downgraded my rating specifically because of the internet. Everything else is fine (if the price doesn't bother you).

Except that it’s a bit noisy near the road, there are basically no big shortcomings.

Отличный отель прямо на побережье, красивый вид из номера на морюшко. Завтрак был разнообразный и вкусный. Мы заселились поздно из-за трудностей в дороге, персонал нас ждал, заселили быстро, номер комфортный и чистый. Нам все очень понравилось, в отеле разрешили мне позаниматься в спортзале после времени выселения. Персонал молодцы и постарались помочь нам во всех наших просьбах.
