This was a good hotel for the night. Nothing special about the room, but the lobby looks nice and the staff is helpful. It’s not too far from the Taj Mahal, but you cannot see the Taj Mahal from the building at night since the Taj Mahal is not lit up at night.

I wouldn't stay in Agra for more than one day and this hotel is perfect for this. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom could use some maintenance but it was clean. We ate at the buffet restaurant on the evening and morning and the food was fresh and varied like what you would expect from an international hotel brand. Location is ok I guess, but again we went to Agra to see the Fort and the Taj, not the city that is beyond crowded and messy. As anywhere in India, staff will pressure for tips but nothing to be annoyed by.

Nice environment, swimming pool, good staff attitude, friendly reception, good breakfast in the restaurant, rich variety, room facilities are a bit old, others are good.

Convenient transportation, health situation can be said to be general, worthy of this price. The breakfast is very rich and suitable for the appetite of Chinese people. There are shopping malls around, shopping and eating are more convenient. There is a swimming pool on the roof, you can swim for free, it is recommended.

Clean で is the highest. However, when I went out, I handed the key to the front desk and was told that I didn't have it after I came back, and when I finally checked out, I was told to pay the key charge fee, so I paid because it was troublesome. . Other than that, it was a perfect room cleanliness and staff response.

I had an exceptional stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Agra, India. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and service were outstanding. The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.
