One of a handful of international brands in Yiwu, second best after the Shangri-la. Rooms are quite huge. You can use the pool and gym at the hotel, even staying at the Residence. You can have breakfast at the Residence side, and not the main restaurant at the hotel. Choices are definitely limited compared to the hotel restaurant. Everything is passable, with the exception of an awfully rude pool attendant who reprimanded me with spiteful words for taking an innocent picture of the empty hallway. It's not like I was taking pictures of the pool filled with other swimmers. He should be fired for even speaking to a guest that way. No awareness that he is in the hospitality sector and is representing the Marriott group.

Some room types also offer balcony views with excellent lighting. The health center on the third floor includes facilities such as a heated swimming pool, a gym, and a children's playground to meet the leisure needs of all ages. The front desk staff provided warm service throughout the whole process, and giving chocolate cookies at check-in has become a special ritual. The front desk often takes the initiative to upgrade the room type (such as high-rise buildings) and provides detailed care such as luggage assistance. Asking about the stay experience at check-out reflects the brand's attention to guests.

Really impressed with this hotel! I booked for one day first and ended up staying longer because it was just that good. The location is right at the Futian Market — there’s even a direct entrance from the hotel, which is super convenient. They’ve really thought of everything here… they even have charging spots for electric scooters! As someone who uses a scooter to get around the market, that was a huge plus. The front desk staff were also super friendly — super helpful with anything I asked. And on top of that, I happened to check in during a traditional Chinese festival. Such a cool and unforgettable experience

Very good service from the reception, they will assist when you have any reasonable requests. I would like to compliment to 欣欣, she is very polite and responsive, she even help me to liaise with the delivery guy as I had ordered some parcel online but I could not make calls to the person. I also got upgraded room as well from no window to window. I had my pleasant stay here, the room size is just nice and all the facilities is in good condition. Thank you hotel hao and I will choose here again for my stay in Hangzhou for my future stay with their good services and good location, just 5 minutes walk to 南宋御街 & metro dingan road exit D.

Hyatt Place Hangzhou International Airport is exceptionally well-located, directly connected to Hangzhou Airport—just a short walk from the terminals. It’s perfect for travelers in transit or those heading into the city, as the metro station is easily accessible from the airport itself. There’s a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, making snacks and essentials easy to grab anytime, and just a short walk away are various restaurants around the airport. The room was impressively spacious and well-designed, featuring a large, soft bed, modern amenities, and a clean, smoke-free environment. The atmosphere was peaceful, offering a relaxing stay with large windows providing great views of the airport. The bathroom was spacious and elegantly designed. Although I didn’t get to try the breakfast due to a short layover, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again—convenience, comfort, and quality all in one place. My stay at the hotel was brief but I enjoyed nonetheless. I went to the wrong side of the hotel upon my arrival and so when I saw no one there, I was worried I would not be able to check in. When I called the front desk, number 82 (小文) went above and beyond to help me. Her English was not good and so was my Chinese but she improvised and used a translator over the phone and even WeChat just to help me to find the lobby. When she finally figured out where I was, she came to meet me and even brought my bag for me to the lobby. Everything went smoothly afterwards. 小文 was exceptional! The epitome of excellent customer service! Please give that lovely lady a raise or better yet, give her a promotion!

Right in front of the hotel, there is a mall food court, Starbucks, and a famous milk tea and convenience store 1 minute away. And across the overpass, Yiwu Trade mart is 5 minutes away. You can walk from the hotel. However, the room smells of cigarettes and is dusty. However, friendly staff are waiting day and night. (Except for the male staff at night.) If you want location and convenience, this hotel is the best.

The room was good and clean. But it wasn'tthat soundproof. You could clearly hear the voices from the hallway. Inside the bath was no socket for the hairdryer. The facilities like gym were average. The service was not good. During Check In we had to carry our luggage by our selves and we weren't offert a cart for it. The personel at the reception was not well trained and clumsy. I expected more from a Hilton.

Superb location next to Wulin street. Many places to eat. Slightly hard to get taxi into the front of the hotel as the pavement is jam with cars and pedestrian and it’s a dead end. Room is decent and sufficient for 2 pax.

This hotel is one of my top choices in Shaoxing. The property is nearly brand new, and my wife and I stayed here for three nights during a business trip. It was a wonderful experience, and here’s our detailed review: We stayed on the 51st executive floor, specifically in room 5128, which offered a stunning lake view and an impressively spacious layout. The room featured a proper bathtub, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate section for the shower and toilet, divided by transparent glass partitions. However, the lack of privacy in this setup could be uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room with a colleague or business associate. Since I was traveling with my wife, this wasn’t an issue for us. Service: 9/10 Although most of the staff didn’t speak or understand English, they made a genuine effort to ensure guests were happy. Language barriers in China are common, but using a translator app helped us navigate communication seamlessly. Night shift front desk manager Lynn was very helpful and spoke English properly. She also recommended Cleanliness: 10/10 The housekeeping team was highly attentive and thorough, keeping the room spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast: 9/10 Breakfast was served at the Manhattan Restaurant on the 45th floor, offering stunning views. The buffet featured a great mix of Western and Oriental dishes, including a wide variety of cheeses, croissants, a self-serve ground coffee machine, fresh fruits, and a selection of dumplings. Location: 7/10 The hotel is about 20 minutes from Shaoxing North Railway Station, which was convenient for us. However, the immediate surroundings don’t offer much— the nearest convenience store is about a 8-10 minute walk. We used DiDi for all our trips, so this wasn’t a major issue. For shopping or dining, Wanda Plaza Mall is about 12 minutes away by car, offering a variety of restaurants, including McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks. We highly recommend trying Green Tea, a local restaurant on the mall’s third floor, for delicious food at reasonable prices. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Shaoxing.
