Great location and very convenient area 👍 However, the hotel does feel a bit old, and cleanliness could be improved. Still okay for a short stay because of the strategic location.

When I visited Huzhou before, my Huzhou friends proudly told me that the Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort was the city's calling card and its pride. Due to time constraints, I couldn't stay there then, but I decided I had to experience it someday. This time, taking advantage of my trip back to China, my spouse and I finally fulfilled that wish. The Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort exceeded our expectations in every way! What particularly impressed us were the dazzling 'Ring of Light' show, the multi-themed outdoor natural hot springs, and the incredibly rich and varied breakfast. Of course, the luxurious and comfortable room, its impeccable cleanliness, and the polite and attentive service from the butler and staff also left us full of praise. As overseas Chinese from Japan, we can say that even in Japan, hotels of this caliber, with such excellent service, are not common. I will definitely recommend the 'Moon Hotel' to my Japanese friends. Our heartfelt thanks to the Moon Hotel for providing us with such a thoroughly satisfying experience.

Really good hotel. Located in Mall building, occupied only some floors. Localisation is really great, very close to the Western Lake. Next to a lot of shops and restaurants, they are even in the same building (for example Haidilao on the same floor). Rooms - I have a bigger one with the city view, so it was very comfortable. There is a laundry room, mini gym and big patio with nice view (so no need to go downstairs to smoke). Breakfest - acceptable. The only one bad thing is terrible coffee on the breakfest.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel! The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is good. The room is bright and spacious! A special thanks to Evelyn at the front desk – she's beautiful, generous, and enthusiastic. I was also very pleased with Alice at the front desk, who was kind and approachable! They both gave me a wonderful check-in experience! I love China! The breakfast was also very much to my taste and quite good! And having unlimited coffee and tea was perfect for me as a foreigner! It was great! I'll definitely be back next time! It's been wonderful for someone who's lived in China for over ten years!

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel right at home. They proactively upgraded our room, asked about our needs and sleeping preferences, and even informed us about potential construction noise nearby, offering good alternative solutions. The room itself was spacious with a good layout. Overall, I was very satisfied. It would be even better if the hardware facilities could be further upgraded. Five stars.

The hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is excellent. The service is warm and friendly. Since it was hot, I even got a small fridge, so I could enjoy refreshing fruits and water. I've stayed here multiple times. For breakfast, you can get noodles and wontons, and there's complimentary fruit tea and freshly ground coffee in the lobby. The surrounding area is also very convenient, with a shopping center just a ten-minute walk away.

Honestly, when my friend and I got out of the taxi, the staff were already outside the hotel entrance to greet us and help with our luggage. During check-in, they offered us flower tea, mango, and roasted sweet potatoes, making us feel completely at home. The front desk lady was consistently warm and thoughtful, even helping us with our bags. When we left, they also gave us a parting gift. I truly feel they lived up to the hotel's motto: 'Providing heartfelt and humanistic service.' It was a fantastic experience.

The overall design is simple and high-end, the public area is oversized, the billiard area, the children's ocean ball pool, the tea room are all available, adults and children can have fun. The room was clean and glowing, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathing pool was super atmospheric, and the fatigue of the day was instantly dissipated. The lawn and paths in the yard are very healing, the windows are green in the mountains and forests, and the air is fragrant with grass and trees. The boss service is super intimate, the details are full, the living is comfortable and at ease, I will choose here next time!

This was a really great experience! Initially, I was a bit apprehensive because I saw some online reviews mentioning the hotel facilities were old. But once I arrived, I didn't find anything old at all. Perhaps it's not super modern, but overall, it's quite grand. The staff and employees were extremely professional; they were always happy to provide excellent service whenever we asked. Of course, I can't say the hotel is absolutely perfect, which is why I gave the facilities 4.5 stars – to leave some room for improvement. The only minor suggestion I have is for the hotel to consider the needs of female guests regarding toiletries. For example, a softer toothbrush head and adding a comb for styling hair would be great additions. Overall impression: Super satisfied, I'd be very happy to be a repeat customer! I have to say, a five-star is still a five-star. We originally booked two nights at another hotel, but after one night, we just couldn't stand it. We checked out the next day and went straight to Hilton. From the moment we entered the lobby, I knew we made the right decision. The room was clean and tidy, the service was warm, and our child didn't even want to leave the hotel, just wanted to stay there. Breakfast was also quite rich. All in all, everything was pretty good.
