The bedding was so soft, I slept wonderfully. It's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring West Lake. Highly recommend!

Three adults in one family don't need to book two rooms; you can be together while still maintaining relatively independent spaces. The independent bathroom upstairs was a pleasant surprise. **Parking**: Although the hotel is large, there's ample parking, thoughtfully accommodating the needs of each building. Both ground-level and underground parking are available in front of Building 8, complete with charging piles. You can park your car and take the elevator directly upstairs, completely avoiding the hassle of dragging luggage through the massive hotel. **Service**: It boasts the kind of service you'd expect from a five-star hotel.
