The room was clean and tidy, and it's super close to West Lake, about a 6-7 minute walk. You can check in on both the 1st and 5th floors, and they offer luggage storage. There's a Line 7 bus stop right across from the front desk on the 1st floor, which takes you directly to Lingyin Temple. Getting around is convenient, taxis are easy to find, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, plus a large shopping mall if you want to browse.

Staying inside Wuzhen Scenic Area in the off-season (February) was such a great deal! It included a two-person admission ticket, which made it excellent value for money. We even got a free upgrade to a 1.8-meter king-size bed upon check-in, which was a wonderful surprise. We stayed in Mo Mo's Home Building 67; although it's an old house, the window views are absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, and it came with heating, a bathtub, and even a direct drinking water filter. The quality of amenities like the hairdryer was also top-notch, and the facilities were comprehensive. While the decor might be a bit dated, the overall experience was fantastic. You can really immerse yourself in Wuzhen's nightscape and the morning market. Staying inside the scenic area was truly worth it!

I chose this hotel so I could pick up a friend arriving in Hangzhou on an early morning flight the next day. The location is super convenient, just 100 meters from the T4 second-floor exit. Xiao Lin at the front desk was so thoughtful and upgraded me to a scenic twin room, which was incredibly comfortable. The room itself was generally good, no obvious flaws. One minor inconvenience was that I couldn't pause or control the progress bar of cast media on the TV with the remote. Breakfast was decent, a mix of Chinese and Western options. Not a huge variety, but enough to fill you up. The staff even reminded me if I wanted more food as it got closer to closing time. Overall, I'm satisfied.

My stay at Xitang Yuyaxuan's 180-degree river view room was absolutely perfect, completely fulfilling all my imaginings of a Jiangnan water town. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony framed the misty promenade and the gurgling river into a living painting. I slept beside the water, watching the morning mist drift over the stone bridges and black-awning boats cut through the dawn light. In the evening, I admired the setting sun painting the corridor roofs red and lanterns gradually illuminating like stars – truly ”living within the scenery.” The guest room itself was also incredibly charming, cleverly converted from an ancient Ming and Qing dynasty residence. The interior retained the elegant antiquity of wooden beams and carved windows, yet was equipped with modern comforts, showcasing a strong sense of design. Lying on the soft bed, with the gentle sound of sculling oars in the background, even my dreams were imbued with the warmth of the water town. This is undoubtedly an excellent place to experience the essence of Xitang, and I highly recommend it to every traveler seeking tranquility and beautiful views.

Facilities: The hotel's facilities are excellent and easy to use, all operated by a voice control system. Hygiene: The room was spotlessly clean and fresh, and it even had a large floor-to-ceiling window. Environment: It's within walking distance of West Lake, and there's a subway station nearby, making it very convenient to get to the airport and high-speed rail station. Service: The service at Simple Cabin was very welcoming and enthusiastic.

Facilities: The room was comfortable and clean. Although not very spacious, it was acceptable given its location in the busy downtown area of Wuma Street. Cleanliness: The room was clean, and housekeeping was diligent with frequent replenishments, meeting all normal stay requirements. Service: The service truly stands out and deserves special mention. It was absolutely superb, showing attention to detail and care everywhere. The check-in experience was fantastic! Upon arrival, we were offered sweet potatoes and tea. The front desk staff personally escorted us to our room, helped with our luggage, and even gave us a detailed overview of the facilities, making us feel right at home. Snacks and water were generously provided, and a fresh fruit platter was delivered daily. In the evenings, they even offered a foot bath bucket service. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the coffee was excellent. I've honestly never encountered such a thoughtful hotel before. I will definitely be back when I visit Wenzhou again. I hope the hotel continues to thrive and prosper!

The living room and bedroom were distinctly zoned, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a picturesque panorama of the city skyline blending with the serene lake. With the lights on at night, the ambiance was absolutely captivating. Every detail in the suite showed thoughtful consideration: the bedding was cloud-soft, allowing me to drift off to sleep instantly. The bathroom featured a modern wet/dry separation and an oversized bathtub, perfect for soaking away a day's fatigue. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks, instantly making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The service was simply impeccable. Duty Manager Cathy provided a flawless response to all requests. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and room service was incredibly prompt – when I requested an extra pillow in the evening, it was delivered within minutes. The breakfast the next day offered a huge variety, with both Chinese and Western options – definitely a must-try! Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this place offers a perfect experience. It has already been added to my go-to list for stays in Jiaxing!

I originally saw a recommendation for this hotel on Xiaohongshu, so I booked Shaoxing Hotel for my trip to Shaoxing. Our stay completely exceeded our expectations, and we felt it was an excellent choice. First, the hotel is very large, with multiple buildings connected by covered walkways. The central courtyards are beautifully designed with either exotic rock formations and flowing water, or pavilions and pagodas, or even ponds with winding bridges – all perfect for photos. The room was spacious, and the bathroom facilities were well-equipped and convenient to use. The hotel's breakfast was also abundant and delicious. Getting to various attractions by taxi was very convenient, even more so than staying at some guesthouses or hotels directly within scenic spots. It was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shaoxing.

Great location! Highly recommend! You can book reservations at the Zhaochake Hotel, which I also recommend. The butler service was excellent; they called me in advance and added me on WeChat. They picked me up at the visitor center for check-in, and my luggage was delivered. It's the best location in Wuzhen, highly recommended!
