The hotel location was superb. Once step out from the hotel there's the walking street. Probably cause its spring and they opened the window for fresh air, there's dust inside the room when we first checked in but the issue was settled once they did the housekeeping next day. Also, big thanks to the hotel for accepting and arranging our high volume of parcels before we reached.

Staying at the Huzhou Giraffe Manor Hotel during the May Day holiday was an absolutely amazing experience! Our standalone cabin was nestled in a bamboo forest, and opening the window revealed lush greenery and the fresh scent of plants filling the air. The most unforgettable part was the giraffe breakfast – seeing their adorable long necks poke into the dining area for a close-up interaction was incredibly therapeutic. The travel photography service was excellent; the photographer was professional and patient, perfectly capturing heartwarming moments with the giraffes, along with the bamboo forest and other cute animals. Every photo looked like a fairytale come to life. The park also offered a variety of animal interactions, with cute raccoons and capybaras, and the butler service was thoughtful and attentive. This is definitely the place to go for a May Day family trip, offering both natural wilderness and excellent service. Highly recommend returning!

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Hangzhou. It's about a 10-minute walk to West Lake, and you can take the No. 7 bus directly to Lingyin Temple, so the location is excellent and transportation is convenient. The hotel staff are incredibly proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive; they even upgraded our room without us asking! It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here.

Traveled alone and decided to stay a night here for the room's king-sized bed for some extra comfort after 9 days of walking around Hangzhou for events and sightseeing. Demi was prompt in her responses and was able to answer my questions quickly. Check-in process was smooth and the room is clean. Amenities are good, bed is comfortable and hoarding 4 pillows at once is certainly a comforting experience after a lot of travel. Room is quiet and you can barely hear sounds from the corridor unless someone speaks really loudly. There's no bathtub, and my room has a view of Hyatt Regency. Gym is also decent and quiet. There's also a weighing scale that generates your report if you happen to be interested. Breakfast is decent. I didn't get to eat much due to a loss of appetite but the fried mushrooms were nice. The watermelons however, did not look appetizing but other guests seemed to enjoy it. Overall I think it's nice since it's really convenient. If you're arriving you should see the hotel when you're coming out from T4; if you're coming here by metro then take the elevator down and you should see it in walking distance. Signage is not exactly great but it's not too difficult to navigate around. I'd still consider staying here again if I'm returning to Hangzhou with with an early departure flight.

I have to say, a five-star is still a five-star. We originally booked two nights at another hotel, but after one night, we just couldn't stand it. We checked out the next day and went straight to Hilton. From the moment we entered the lobby, I knew we made the right decision. The room was clean and tidy, the service was warm, and our child didn't even want to leave the hotel, just wanted to stay there. Breakfast was also quite rich. All in all, everything was pretty good.

A beautiful spring stay at Linqi Hotel in Longyou County is so warm! The environmental facilities are very eye-catching, the newly opened decoration is very distinctive, the smart service, the room is clean and bright, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the layout can be seen to contain elements of the cloth business horse gang. The front desk service was very good, and there was fresh fruit yogurt sent to the room. It was a feeling of being at home! I hope that the hotel business will be as it is, borrow the east wind of the horse, and the business will be prosperous and successful!

A great place for a weekend getaway! The service was excellent; they even helped us with our luggage to the room. A special thanks to Xiao Dong for their service. We were upgraded to a lake-view room, and the balcony offered a stunning view with quaint bridges and the lake. After settling in, we walked along Nanhu Lake to Nanhu Tiandi for dinner and stumbled upon a bread festival, which was a lovely surprise and we got some great finds. Back at the hotel, we found that turndown service had been provided. The next morning, after breakfast, we headed to Haogu Pagoda. I actually wanted to go there on the first afternoon, but we couldn't find the small back entrance, and neither could several other groups who came looking later. We eventually realized it was blocked by illegally parked cars. I hope the hotel can put up a sign there to explain this. After descending the pagoda, we took another stroll around the hotel grounds to enjoy the garden scenery before leaving. We skipped Yuehe and Zicheng, which were mentioned online, as we had to head back in the afternoon, and having been to Xitang, I didn't feel the need to visit another water town; once a year is enough for me. I actually prefer places like Nanhu Tiandi. Of course, for those with more time, it's worth exploring all these places.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express, and overall we have no complaints about the hotel itself. The property is very well located — only about six minutes by car from the airport. This was exactly why we chose it: we were arriving very late, close to 1 a.m., and we were traveling with our 4-year-old child. We needed a hotel as close as possible so we could get some sleep immediately after landing. Another important criterion for us was a good breakfast, to wake up, eat, and continue our trip. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and quality linens. Everything necessary was provided, and the bathroom facilities were modern and clean. However, there is one major issue that future guests should be aware of. If you arrive late at night and choose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, please take a taxi and do not rely on the hotel’s pickup service. This was our biggest disappointment. We spent almost an hour trying to follow the directions sent to us via WeChat, but the staff were not able to provide clear instructions. They also never mentioned that the shuttle runs only once per hour at fixed times. For example, the shuttle time was 1:08 a.m., and we landed at 12:30 a.m. If the staff had simply told us that we could not make it, we would have taken a taxi immediately. Instead, we received a message at 1:07 saying “please hurry,” even though we had been walking in the completely wrong direction due to unclear guidance. Traveling with a child, we lost more than an hour and then had to wait outside even longer. Breakfast was another point of confusion. At check-in, we were told breakfast was served until 10:30. We arrived at 10:35, only to learn it actually ends at 10:00. Thankfully, the restaurant staff were extremely kind and prepared breakfast especially for us — eggs, salad, bread, yogurt for the child, and fruit. This human touch truly made a difference, and we appreciate their warm service. Overall, this is a good hotel with an excellent location, but the information about the shuttle service and breakfast times should be communicated more clearly.
