The location is fantastic, super close to West Lake. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Amazing value for money, and an excellent stay overall. The environment is peaceful, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. You can tell they pay attention to the details. It's conveniently located with great transport links and excellent facilities. The bedding was so soft, I slept wonderfully. It's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring West Lake. Highly recommend!

For my Wuzhen trip, I booked a guesthouse within the West Scenic Zone, specifically building 49. The room and bathroom were very clean. The hostess was incredibly warm and kind; she even brought us a local sweet soup as soon as we arrived, and another one with red beans in the evening. After staying two nights, I realized I'd forgotten something when I got home. I contacted her, and she immediately helped me mail it back. I'm very grateful!

I chose this hotel so I could pick up a friend arriving in Hangzhou on an early morning flight the next day. The location is super convenient, just 100 meters from the T4 second-floor exit. Xiao Lin at the front desk was so thoughtful and upgraded me to a scenic twin room, which was incredibly comfortable. The room itself was generally good, no obvious flaws. One minor inconvenience was that I couldn't pause or control the progress bar of cast media on the TV with the remote. Breakfast was decent, a mix of Chinese and Western options. Not a huge variety, but enough to fill you up. The staff even reminded me if I wanted more food as it got closer to closing time. Overall, I'm satisfied.

My stay at Xitang Yuyaxuan's 180-degree river view room was absolutely perfect, completely fulfilling all my imaginings of a Jiangnan water town. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony framed the misty promenade and the gurgling river into a living painting. I slept beside the water, watching the morning mist drift over the stone bridges and black-awning boats cut through the dawn light. In the evening, I admired the setting sun painting the corridor roofs red and lanterns gradually illuminating like stars – truly ”living within the scenery.” The guest room itself was also incredibly charming, cleverly converted from an ancient Ming and Qing dynasty residence. The interior retained the elegant antiquity of wooden beams and carved windows, yet was equipped with modern comforts, showcasing a strong sense of design. Lying on the soft bed, with the gentle sound of sculling oars in the background, even my dreams were imbued with the warmth of the water town. This is undoubtedly an excellent place to experience the essence of Xitang, and I highly recommend it to every traveler seeking tranquility and beautiful views.

My overall experience at the Hangzhou West Lake Hubin 5-Star Bay Hotel (Wushan Square Branch) was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to Wushan Square, making travel very convenient. It's a short walk or taxi ride to West Lake and Hefang Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't bothered by outside traffic noise. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with ample hot water and stable pressure. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. They were also quick to assist with any issues. Overall, the value for money is quite good for this area, making it suitable for both tourists visiting Hangzhou and those on short business trips.

Seriously, no exaggeration! I'd call this the Pan Dong Lai of hotels! Unbeatable recommendation, if you're an old Wenzhou local, you absolutely must stay here. This isn't an ad, just a genuine recommendation! You can eat till you're stuffed for free every day at the hotel, and shopping and dining nearby are also super convenient! The service is excellent! There's 24/7 customer service available for any issues you might have! I love the free roasted sweet potatoes.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations for this trip! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Check-in was quick, and they proactively explained the hotel's facilities and their locations, which made us feel very comfortable. The room's cleanliness was exceptional. The bedsheets and duvet were spotless and neatly made, the floors and tabletops were pristine, and there were no unpleasant odors in the bathroom's vanity or shower area. The attention to detail was impressive. The room had great natural light and good ventilation, so it never felt stuffy. The bed was just the right firmness, and the pillow height was perfect, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location is very convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the nearby commercial street, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it offered a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, with hot dishes, porridge, and pastries all available, and it tasted deliciously home-style. Even during check-out, the staff were very thoughtful. The entire stay was incredibly smooth, and it offered great value for money. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Booked a suite at the Hilton Jiaxing via Trip.com, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the expansive space. The living room and bedroom were distinctly zoned, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a picturesque panorama of the city skyline blending with the serene lake. With the lights on at night, the ambiance was absolutely captivating. Every detail in the suite showed thoughtful consideration: the bedding was cloud-soft, allowing me to drift off to sleep instantly. The bathroom featured a modern wet/dry separation and an oversized bathtub, perfect for soaking away a day's fatigue. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks, instantly making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The service was simply impeccable. Duty Manager Cathy provided a flawless response to all requests. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and room service was incredibly prompt – when I requested an extra pillow in the evening, it was delivered within minutes. The breakfast the next day offered a huge variety, with both Chinese and Western options – definitely a must-try! Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this place offers a perfect experience. It has already been added to my go-to list for stays in Jiaxing!

You truly understand what a five-star hotel experience should be like only after staying in a five-star hotel in Zhejiang. In short: Absolutely recommend it! If you're coming to Shaoxing, you *must* stay at the Shaoxing Hotel at least once! **Ambiance**: As Shaoxing's traditional state guesthouse, it's beautiful and grand, a tranquil oasis tucked away at a bustling street corner. From the moment you drive into the hotel lobby, there's just one feeling – this money was well spent. **Facilities**: We booked a loft in Building 8, which is perfect for traveling with parents. Three adults in one family don't need to book two rooms; you can be together while still maintaining relatively independent spaces. The independent bathroom upstairs was a pleasant surprise. **Parking**: Although the hotel is large, there's ample parking, thoughtfully accommodating the needs of each building. Both ground-level and underground parking are available in front of Building 8, complete with charging piles. You can park your car and take the elevator directly upstairs, completely avoiding the hassle of dragging luggage through the massive hotel. **Service**: It boasts the kind of service you'd expect from a five-star hotel. From the moment our car pulled up to the lobby, someone was there to guide us, help with luggage, and assist with check-in. The shuttle bus continuously transports guests between the various buildings, which is very convenient. Especially in the morning, as soon as you step downstairs, there are staff members directing you to the breakfast area, and the shuttle bus is already waiting. In short, any time I felt the need for service, it was readily provided – excellent! **Breakfast**: I *must* commend the breakfast! In an era where pre-made dishes are everywhere, it's truly rare to find such a rich and varied breakfast that clearly isn't pre-made! Many specialty pastries are being freshly prepared by chefs right before your eyes. The 68 RMB per person buffet breakfast is highly recommended! Also, during holidays, it can get crowded, but several hotel managers were on-site, guiding guests to tables, instructing servers to clear tables promptly, and responding to various customer requests. I haven't seen this level of service in a long time; it felt very reassuring and comfortable. **Final Thoughts**: In recent years, while my parents are still active, I've been taking them to explore different cities across the country. Along the way, I've had disappointing experiences at various so-called ”old-brand five-star” hotels, which made me distrustful of five-star establishments, preferring instead to choose Huazhu or Atour. This time, our New Year's Day trip was primarily for leisure, and we chose Shaoxing Hotel because we wanted a loft-style room. It turned out to be the highlight of our entire trip. The hotel's配套 seasonal Cantonese restaurant is also delicious and equally recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the entire decor has a Republican China-era style, which is very elegant and full of atmosphere. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with a good variety of options. The service is exceptional; they contacted us in advance, provided a free room upgrade, offered shuttle service to and from the parking lot, and waived the parking fee. Makabaka was also very thoughtful and attentive, giving us guidance on touring the scenic area. Overall, we felt very much at home, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and tidy. There are many books to read in the lobby. There are also free Hanfu costumes to borrow for taking photos. There are Tremella soup and tea eggs for midnight snacks in the evening. Parking is convenient. The surrounding subway is not very convenient. There is a villa garden next to it where you can take a walk and drink tea and coffee.

__WeChat54958****Before arriving, I read quite a few reviews and honestly had some concerns. I had initially planned to book two rooms, but due to a mix-up and booking late, I only managed to secure one. With a 'what-the-heck' attitude, I called, and Ms. Shao Linfang from the reservations department answered. She said she'd help me confirm. Although I couldn't get the second room, she was incredibly responsive, upgraded my existing room, and even arranged for a fruit platter. She also proactively asked if I needed children's amenities, which were prepared and ready in the room, along with a mini-bar. It truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel; the overall service standard is consistently excellent. Crucially, the hotel's location is superb. Wulin Night Market is right downstairs, and West Lake is just a 10-minute walk away. This was incredibly convenient, especially when West Lake's traffic restrictions made it impossible to get a taxi. The buffet breakfast also offered a good variety. I was very satisfied with the accommodation on this trip. A special thanks to Ms. Shao!

The location is superb, within walking distance to West Lake and the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The rooms have a French minimalist style, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent – they've really paid attention to the details. The front desk staff are warm and enthusiastic, and they even thoughtfully provided a travel guide. The breakfast has a wide variety, and the extended 11 AM checkout is perfect for late risers. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

GGuest UserOn my business trip to Jinhua this time, I chose the Four Seasons Yijing hotel because of its convenient location. After my stay, I was completely won over and just had to give it a glowing review! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk from Jinhua High-Speed Rail Station, so no hassle even with luggage. Getting to Intime City and Yongsheng Shopping Plaza for some retail therapy or dining is only a 7-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for both food and shopping. The front desk staff during check-in were exceptionally friendly and patient, explaining all the hotel facilities. Later, one of them even offered to iron my shirt for my business meetings – such thoughtful details really made an impression! Plus, it's very convenient to get to Dongyang Hengdian from the Jinhua light rail station.

__WeChat41221****My expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular. The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite. The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent. Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.

LLudanxiaTraveling with our kids this time, the hotel's butler service was truly the most touching part! As soon as we got out of the car, the butler proactively came to help with our luggage and arranged the most convenient transportation and sightseeing routes for us, which saved us so much hassle. This kind of family-like care made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. Seeing the children have so much fun, we knew we had picked the right place! ❤️

The environment was also very good, no dirt anywhere, and the cleaning staff tidied up daily (they'd ask first or wait for the 'please clean' sign). Soundproofing was surprisingly good too. Being right by the road, I expected some traffic noise, but I didn't hear a thing at night and slept very soundly, hehe. WWulongaihechaMy family and I visited Xixi Wetland during the National Day holiday and stayed in Room 19 of the 'Hushu Guest House.' The 60-square-meter room was spacious and airy, perfect for three people. The decor was a charming Chinese retro style, and the garden landscape was beautiful and serene. Overall, the stay was fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 🏠 **Indoor Environment:** The room featured an entryway for shoes, a bathroom, a sitting area, a bedroom, and a private outdoor terrace. I loved being able to see the lake directly from the bed – very relaxing. A nighttime soak in the tub was wonderful, with a lovely view outside the window. 💁 **Service:** The butler and all staff members were incredibly polite and enthusiastic. There was a dedicated shuttle service from the North Gate of the wetland. After check-in, the butler thoughtfully explained the hotel's garden design and surroundings, then guided us to our room and detailed its layout. We received complimentary welcome fruit and evening service, and the entire room smelled fragrant and fresh. We also participated in a craft class with an instructor, which was a great experience. 🍃 **Outdoor Environment:** The winding paths were secluded and picturesque. All guest room areas could be accessed via a single loop, so there was no getting lost, and along the way, we experienced various scenic views. The air was fresh, there was abundant greenery, and it was very quiet – even the elderly enjoyed it. 📪 **Minor Drawbacks:** Unfortunately, the complimentary photoshoot service we were offered fell through as the collaborating photographer bailed, so we didn't get to experience that. Also, we forgot to claim the complimentary drinks at the bar.
