This time I traveled alone and chose Wenzhou Ruijin Hotel, and the experience was perfect! The hotel has a superior location and convenient transportation. When entering the lobby, the elegant and luxurious Nordic style makes people shine. When checking in, the front desk staff is enthusiastic and efficient, and they also gave Starbucks drink coupons. The room is on a high floor, with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the scenery of Oubei City is in full view. The whole house intelligent guest control system is super convenient, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the Dyson hair dryer and L'Occitane toiletries are of high quality. The mini bar is free, and there are plenty of drinks in the small refrigerator. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet, and the smart toilet is clean and hygienic. The dining is full of surprises! The breakfast at the Xingchen Western Restaurant on the 23rd floor is rich and varied, with Wenzhou specialties, hot dishes, and snacks. The hotel facilities are also very complete. The gym equipment on the 6th floor is new and complete, and the swimming pool is clean and clear. The service staff always smiles, whether it is the room cleaning warmly sending welcome fruits or the staff's quick response when there is a need, it makes people feel warm. The hotel is impeccable in every aspect, from the environment, facilities to services and catering. I will stay here again next time I come to Wenzhou!

Staff didn’t know correct details about foreigner visas. This can be easily remedied. No toothbrush or toothpaste in room but apart from that the room was great. The breakfast was good but not really half western which makes sense as I don’t think many westerners go there. The main problem was the noise on a night. There were semi-professional boxer teenagers practising their fighting right outside my room at 11pm. I had to go down to reception to tell the person there as they have zero English skills over the telephone. He didn’t seem that bothered. Not same five star as Shanghai but it makes sense as it’s the countryside. I enjoyed staying there but definitely need to make some improvements.

The hotel rating isn't what I expected. It is definitely not a 4 star/diamond. I would rated it a 3 star/diamond. Trip.com platform seems to have problems when it comes to the ratings of the hotels in China. Some have higher stars but the facility turns out to be sub-par, some have lower stars rating but the facility turns out to be surprisingly better. The room is standard size, clean but outdated. Age shows in its wear and tear over time of use. Location was great. city walk was right in front of the hotel entrance. metro train station is about 4 mins of walk. service was good. Overall, It would be more accurate if the hotel was a 3 star/diamond. I found another hotel just a few steps down for the same price, LOWER star rating BUT facility was much newer which makes this stay a bit disappointed.

The front desk staff are very conscientious and responsible. When I checked in on the same day, there were some minor issues with the room, but the front desk dealt with them immediately and very efficiently. The cleaning ladies are also very warm and attentive. They clean very thoroughly and greet you with a smile, which makes you feel very good. Room service is delivered by robots, which is very convenient. Overall, the experience is very good. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. I recommend it to friends who need it for reference!

It takes about 20 minutes to get there by taxi from the high-speed rail station. The hotel is located in Yaohan, the new city area, which is quite lively. The 4th floor of the hotel can be directly connected to Yaohan, which is very convenient. After checking in to the room, there was a welcome decoration. The baby likes the bunny stacked in the guest room very much. When playing in Jiande, the bunny basically never leaves his hand. Hahahaha 😆 He gave it to us when he left. The baby was very happy! The hotel has a very good sanitary environment, and the towels and bathrobes are sealed in disposable bags. Helped upgrade the river view room for the elderly, and also shared local food and attractions information in advance, making our trip more convenient~ There is also the room manager, Manager Lu, who wrote a handwritten welcome card. It's a very new hotel, and it smells like a decoration. It was much better the next day with the windows open for ventilation. The occupancy rate is probably not high at ordinary times, but there were a lot of guests on May Day. The breakfast was just average, with everything you need; we lived on the 35th floor. As a vegetarian from India, it can sometimes be challenging to find suitable food options while traveling. However, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating — they even allowed me to cook some of my own food in their kitchen. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to me and made my stay even more special. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the hospitality was simply outstanding. I genuinely felt at home. I traveled to Qiandao Lake in late August and chose two hotels that were highly recommended. I had high expectations for Minghao and specially arranged to stay in the second one. The result was quite different from what I imagined. First of all, I was very satisfied with the room hygiene and facilities. It is a newly opened hotel. The sanitary napkins and shower room are separated, and the constant temperature shower is good. What I was not satisfied with was that the balcony of the third-floor room was blocked by a half-person-high wall, and the lake could not be seen from the house. Even now, the balcony is not high enough and is blocked by trees, so the view is not wide. It is recommended to choose rooms on the fourth floor and above. On the morning of the check-in day, the housekeeper called and added WeChat, and sent the arrangement of special summer activities and the business hours of various facilities. The content looked rich and colorful, but it was actually very special. Most of the parent-child activities were set up in a booth in the lobby. No one organized it, and no children participated. The form was greater than the content. The outdoor swimming pool that I was looking forward to was far away from the hotel lobby and could not be accessed indoors. It took a long time to walk under the scorching sun. The road was not separated by people and cars, which was very inconvenient, and it was only open in the afternoon. Some vouchers were given upon check-in, but they all have thresholds. The two free ice cream coupons also have a time limit. I didn't have time to use them in the end. I blame myself for not seeing the activity time clearly. The main playground is not as big as I imagined. I personally think it is less than 3,000 square meters, but it is enough to play. Many areas in it have empty shelves, the carousel is not always open, and the ground in the overall walking area is really hard. Five apples were given as souvenirs when I checked out. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good, but there is always a feeling of being forced to operate, and I can't feel it from the heart. The overall feeling is that they want to build a high-end hotel, but they only achieve the form, not the spirit. It is not recommended for vacation.
