The rooms are very quiet, rare in this place in Lexington, the air conditioning sound is very small, the fountain in the lobby is beautiful, the service is good, the business travel is good, the temporary booking price is high. Everything else is fine! Breakfast is also good
The hotel was gorgeous. The river view rooms were awesome and roomy. The indoor pool with the glass windows and fire pits outside were amazing as well as the Staff and the restaurant/bar!
The rooms have stunning views. Although the hotel was opened in 1972, the facilities are very new. The rooms are cleaned every day. The only inconvenience may be that the rooms in the East and West Towers can only be accessed through the corridor on the 3rd floor, and the hotel's exclusive parking lot and gym are both in the East Tower.
Beautiful property, very kind staff! Close to downtown, but I wouldn’t call it walking distance. In-house cafe, restaurant, and self-service shop area. I did think nearly $7 for a small smartwater was a bit much, but that’s just convenience pricing, really. Very nice lounging spots, inside and out. Multiple entrances make it a short distance no matter where you’re at in the parking lot.
Sucks they don’t have a pool, but they do have a fitness area so that’s good. Honestly didn’t care for the TV in the room much. Wish there was a better way to get on any streaming service instead of having to figure out Bluetooth (which I couldn’t) or having to bring a Roku stick or something.
Overall good stay :)
From the beginning of opening the hotel door, it was wrapped in a gentle fragrance and warm light atmosphere. The front desk lady smiled and handed over a welcome cookie. The sentence ”hard work all the way” heard people's hearts warm ~
The room was more pleasant than the picture! The large floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the [city/scenery]. In the evening, I leaned on the lazy sofa to watch the sunset. Even the breathing was slowed down. The bedding was soft like a cloud. I usually recognized the bed and slept until dawn. Even the air conditioner sound was adjusted to the right point. The details control was very love!
If you insist on the shortcomings... Probably reluctant to leave when you check out! Next time I come here, this place will definitely be my first choice ~✨
Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.

GGuest UserNICE LOCATION, NICE SPACIOUS ROOM, WE LOVED THE HAPPY HOUR AND APPETIZERS AND JUST A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. VERY COMFORTABLE BED (PILLIOSW NOT SO MUCH) SHOWER GOT REALLY HOT WHICH WE REALLY APPROECIATED. ONLY ISSUE FOR US IS THAT WE DID HAVE A PET SMELL THAT WAS UNBEARABLE AT TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY DONT BELIEVE OUR ROOM HAD A PET IN THERE BEFORE OUR STAY. I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES AND SNEEZED ALL NIGHT LONG
GGuest UserThe hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm.
Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food.
Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.
GGuest UserThis was the second stay for my husband and I at the Cambria. Our first trip was in 2022 and we loved the hotel so much we booked it again for our 2023 trip. Check in/check out was extremely smooth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. There is on site parking and an overflow lot across the street. The location is great, so many things to do and see within walking distance. And our favorite thing about this place, the on site bar :) When it get's later in the evening and you do not want to walk the city streets or places are closed at 6:00, you can come back to the hotel and continue to have a couple drinks!! I highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends. We will be back in 2024!

GGuest UserVery nice room and very good service. I booked the wrong room apparently but the front desk worker Josh new what I was looking for (cause we had called before booking online ) and he left a note for them to keep that room available for us for when we arrived . Appreciated the extra step . ❤️
SShawn CruzeI was going to chalk up my experience as an isolated incident and let it fade away.
That was until I received a phone call last evening around midnight! A rep. from Trip calling me asking about for my input concerning my stay at this hotel. I relayed to her that I had called Trip.com a couple of months ago right after a friend and I rented a room.
We rented a room around 5pm or so. I had expressed that the power in our room - the TV, Lamps, Microwave, Frig., did not work. We put a complaint into the front desk around 6pm. Issue was not resolved until later on, around 10pm approx. About an hour after that is bedtime so 95% of watching TV, microwaving, etc, was wiped out.
When I put the call into Trip,.com a couple of months ago, I received no follow up, until last night. Last night the caller wanted feedback about my room. I went over everything that had occurred. She also wanted input on how they could improve. I said, it's very simple, just focus on basic customer etiquette and satisfaction. At no point has any type of recognition been expressed concerning my loss of enjoyment of here said hotel stay.
Customer service/satisfaction is becoming non-existent .
LLIANGThe hotel is known as a four-star hotel, the hotel is located near the airport, there is a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off passengers to and from the airport, the most convenient to live here. But perhaps it is different from the specific room selected. I chose the best price for a double room, with no small refrigerator, microwave and ironing facilities in the regular hotel. There are few restaurants and service companies within walking distance of the hotel, and it is somewhat inconvenient to have no vehicles of their own. The service of the hotel is acceptable, but it is not a buffet breakfast every day (except Saturday). The hygiene of the hotel meets the standards of a four-star hotel. Friends who recommend traveling on business or self-driving tours can choose to stay.
PPhotoguyI booked this hotel last minute and arrived around 9 PM at night. The front desk staff was friendly and checked me in quickly and gave me my hotel key directed me to the elevators and where I could park my vehicle. The room was standard. nothing special the bed was comfortable, and I did like the fact that there were USB ports on each side of the bed as well as at the desk. I do wish they had had toothbrush and toothpaste for guests in the room because I had forgotten mine. It would’ve all been nice if they had had a complementary comb for guest to use overall eight out of 10
JJohn MichaelVery nice ”Boutique” style hotel in Nulu. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars.
Room decoration was excellent - nice and colorful. But found the room a bit dark in the evening.
Upstairs 6th floor bar and lounge was excellent - server Lee was superb!
And a hotel suited more for leisure and vacation travelers. Breakfast service does not start until 8:00 am, and was on the slow side. And no in-room coffee.
So would highly recommend for a leisure stay in Louisville - would re-think for a business stay.
