Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

To visit Fanjing Mountain, you need to take the high-speed rail to Tongren, so I chose Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel, which is very close to Guiyang North Station. It is not far from the high-speed rail station. The hotel is newly renovated and very new. The whole house is equipped with smart appliances. The sanitation and cleaning are also in place. The reception service of the young man and the beautiful girl at the front desk is very comfortable. There are also many restaurants, snacks and supermarkets downstairs, which is very convenient. The overall stay is still good.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

The hotel lobby is luxuriously decorated, the rooms are exquisitely upholstered, the furniture and sanitary facilities are of quality and taste, the breakfast is rich, and the front desk is warm and friendly! The hotel is in a prime location, a 5-minute walk from Zhongshan West Road Station on Metro Line 1. Line 1 can reach Guiyang North Station on the same line. From Zhongshan West Road Station, you can reach Fountain Station, which is the most prosperous shopping center in Guiyang, and transfer to Line 2 at Fountain Station. It takes 9 stops to reach Longdongbao Airport. The bus stop in front of the hotel is close, and the transportation is very convenient! The hotel is within walking distance of Jiaxiu Tower, and there are all kinds of delicious and affordable food on both sides of the next road! I will stay at your house next time I come to Guiyang!

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

Although it is located in a downtown area, it is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun; Facilities and hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment. The room is very clean, with rubber pillows, very comfortable, the bed is soft, the afternoon tea and wine are really great, the bartender guy is super handsome, he is really friendly to a coffee person, and the breakfast is also great Great, the quality is very high. I ate beef rice noodles and thought it was delicious. Of course, for a fitness person like me, the gym is very clean and quiet. It is spacious and can be used for daily fitness. There are 20kg dumbbells. , it would be better if there is a stair climbing machine, hahaha, but it is already great. There are also foam rollers and so on. Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

We were given an upgrade and complimentary breakfast. All the staff including the manager were courteous and extremely helpful, going out of their way to give us directions and transportation information to places we wanted to visit. The metro station is about 200metres away and there’s a basement food court about 50metres away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

What a wonderful experience! Definitely the best hotel service and personalised. Upon arrival we were offered a hotel tour due to its unique design and also our room was upgraded😀 Yiliya, was most generous with her time and also offered us some cocktail vouchers and access to view the current photography exhibit on the top floor of the hotel. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Some special mention to Ada for helping us take some great photos too. Would love to visit again when in Guiyang.

This trip was quite rushed. The weather in Guiyang is very comfortable and suitable for vacation. The lady at the front desk called me in advance and was very satisfied with the room she arranged for me. When I checked in, she thoughtfully provided me with Guiyang travel guide. It was a surprise. Rooms The room floor is very high, and you can see the night view of the city center at night. Because I accidentally spilled water on the bed, I called the front desk and the room aunt took care of it quickly. The breakfast was not bad, and the overall service was also very good. It was convenient everywhere I went. Someone said hello and I was so embarrassed. I will definitely choose your place next time I come to Guiyang.

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

This is my second time staying at Guiyang New World Hotel. They have now changed their name to Hengshiji Hotel. Fortunately, the service remains the same, and the same group of employees are still on duty! I am still very satisfied with this stay. The duty manager Xiao Wu provides very good service and is very patient with guests!

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

The surrounding area is Guanshan Lake Park and the Convention and Exhibition Center. The surrounding environment is very good. There is a passage to the park on the second floor of the hotel. The service is also good. Xiao He and Xiao Hou at the front desk are attentive. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

Sheraton is a brand hotel I prefer to stay in. However, this stay in Guiyang was really regrettable, puzzling and sad. When I checked in, the front desk lady kindly helped me upgrade to the executive floor. After entering the room, I turned on the air conditioner and found that there was no cooling effect. Although the temperature in Guiyang is only a dozen degrees, the room is stuffy and airtight. I called the guest service, and his explanation was that a guest complained that the room was too cold, so the air conditioner was turned off. This explanation can only deceive three-year-old children. It has no effect on our customers who are science and engineering college students who often stay in the hotel. Then the call was transferred to a lady, and she told the truth (because the temperature is low, so it is not turned on). The solution given to us is to open the window (only a crack) and add a mobile air conditioner (which can only blow out the air at room temperature). As a result, I dare not draw the curtains all night (otherwise there will be no fresh air coming in), and I fell asleep stubbornly listening to the noisy noise and light outside. What's hateful is that the quilt is still very thick. Since you charge a five-star room fee, why can't you provide five-star services and facilities? We cannot ignore the guests' accommodation environment and experience just to save electricity costs. Is it Sheraton's way of hospitality to let guests enjoy a stuffy night's stay?

Very good homestay. After booking, the butler will add WeChat and give the route to the Miao Village and the location of the hotel. The best experience of this trip, the hotel is in a good location, just next to the main street, and the path leading to the hotel is surrounded by high walls like Disney, cutting off the hustle and bustle outside. I heard that this location was originally the primary school in the village. After the primary school moved away, they took over this Feng Shui treasure land, which is located in the center. There is a program of Dong ethnic group big song in the evening, there is great coffee at the bar, and each welcome fruit is washed (including bananas, the first time I have seen washed bananas), and the breakfast is very rich, clean and hygienic. And I am not polite to say that in so many days and so many places in Guizhou, the best bowl of noodles is eaten here. When visiting the village, I also found that the owner of this store also donated generously to the market cultural activities of the village. The coffee equipment was also moved from Shanghai. All in all, I highly recommend staying here. Since you are here, spend a little more money and give yourself a better life experience. P.S. I spent 4,000 yuan just to stay overnight in Sailimu Lake.

It took Zhenyuan three months to recover from the raging floods. The hotel is one of the three five-star B&Bs in Zhenyuan. It has a good environment, large rooms, and a great sense of design. The core attractions of Zhenyuan can be seen outside the window. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window. The viewing effect is better from the fifth floor platform. The owner of the B&B is very nice and even gave me a small gift when he left.

The hotel has two buildings, north and south, each with its own characteristics. The clerk was very considerate and took me to see the corresponding room types of the two buildings. In the end, I chose the north building with a swimming pool downstairs. The design of the hotel is very attentive. The swimming pool is its highlight. The water is very clear and clean. Unfortunately, the weather is cold and we can't go in the water. After checking in, the store also gave us cocktails and batik experience coupons from the bar, which is very good. In addition, the hotel is close to the observation deck, which is convenient for travel. The only regret is that I can't enjoy the scenery of Qianhu Miao Village in my own room.

I booked it for the first time but regrettably canceled it due to flight issues. I decided to stay anyway this time.顺利入住，果真没有失望，情侣夫妻真的很推荐这个房型，视野无敌。 The guy who picked us up was shy and diligent. He said that as long as we had one bag on us, he would be derelict in his duty... However, I was really embarrassed to carry two suitcases with my small body and two or three bags on my shoulders. 😅 The location of the good homestay is not high, and it is not too long. The exquisite and rich afternoon tea prepared has relieved our fatigue. The view from the room was so unparalleled that we didn't go out all afternoon. It felt like we were in the observation deck. Before going to Qianhu Miao Village, I booked a hotel in Kaili to stay for one night. The front desk helped me upgrade to a large family room, which was a Spider-Man style room. The breakfast was also good! It was also very convenient to take a taxi to Qianhu Miao Village the next day. It took about 50 minutes to get there.

Anshun Banshan Hotel is located next to the railway, and the air is quite fresh. The room is of moderate size, but the facilities are a bit old. The view outside the window is not bad, you can see some green trees, and it is quite quiet with the earplugs provided. The front desk service is not bad, but sometimes you have to wait for a while to ask questions. The room is cleaned in a timely manner, but the basics are all there. Overall, it's OK.
