The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was clean, meeting 5-star hotel standards. The Chinese and Western breakfast selection was very rich, and my whole family was very satisfied. The hotel's front desk service was quick, and they even offered an extra breakfast for our family of three, which was a thoughtful touch. It's within walking distance of Guiyang Railway Station. Since we were traveling to surrounding cities, we stayed at the Pullman three times during the Chinese New Year holiday. It's definitely our top choice for hotels when visiting Guiyang.

Service is very attentive; check-in at the front desk is quick, and staff proactively offer suggestions for local cuisine and sightseeing routes. Robot deliveries and room service responses are also prompt. The dining is a highlight! The buffet breakfast offers a full spread of Western and Chinese options, including authentic Changwang noodles and sour soup rice noodles. The dinner menu features very authentic Qian cuisine, with dishes like sour soup fish, Siwawa, and fried preserved pork with Houttuynia cordata root tasting genuinely traditional. The banquet halls and private rooms are perfect for entertaining guests. Considering it's a high-end hotel in Guiyang, the price offers good value for money. During peak season, it's advisable to book in advance. The only minor downsides: occasional elevator queues during peak hours and a short wait for seats in the crowded breakfast area. Overall, it's a reliable choice when visiting Guiyang. The Chinese restaurant also offers set menus with delicious dishes.

The lobby had lovely ***** New Year decorations, and outside, there's a large lawn with a non-powered playground and sandpit for kids, plus cute pets you can visit for free. The resort atmosphere is fantastic for relaxation. Our room was very clean, spacious, and bright, with tidy bedding. The private balcony offered particularly expansive views. The surrounding environment is pleasant, the air is fresh, and getting around from the hotel is very convenient. As a new hotel, the facilities are also comprehensive. My family and I were all very pleased.

The brunch was fantastic, featuring many local specialties. For someone like me who's prone to getting sick from unfamiliar food and is hesitant to eat out randomly, this was incredibly thoughtful. The 24-hour fitness center was also great; I even managed to squeeze in some stretching during my two-day stay, which was a nice way to relax. The service was excellent and responsive. The room itself was exquisitely designed with a well-thought-out layout and even included a safe. This allowed me to confidently lock up my laptop when I went out during the day. It's definitely worth another visit, and I'll be recommending it to friends traveling to Guiyang for either leisure or business.

Currently, it feels completely open to the ancient city area without any separation. This makes the privacy feel quite low, and at night, I worry about safety since there's no clear barrier from the outside. I also saw pictures of the previous lobby, which looked beautiful, and I'm curious why the lobby location was changed.

The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

The unlimited freshly ground coffee and drinks, comfortable afternoon tea, and the lingering melodies of the Dong village songs all contributed to a wonderful experience.

This old five-star hotel still has its charm. The location is unbeatable, and the service is excellent, including the delivery robot bringing items to your room. The rooms are a bit dated but still comfortable. However, there are a few small, petty details that I'm probably not the only one to mention: the mini-bar drinks are all individually priced, and the toilet paper in the bathroom is very thin.
