The environment is great, with good soundproofing, making it quite quiet, so I had a very restful night. The pillows were soft and comfortable, the bedding was very clean, and the overall hygiene was good. The room layout was sensible, it had independent air conditioning, and the hairdryer was also very effective. The laundry room even had an iron, which was a nice touch for pressing clothes. The transportation is very convenient, as it's very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway and bus station right downstairs, plus a 24-hour convenience store next door. The room facilities are great; the mattress is very soft and comfortable, and the hairdryer works wonderfully. The breakfast is also delicious and served until 1:00 PM. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location right by the entrance to the ancient city was super convenient. Service was quick and efficient. The only slight inconvenience was having to take a golf cart to the neighboring hotel for breakfast, but otherwise, everything was good overall.

So, I quickly switched to the Pullman, which wasn't much different in price, but the experience was miles apart – the Pullman was so much better! While the facilities might be a bit older, they are very clean. Overall, I'm very satisfied. You can really feel the quality service just from the professionalism of the lobby staff. I want to praise a small detail: in the breakfast restaurant, there are little signs indicating whether a table is free or occupied, and there are lots of small animals around the restaurant area. Here's a small suggestion for improvement: if a honeymoon suite is being used for a wedding, it might be better to locate it away from the general tourist areas to avoid disturbing other guests.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Exit H of Fountains Station, which is directly accessible by subway from both the high-speed rail station and the airport. The front desk staff are professional and attentive, and there are refreshments available in the lobby. Luggage storage is also provided. Breakfast offers a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the service is always delivered with a smile ☺️. They even offer a takeaway service if you're heading out early. The newly renovated rooms are clean and comfortable, well soundproofed, and feature smart controls and USB charging ports for your phone. The bathroom amenities are also excellent. There are washing machines and dryers available next to the restaurant, which was very convenient as we stayed for 6 days. If you don't want to venture far, there are plenty of restaurants right next to the hotel. For a taste of local cuisine, Minsheng Street is within walking distance.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic. I've stayed at many international chain hotels, but this was my first time at a Sofitel, and it was, surprisingly, the best international hotel experience I've ever had. Even though I'm not a member, I felt incredibly respected and thoughtfully cared for. First off, the Sofitel's location is unbeatable. It's right next to Jiaxiu Tower and a snack street, and a taxi to the airport is quick. It's super convenient for getting around, shopping, and finding food. I really have to commend our Guest Relations Manager, Janice! Her service attitude was warm and friendly, and she always responded promptly to any requests. We were so well taken care of these past few days; her service was meticulous and attentive. I even feel that Janice adds significantly to the Sofitel brand – she's a direct embodiment of Sofitel's brand charm. Our family of three was perfectly looked after, and my parents, who are in their 50s, were happy and satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable. The one-bedroom suite with a living room and a view was excellent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an amazing view! Breakfast was on the 57th floor, and it was abundant and delicious, with great high-floor views too. Overall, it was a 120% positive experience.

Overall, it exceeded expectations with no obvious shortcomings. When booking, I chose this hotel for two reasons: firstly, it's a new hotel with a great design, and secondly, it offers duplex rooms where the whole family can stay together. The location is excellent, right next to Dongmen Town, quiet, tidy, and clean, away from the noisy, chaotic, and messy areas. The lobby is warm and grand, the room is very spacious, and the loft upstairs isn't cramped. The natural light is excellent throughout, and the facilities are all new and well-equipped. The service also exceeded expectations; the staff were very proactive and attentive. From the front desk receptionists to the housekeepers and the shuttle staff, everyone was professional, enthusiastic, and struck the perfect balance. Everything was great, surpassing my previous stereotypical impressions of traditional guesthouses.

Our lake-view room overlooked the lake, and after the rain, the green mountains and clear waters made the air feel exceptionally fresh. The only minor downside was that the bathroom drainage was a bit slow, causing water to pool during showers.
