Fui muito bem atendido no hotel. A cama era ótima, o banho também. A comida era excelente, tanto o café da manhã, quando o servido de quarto. Recomendo fortemente.

Great service and a nice hotel. Not keen on the duvets having no cover but that seemed to be the same practice in other hotels I stayed in in the area. The staff were amazing and incredibly kind. Would recommend if you're visiting Porto alegre

It is very close to Cassias Airport. Take a taxi 36 Brazilian real. The facilities are a bit old but the service staff are very enthusiastic. There is no limit to English communication. I will choose to stay next time.

Good accommodation, educated staff, excellent location.

We stayed on the eighth floor and the room had engine noise until late at night. We were changed rooms and there was still engine noise. Absurd! It really is a disappointment to hire a hotel room, where this was not observed.

It was a wonderful experience! The service from all staff was exceptional. The breakfast is surreal. It is worth it!

Excellent cost benefit. Good morning coffee, bathroom and shower too. Beautiful view!
