Very comfortable and clean room, breakfast with a great variety, in a wonderful setting (to the sound of birds and birds flying past the breakfast balcony, I felt like I was in a rural area right in the city), having breakfast in a historic house, surrounded by nests and with visits from birds is a privilege of this hotel, the view of the Moinhos de Vento Hydraulic Station is another great privilege…, warm welcome with late check-out and luggage storage.

The place was smelled of mopho, we went to another room much better, but there were no takes to load the cell phone or notebook a chair for work there was nothing of it, but the staff who were working there were very careful.

Hotel room facilities are not bad, the location is also very good, downstairs across the road is the mall. The staff service attitude is also very good, it is a hotel in a tourist city.

The hotel was presented to us, the room was receptionable, bed, towels, welcome message. Good breakfast, hot shower. The environment was pleasant, even being low season, there was no overshoot noise, game room, clean pool, even being winter, waiting room and other organized environments. We like it very much.

The room is very big, very clean.

This place is very close to Caxias Airport. The taxi is 36 Brazilian reals. The facilities are a bit old, but the service staff are very enthusiastic and can communicate in English without limit. I will choose to stay here next time

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter und es fehlt doch an einer Renovation. Frühstück soweit okay, aber nichts besonderes. Personal war total überfordert mit dem Auffüllen und Abräumen der Tische. Braucht wohl etwas mehr Personal. Direkte Ansprechpersonen gibt es nicht. Es läuft alles über Messaging. Etwas mühsam, wenn man kein mobiles Netz hat und auf wlan angewiesen ist. Überall gibt es dann verschiedene WLAN Anschlüsse mit verschiedenen Passwörter.

With daily already paga(R$369,54) ,*time of check-i* I had to pay more R$130,00 (R$30,00 fee for having a baby that already cost *a ******* and R$80,00 for a bi-bed). Excellent hotel! Excellent service! Excellent location, cleaning and large rooms! There is a very good breakfast!

Good service, good location. The rooms are also good with lots of mirrors, the breakfast is ok. The only caveat would be in relation to the bathroom stall, very close by, the water heats up but you need to wait a few minutes, there is hot water in the tap too.
