MmariascapesLocation wise, it is the best! There wwre hiccups where in (1) there were drillings at the next door room and I must say it was loud (2) there were issues on the toilet I had to fix it myself.
Pro: location.
GGuest UserThe biggest highlight is the location. It’s right across from NAIA Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila bridge, which made arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Being within Newport World Resorts also meant easy access to restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options without needing to travel far. The room was clean and well-maintained. It’s not very spacious, but it had everything needed for a short stay: a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. Service was efficient and polite. Staff were helpful, especially with check-in and basic requests. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short stay, layover, or business trip, especially if proximity to the airport is a priority.

Location: 4.5/5
Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee.
Value: 4/5
Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee.
Room: 3/5
The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music.
Cleanliness: 5/5
Bathroom was neat and well-maintained.
Service: 5/5
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Facilities: 5/5
Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda.
Final Take:
Good option for business stays and trainings. Not the most modern, but convenient and comfortable enough for short trips.
AAnonymous UserI commend all the staff from security, frontdesk, phone support, bar and resto up to housekeeping team. They are all respectful, attentive, kind and they make you feel at home. The loctaion is superb! The room size is good too and value for money. The buffet breakfast is good too. Its the people that makes you want to come back!
My comment is the cleanliness...
1st the room: attached are the photos of the wall beside the room reading/coffee table - it was dusty! The housekeeping was quick to wipe it but didnt vacuum after. It seems there are only few housekeeper per floor as I see them working hard all the time. So it mught be lack of manpower to maintain the cleanliness
2ndnd the kettle - it was a little rusty and it was replaced with white stains :(
3rd pool - it shoumd be clean often as needed as I saw some insects floating around. I love that the water is a little warm but it should cleaned as often as possible. The water was not as clear as expected so it seems it been there for a while. Given the size and number of people and kids checked in, they should clean or replace the water as often. The glass on the pool might need cleaning too as it obstruct the view ( which is Okada and hundres of trees! ) I guess because the water is a little warm, it is always ”foggy” or ”moist” .?
4th Gym - its okay but the doors beside the mirrors are dusty that have web type of dust already. The wooden door has white spots that ” might” be a mould already. They need a good ventallation and dehumidifier or air purifier.
4th - smoking area.. just beside the pool with kids swimming around. They might to find other place.or.increase the tress and plants over there.
TTravelGuy2Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from.
SSemayaThere was a convention happening on the day we checked in, so the hotel was understandably very crowded. The reception area had a long queue, and one of the receptionists seemed to take quite a while to process each guest (I’m not sure if he was new). We started queuing at around 1:00 PM and waited for about 30 minutes before it was our turn.
When we finally reached the counter, the receptionist informed us that our room was still not ready and asked us to come back at the official check-in time. This was a little disappointing since it was only about 30 minutes before check-in, and we had already noticed other guests being given their rooms before 2:00 PM. Having to queue again after already waiting for 30 minutes wasn’t the best experience.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent. It’s directly across from SM Aura and within walking distance of Market! Market!. There’s also a 7-Eleven and Mang Inasal just outside the hotel, which is very convenient. My only concern is that the hotel’s frontage is near a busy intersection, so crossing the street can feel a bit risky.
The breakfast was decent, and the coffee served at the restaurant was surprisingly good. Overall, the location and amenities made up for some of the inconvenience during check-in, but I hope the hotel can improve its check-in process, especially during busy periods.
GGuest UserUnfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.
GGuest UserI had a great time staying at Valero. Our suite was spacious and clean. The Wi-Fi worked very well, and the shower was working properly. We enjoyed the clean pool, and I had a great time in their well-equipped gym with a view. Right outside the hotel are a lot of shops, and it is just walking distance to Ayala Triangle Park. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others! Thank you!

Very Good
GGuest UserStayed at lyf Malate Manila for a night and it exceeded expectations in the heart of Malate’s buzzing scene. The location on Malvar corner Vasquez Street is unbeatable—steps from Robinsons Place Manila mall for food courts, shops, and easy access to Rizal Park, Manila Bay Beach, and the LRT.
PPhilUThis is my second night at Lanson place. After the great experience in the first night, I decided to cancel another reservation and extended the stay here. This time, I book a room with Lanson club (executive lounge) access to have a try. Frankly, the extra cost does not really proved to be worth. While the staff are polite, friendly and helpful as always, there are very limited food and beverage options in the lounge (compared to other hotels' lounges that I have experienced). The view from the lunge is also limited (see the photo). The food option such as the breakfast in the photo is quite limited as well. It occurs to me that Lanson Place could be a good option for the regular rooms but not the executive ones. Perhaps the in-room W/D would something that I appreciate, but it is definitely not worth the much higher cost. I'll stay in a regular room in Lanson next time.
