TTravelGuy2Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from.

BBeth Howard De SilvaMy stay was OK and the staffs were very approachable and very easy to deal with. We had a bit of a problem upon checking in but they rectified the issue and they even let us stay for extra two hours without any charge.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, conveniently near Manila Airport with a free shuttle service. It's also just a 15-minute walk to Terminal 3.
The room cleanliness was good, but the facilities are quite old and show their age, indicating an older renovation.
Breakfast is provided in all rooms, but the variety is quite limited – better than nothing, I suppose.

GGuest UserI have a good stay perfect for my business conveniences, the thing that got in me the most is the Conrad charges that they didn’t inform me in this hotel. I have been staying in this hotel for 4 nights and i really enjoy ordering from from grab because i have the free choice to choose my food, on my 4th day i took my food for breakfast down stair and the guard told me to go to concierge for the nonsense fee, i immediately go to the desk to ask for more inquiry, it is totally nonsense for charging this fee and in appropriate, the charge is 50% of your order like wt fuq ? I was so disappointed although they waive it by handling my making sense compliant, i felt this is totally inappropriate and i don’t like the way the morning shift handle the matter especially the guy with glasses. Total low service experience with them
Again, if i know this before booking and sign upon check in, my experience will not be like this that is why 2 stars

RRich7677It was a great stay for all of us. I booked 2 standard twin rooms and stay overnight just to unwind and enjoy strolling at MOA. The hotel is clean and breakfast is also good. The price is also very affordable.We tried the sauna and the pool and we enjoyed the experience.

Cons: My room's door kinda hard to close. I had to put extra force due to misaligned height. I think I saw another review where they see their door being fixed when they're about to checkin.
Kettle was kinda dusty. Best to wash it first before use.
Wifi is unstable, probably on times there are multiple users. It was what I'm after hence I had to check-in.
Overall verdict, will still go back. For its price and location, it's a good deal!

GGuest UserUnfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic, right in the heart of Makati. Early check-in was possible, but it came with an extra charge. There's no drinking water in the room, but a water dispenser is available in the hallway. It's about a 40-minute taxi ride to the airport.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay, for five days, and I was given a room without a sea view, haha. There were strange little bugs on the table in the room, which was annoying. The shower experience in the bathroom was, as usual, not great. It was hard to squeeze out the shower gel because the pump was broken. Water splashed everywhere, so the wet and dry separation wasn't good. The breakfast was decent, semi-buffet, but lacked vegetables and fruits.

CCRUZOne5Lanson Place Mall of Asia is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Their service is simply one of the best. They genuinely take care of their guests and make sure everyone is comfortable and well looked after.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to their Junior Suite, which made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated the gesture!
I also appreciate how polite and welcoming all the hotel staff are. You can really see how passionate they are about their work. The food was also great, and special mention to Ja, one of their servers, who was very polite and attentive and always made sure our needs were taken care of.
We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again in the future! ❤️
