Hotel Santika Padang is about 45 minutes from airport.Check in fast and the staffs are helpful.they told us where to find good local foods.We have welcome drink at the rooftop with good view.room. Is big,comfortable ang unlimited mineral water.location is good near to Padang beach about 15 minutes walk,surrounded by lot of restaurants.good stay.

The hotel breakfast was quite generous, featuring local specialty pastries. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of banks and restaurants nearby, making dining incredibly convenient.

It is the best hotel nearest to every POI in bukittinggi. The hotel's Saka Cafe level 4 provides great ambience and view overlooking scenic town view and panoramic view of the mountain and valley. The superior family room we were staying in is spacious and comfortable most suitable for 3 people. The breakfast was decent serving traditional delicacy. Toast and cereal for kids are available. The seating is limited but there was no queue problem. The exception is the only lift operational is slow serving 6 levels. However, we got around this by using stairs which are quite steep and hard on my poor knees. So, if you are visiting together with elderly with walking difficulty perhaps it would be best to stay in the rooms nearest to the ramp nearby the reception.

Excellent service with delicious food... the outdoor pool is decent, but the water needs to be changed more often... but overall, it's great!

Big room with balcony. Great staff. 24hrs room service. Only is the toilet is not clean. Theres a mold. & look old. But the room is nice. The bed is soft. Sleep well. U can ask the reception to book for a body massage at all times. The breakfast was great with full of local food. Night time they have a live band which u can sing along or just request any songs. The restaurant served delicious food. Its not expensive. Location only 5mins walk to Ramayana & Jam Gadang.

Breakfast choices is so many.. the hiccup is only the floor room, not very clean.. always got stains on my foot if not wearing the slipper inside.

It was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour. Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭

I had a very pleasant stay at ZHM Premiere Padang Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Padang.

Excellent facilities and delicious food. However, I must say our initial check-in experience was not very pleasant. The room we booked wasn't ready even though we arrived at 4 PM, and it still wasn't ready by 5:30 PM.

The breakfast was excellent, and the front desk staff, especially the gentleman working around 9 PM on August 16th, helped us resolve a small issue really well. The room was also nice (didn't take any pictures). The only downside was trying to find the lobby from the elevator on the restaurant floor. The signs were confusing and I had to walk around for ages. Turns out you have to go *into* the restaurant, then walk outside towards the open-air pool area, and *then* re-enter the building to take an elevator or stairs. 😵💫
