Hotels With Breakfast in Leiria District, Portugal

I really recommend this place. This price for breakfast... The hotel is old, but clean and the desk staff is very friendly. It would have taken 2 hours to take the train from Óbidos to Lisbon, but they told me that there was only one bus. Oh my goodness, there was a bus stop 1 minute away from the hotel. Google directions don't tell me this. Anyway, I almost went to Lisbon after calling an Uber and taking 2 hours, but I took the bus in front of the hotel and went to Lisbon in 1 hour. I totally recommend it. One night in a heritage city. It's great.

The hotel is just inside the walled city, which is easily reached through a small door opening on the wall. The room we were given was large, clean and had all the amenities you needed. The receptionist was also very friendly and informative, providing us with great dinner suggestions, which were really delicious. The only thing you have to lug your luggage from the outside wall to the hotel which we were warned about. And our room was just above the loudspeaker from the attached restaurant, which fortunately shuts at 10.30pm. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

For a 3-star rating, it meets expectations overall. A strong point is the breakfast hours (6:30 am - 12 pm), which is convenient for those who start work early. The service was friendly and professional. A weak point: the cleanliness of the rooms (they weren't vacuumed daily) and the preparation of the scrambled eggs at breakfast.

Very friendly and welcoming reception. We had the privilege of staying in a suite, an upgrade offered by the hotel because we were there for the first time, because they had a suite available and they wanted to offer an upgrade to our reservation. We were very pleased with the way they welcomed us. I advise and recommend.

Выбрали отель из-за расположения - для однодневных поездок в Синтру, мыс Рока, Обидуш, Алкобасу и Баталью. Особых требований не было, использовали только как место ночевки. До центра городка можно дойти пешком за 10 минут. Через дорогу тихий и спокойный парк. В соседнем здании торговый центр с супермаркетом. Есть платная подземная парковка (одна для ТЦ и для отеля), мы парковались на уличной за ТЦ бесплатно.  Из минусов - после сильного дождя в один из дней на 3 этаже сильно пахло канализацией, на ресепшене объяснили что это особенность из-за старой канализации. Благо запаха в номере почти не было - только в коридоре. Завтрак стандартный, без изысков.

The hotel is located in the center of the town, parking and travel are very convenient; check-in is also very convenient and fast, the front desk lady is not impatient because we are foreign people who don't understand Portuguese, but try to communicate with us in English as much as possible; The windows and balconies in the room are very spacious and comfortable. The spare bedding such as blankets is rich; the breakfast time is also very busy, but the basic breakfast type can basically meet the needs of the guests. Overall, the stay experience is very good, it is recommended

The rooms were cosy, clean, and looked new. The cleaners were great too. Each time they cleaned, they left the room like it was before check in. The receptionists were warm and welcoming. Free coffee too.

I hadn't been to Peniche before. Decided to stay at the Star Inn and really glad that I did. Very helpful staff and location is right next to a lovely sandy beach. The breakfast was really good as was the buffet dinner which was reasonably priced with a wide choice of food available. There's also an excellent Surf School and equipment rentals - Special Surf 78 located in the hotel lobby. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in Peniche. It's a very nice hotel for a family stay and for solo travellers. I'd definitely recommend it!
