首先房東態度還是很好的，然後位置也好找，小區很安靜。就是房子內部整體的衞生希望房東可以上心點。雖然強調了一客一換，首先我看到的樣子就讓我感受不好，床單被子味道很重。在衣櫃裏找了一床看上去應該是洗過放裏面的床單被罩，可是味道很重。位置在二樓，採光和潮濕的環境影響了我的第一印象，因為我要過夜，自然因為這些眼裡看到的一切很注意，我檢查了下衞生間，馬桶很臟，我重新洗了一遍，唉。然後是廚房，可能上個租客用熱水壺煮過肉什麼的，一整個壺壁很油膩，洗了好幾遍，本身天氣不好，加上進入房間的一整個印象讓我真的是硬着頭皮睡了一晚上。入住體驗真的變很差。讓我覺得我花四百多塊錢超不值！房東還是上點心吧，自己也抽個時間過去看看自己的房子。

位置就在溪山温泉附近，附近吃的較少不太方便，泡池還是很不錯的，小朋友超級喜歡，空調製冷也挺好的，總體還不錯

房間很不錯，裏面佈置很温馨，特別適合情侶小休假。但是地方比較偏僻，周邊衹有一家沙縣小吃，交通不是很方便，但是自駕會比較好。

住了那麼多民宿，這家房東姐姐真的是最最最最最好的，非常親切呀。因為疫情，不敢隨便出省了，就想趁着週末和朋友去近郊度個小假，位置很不錯，小區對面有個大草坪還有小溪，大家帶上帳篷過來可以野餐的，小朋友還可以在小溪淌個水，非常舒服。民宿裏就可以實現温泉自由，帶着小孩子去會所什麼的都不如這個室內自帶温泉來的好，泡泡吃吃，真的是太舒服了。必須要給房東姐姐來個好評！
