The hotel is a great getaway to the Guian water park. The rooms are clean and spacious for a family of 4. Their breakfast is both western and Chinese style giving a lot of choice. Something they can work on is to have jacuzzis drain water automatically and not having to call hotel staff to drain the water any time we needed to fill it up with water. The hotel staff and especially the hotel manger were very supportive. We’ll use the villas next time we visit.

A fantastic hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic rooms and brilliant location. The bathtub is brilliant - a real unique feature of this brilliant hotel. There was only one draw back I must mention, I didn’t like the breakfast. I really feel more variety is needed, particularly in regard to the western variety. But otherwise it was brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

房間是還可以，早餐也挺豐富的就是服務跟不上在房間裏打了好多客房服務或者大堂副理都沒有接電話的，這是一個星級酒店該有的嗎？房間的温泉還衹能開一半如果要繼續放水得叫服務員來，如果爬浪費水就不要用私湯房間，一塌糊塗。

酒店大堂新年氣氛足！保安大叔很熱情，入住時前台很主動的問住客喜好，客房服務員送了兩次水果，小童套房配備很齊全，帳篷、玩具、遊戲桌、繪本都有，孩子們很喜歡，温泉泡池在陽台，很大，一家人足夠，孩子們玩得很開心～總體住的很滿意，有機會還會來～
