Got upgraded to a suite, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, complete with a huge bathtub. The window offered a fantastic view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and I was lucky enough to witness the 'Golden Mountain' phenomenon this morning. The afternoon tea was also a delightful treat.

The room was very spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear about a complimentary room upgrade. The staff at the front desk were all very kind and enthusiastic. They had a great attitude, proactively greeting guests and asking if anything was needed. The hotel is located down a quieter alley in Shuhe Ancient Town, but it’s still just a short walk to the main street. It's a very convenient place to stay if you're planning to visit Shuhe, Baisha, Wilderness of China, or Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Breakfast is served at the Alice cafe next door, which is only about a minute's walk away.

The environment here is great, a perfect choice for families and couples! The rooms are spacious and incredibly quiet. The amenities are also excellent, and you can even see the snow-capped mountains from upstairs. Cleanliness: The hygiene is top-notch; the staff cleans the rooms daily. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Lijiang. It's truly wonderful; I already miss it after checking out!

The breakfast featured freshly baked bread, which was perfect for children. As someone living in the city, taking a short break in such a garden-like environment was incredibly relaxing and comfortable.

Really amazing stay! Once I booked, they contact me for the ease of the communication. Helper will help to carry the luggage bags as there is no lift. Even friendly to guide me around. The location is so convenient. Walking distance to shuhe ancient town about 5minutes. Room also spacious and nice to stay. Stayed 3 nights here. So far the best stay I had during my yunnan trip.

Service: The service was excellent; they had the air conditioning on for us before we arrived, so it was nice and warm. Facilities: They offered freshly cooked rice noodles for breakfast and even provided afternoon tea. Plus, the observation deck at their main branch next door offers great views of the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunrise' (日照金山).

The staff were really enthusiastic and friendly, no complaints there. Plus, there's parking right outside, which is super convenient for those driving. My only major disappointment was that the faucet kept dripping all night. I couldn't figure out where the sound was coming from, and between that and a bit of altitude sickness, I barely slept. It really impacted my enjoyment the next day.

My family and I stayed here for three nights, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences of our Yunnan trip. The front desk staff were extremely helpful — they assisted with our luggage, gave clear directions to Lijiang Old Town, helped arrange transport, and answered every question with patience and friendliness. The hotel location is excellent, close to Lijiang Ancient Town with a peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, warm (important in cold weather), and the hot water worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable after long days of sightseeing. Overall, this is truly one of the best hotels in Lijiang, and I highly recommend it.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The person in charge of my room, "Xiao Su" , was extremely warm and helpful. Even when I messaged her late at night because of my travel schedule, she responded quickly and patiently. I was also worried about where to leave my luggage after check-out, and she helped me solve the problem right away. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, though the sink had a bit of water drainage issue. Overall, it was a really nice and cozy stay, and the location is very close to Shuhe Ancient Town. They also provide afternoon tea, which was delicious!

They updated my room to a super huge room without me asking. I appreciate the gesture, but this does not mean I am giving a good review. My room had a supposedly smart automatic toilet which didn’t work, and the toilet bowl is placed not in a convenient way. Beyond a nice looking hotel, what is more important is customer service and warmth. It seems their staff is lacking that, and the guy at the front counter just answers my queries very transactionally.

We booked 2 nights at first, then decided to extend another night upon arrival. Our designated butler 小麦was very friendly and helpful. She handles our luggage even we arrived early. She helped us when we faced problems with transport bookings. The rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast are provided and the food was nice with mixture of little western and local delights. (Food were served at their sister hotel. The sister hotel also worth to check out and stay) Yulong Snow mountain can be viewed on third floor with ample seating provided. Hotel location is walking distance (600m) from Shuhe Ancient City (束河古镇). A little bit about visiting months. We came on mid September. Most of times were cloudy without rains but view wasn’t that good. We were visiting a few place just to catch the summit view of Yulong but ended bit of disappointment. End October will be better month as in our friends described (He is there with families now). Lesser rain falls and coming to Autumn. Skies are perfectly clear. Don’t forget to check out the cafe and restaurant next to the hotel. Well,do text or call the hotel. They are happy to assist you, as we experienced.

The facilities were complete, the hygiene was impeccable, and the overall environment was elegant and comfortable, reflecting the owner's refined taste. The service was warm and attentive, especially the housekeeper, Xiao Zuo, who was diligent, responsible, meticulous, and reliable. The only minor issue was that the room wasn't very soundproof. Although the guesthouse provided earplugs, outside noises could still be heard.
