100% full marks! Staff are friendly, taking care every guests. For example, they arranged restaurant opening as early as 6am / breakfast pack for guests who must left hotel early in the morning! Meanwhile, they served afternoon set everyday, no matter how late u were back to hotel. Also, they arranged a car to send me to High Speed Rail station at 6:10am.

Location is good, right next to 黑龙潭. Walkable distance into 丽江古城. Aircon was down during the last night of the stay and staff 梁静茹 was very nice and tried her best to make up for it. Excellent service and response was immediate through their WeChat channel. Would come back again!

Hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. Just opposite to black.dragon pool park Nice spacy room and very well equipped Nice bed and nice breakfast , lovely staff And a great view from the rooftop They even give me some gift when i departed

Amazing location, right next to heilongtan. Service is amazing. Staff is excellent - especially Lei Lei and Liang Jing Ru were very amazingly warm and helpful all through our stay. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with good view. Very scenic. Most highly recommended.

I would say that this is a nice hotel. The famous Yulong snow mountain can be seen from this hotel in the seven floor with good view.

The room is nice and clean. We had somewhat of a view of the Wulong Snow Mountain from the room. The place is a little far from the sites by foot but it is a very quiet and chill area. The service is good! The buffet has an adequate variety of Chinese food.

The room is of a high standard. It is spacious and nicely decorated with a view of the lake and snowy mountain. It is extremely clean. There is a fridge and the television has many good free foreign movies. The service is amazing. I was offered free breakfast and free transport to the train station.
