Our 管家 妙妙 was the so helpful in helping us before/during/after our stay. She arranged for a free upgrade, and even a massive whole birthday cake. The hospitality from her was brilliant that we want to come back for another holiday. This place offers a lot of activities that you really don’t need to head out of the town. The best thing was following the hotel group to check out the sunrise at 玉龙雪山. Best dinner hotpot there as well.

We had an excellent stay at Jinmao Pureal Mountain Lijiang, with no complaints about the staff, food, or rooms. This 5-star hotel truly delivers 5-star service. The sunrise view from our room was breathtaking, adding a magical start to each day. Even when we requested buggy services to transport us between the main lobby and our block, the wait time was minimal, ensuring convenience throughout our stay. The high tea and breakfast provided were exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. As we stayed during Christmas, we were delighted to receive complimentary ham to accompany our dinner, which added a festive touch to our experience.

This hotel is the most worthwhile for the whole trip to Yunnan! Don't stay near the ancient city of Lijiang. The quality is generally low and commercialized. You must stay in Yuhu Village. It is at the foot of the snow-capped mountains. The environment is particularly beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle, and the transportation is extremely convenient. It is very convenient to take a taxi! This hotel is in Yuhu Village. There are many places to eat and coffee shops. The environment of this hotel is also very good, the decoration is perfect, everything is very new and smart, and the most important thing is that there are many activities, especially to feel the local culture, the service is also super in place, helping to move luggage throughout the whole process, very considerate, and there are free warm baby, raincoat, medical supplies, etc.! The hygiene is also very good! The hotel's restaurant is also quite good! A whole five-star hotel has a match, the experience is excellent!

The inn is located at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain. You can see the snow mountain when you get up and go out in the morning. The room has a bathtub. After climbing the snow mountain on the second day of the stay, it is very comfortable to take a hot bath and relieve muscle soreness. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide breakfast service. The boss said that breakfast has not been made since the beginning of the epidemic, so you need to walk 10 minutes to Yuhu Village for meals. There are also several snack restaurants in the village to choose from, and the food is not bad. But it is acceptable for this price. After all, the price of the inn in the village is more expensive. It is also very pleasant to spend half a day strolling in Yuhu Village and enjoying the quiet time.

The room felt a little small, but the overall hotel experience was very good, which made up for it. Seeing the bonfire in the evening and doing handicrafts in the craft room was a rare healing time in a long time. Everyone was very friendly, chatting and drinking, and everything slowed down. I miss these two days very much. I ate well every day, made a lot of handicrafts I liked, and brought some materials home for my children to make. I will come back again!

It is a rare luxury ranch hotel in Lijiang Yulong Scenic Area. It covers a huge area and has a great ranch landscape (the location of the variety show Taohuawu). The wind blows the grass and you can see cattle and sheep. The view is vast and full of spring. On a clear morning, you can see Yulong Snow Mountain from a distance, and at night, you can look up at the sky full of stars. The rooms I stayed in this time were the stable terrace room and the detached cottage. The facilities in the room were very hardcore, all first-line big brands, but there was still some smell after the decoration was not long ago. The only thing that was dragged down was the service operation team. Although a WeChat group was established and the service attitude was good, the service process and service details during the stay lacked professional training. The free items were real, but the management process and price did not match. I hope that the service level can be further improved, and I believe it is more worthy of recommendation to friends!

I spent a total of six days in Lijiang this time. Xuelu B&B is the most satisfying one. I have stayed in more expensive and cheaper ones. This B&B has the best and most humane service. The room I booked has breakfast and dinner, and the food is very good and clean. The spare ribs are better than what we eat in restaurants outside. Coffee and drinks are free all day. As long as you go out or come back, the people in the store will ask if you need coffee or dessert. If you don’t want to go out, you can send it to the room. The housekeeper will help with the luggage. If there is a problem with the room, you can call someone to deal with it immediately. There are singers singing in the inn at night, and you can drink coffee and chat. The room layout is very good, the room is very large, the facilities and equipment are very good, very clean, the room has floor-to-ceiling windows, the bedding is very comfortable, the bath towels are disposable and very reliable, the room also has a sound system. When you don’t go out, it’s very comfortable to sit on the balcony and drink coffee and listen to music. The water for taking a bath is also very hot. Their service is very comprehensive. At first, I was worried that the service was so enthusiastic that I would sell something. Later, I found that I was small-minded and it was just a simple service. The tourist routes and strategies introduced were also very practical and fun. The village where the B&B is located is also very quaint and unique. It is much more comfortable than the place where I stayed in Baisha Ancient Town. Baisha is also very good, but the traffic jams are very serious and there are a lot of people. This place is very quiet and the traffic is very smooth. I recommend that you come here to stay for two days. Both the B&B and the village are worth your experience.

I like the rich food here, including my favorite potatoes! I also like the beautiful scenery here. I can see the snow-capped mountains when I open the curtains and the beautiful clouds when I look up. I also like the small courtyard here, where I can sit and watch the distant Lijiang city view and the vast mountains and rivers. I also like the smart voice housekeeper and smart devices, which are super benefits for lazy people! I like the boss lady here the most. She is warm and generous. She likes to invite us for tea. She responds to our needs in a timely manner. The service quality is 100 points!

Self-driving tours are very convenient. The campsite is large and has beautiful scenery. Snow-capped mountains can be seen from the campsite and the room. The breakfast service is very good and can be delivered to the room at a custom time.

民宿在玉湖村比較高的地方，提前找老闆報備車牌號，車可以開到門口（衹不過路不太好）如果車沒能開上去的話，老闆也可以幫忙拉行李。在酒店的觀景台可以比較好地看到雪山，整個酒店比較新，比較整潔，老闆提供免費不限量的咖啡，味道不錯，床品也挺舒服的，還有一衹小乖咪可以擼。
