When the spring is warm and the flowers are blooming, I stayed at the Lover's Knot Inn. The cherry blossoms in the courtyard bloomed in the sun, and I seemed to have entered a paradise. The unique and warm decoration of the room allows me to sleep peacefully every night. The authentic sauerkraut rice noodles for breakfast are really delicious in the world, with endless aftertaste! Walking around in Shuhe, drinking a cup of coffee by the Qinglong Bridge, and eating a small pot of rice, let me temporarily forget all my troubles and sorrows, and look forward to coming to Lover's Knot again next time!

The inn environment is very good, clean and tidy, the staff is warm, the breakfast is great, very close to the center of the ancient city, very satisfied with a stay, highly recommended!

Before leaving, the boss contacted me to inform me of the precautions. We took the car to the gate of the ancient town. The boss rode a tricycle to pick us up. The road was really difficult to walk, and it was not easy to drag the box. The service was praised! The inn is next to Sifang Street in Shuhe Ancient Town, very central location, but the alley of the inn is quiet in the middle of noisy, and the room is not noisy at all. There are many flowers and plants, and the greenery is full of joy. The room is really like, very big, antique, clean, soundproofing is very good and will not affect the rest. There is a glass room on the top floor where you can enjoy the sun and drink tea. The boss said that you can make it casually. The tea is unlimited. The key is to see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It is absolutely true!

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s breathtaking beauty,a masterful fusion of Naxi heritage and modern elegance. The traditional architecture and graceful black swans gliding across the serene waters created an atmosphere of pure tranquility. Highlights of my stay included the complimentary Pu’er tea experience at Jinmao Ming,a delightful cultural immersion, and the peaceful boating on the beautiful lake . The spa’s signature massage was truly divine, leaving me completely relaxed. Breakfast was a standout, featuring authentic Yunnan specialties like fluffy baba rice cakes and aromatic rice noodles. While most dishes impressed, the bakery’s pastries could be more consistent. A special mention goes to the front desk team whose warm hospitality stood out. Emna provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail was perfect. For travelers seeking a harmonious mix of cultural discovery and Hyatt’s refined luxury this hotel is an impeccable choice.

First of all, the hotel environment is very good. There is a small courtyard right at the entrance, with all kinds of beautiful flowers planted inside. The room is also very clean. Secondly, the service is very considerate. The hotel provides breakfast and afternoon tea, as well as snacks such as flower cakes, American, and Tremella soup. It also provides portable ironing machines, etc. Overall, it is a very good experience.

Pullman Lijiang offers spacious rooms, but they feel dated. Carpets show wear and the LCD TV looks nearly ten years old—due for an upgrade. Breakfast is what you'd expect from a four‑star international hotel: decent variety and flavour, yet quality could be improved. The hotel sits about 20 minutes by car from Lijiang Old Town and roughly 30 minutes from the high‑speed rail station—convenient for travellers. During my stay, the hotel gifted me a bathrobe. Sadly, it arrived noticeably crumpled and appeared used, which detracted from the welcome. Overall, Pullman Lijiang is comfortable, but it needs attention in several areas.

The hotel is just next to BaiSha town, super convenient which car can access. Their staff is very kind and detail minded, even call us to remind us for airport pick up service at a special price. And also big surprise for an upgrade room. 小梅is always caring for everything we need all the time. She is shy buy but always shows her care and tried her best to help. Very appreciated. Just a concern about the voice control is not always works so just use back manual button is totally fine. Well done all hospitality and friendly syaff.

Price was cheap, location is closed to the ancient town but if you are coming in Didi, they cant stop in front of the hotel. Breakfast served with the usual Chinese breakfast also some toast. Generally the hotel room is huge and lovely. The only pull back is the staff who is sitting near the reception always looks very unfriendly and unapproachable. They said the room we book include free tea service but they did not offer it.

I was originally worried that the accommodation in the ancient town would be traditional, but I didn’t expect this inn to directly refresh my understanding of Yunnan homestays. The swimming pool + garden + Naxi style + caring service completely exceeded my expectations. It is the best choice for my next visit to Lijiang.
