The hotel has a great location, very close to Lille Europe train station. The staff allowed early check-in when the room was ready, which was very helpful. After check-out, we could store our luggage at the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a convenient hotel with good service and reasonable price.

The location could not be better. Only problem with the hotel the shower was not fit for purpose, and the heating wasn't very good. The maid made an excelent job of our room every day..

Hotel was clean and conveniently next to the shopping centre. On arrival, the night receptionist was a bit rude, but the staff at check out,a girl and a boy, were friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent stay

I had a very brief stay, checking in at 10pm and out at 7.30am, but the room was clean, bed comfortable, and the staff at the reception desk was very friendly.

A modern hotel close to the Eurostar Tarantino and ajsi the big shopping mall

The location is perfect for short stay or need to transit to other places by train. The room size is ok and I am very happy with it. Private parking is a highlight. Very easy to access with clear instructions. We could access to the hotel directly from the basement parking. Staffs were helpful too.

Basic accommodation, next to the mall, train station (2), and old town. Rooms don't have AC, so in warm weather is less comfortable. Easy check-in/out. Room looks like in the pictures. *picture shows view from the room towards the old town.

Extremely noisy and incondusive for skeep. Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The lifts make very loud noises throughout the night. You can hear next door's bathroom. Cupboard was dusty. I requested top floor room because I hate noises and they assigned me a room on the lowest floor. The staff didn't even bother explaining and were unfriendly, especially the guy who worked the night shift. Only good thing is its close location to the train station.

Very conveniently located, walking distance from Eurolille Station and also to city centre. They very kindly allowed me to check into my room earlier as there was a room available and I was able to rest and freshen up from early morning train travel. Deeply appreciated. Room is more spacious than expected. Enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended
