The location is great, the staff are kind and helpful.

Good location. Average facilities. Car park very hard to find and €17 per night.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the station and the center. The atmosphere is simple, a little "tired". There is a kettle and herbal tea. The room was given on the 8th floor with a view of the city. Friendly staff, you can leave things for storage after check-out.

The staff, location and service are all very good. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. It is not the hotel's problem, but the design problem.

I recommend this establishment. It is very well maintained. Clean and spacious rooms. Attentive staff. Ideal location for visiting old Lille.

A very good hotel, located next to the train station (a leisurely 5-minute walk), there are quite a lot of places to eat near the shopping center. The room is clean, cleaning is done daily. There is no water in the room. At night it is quite noisy due to young people walking around.

Right next to the European station, the location is extremely advantageous

Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. All staff very help and friendly. Very good value and with short distance of railway station and the centre of Lille. Lovely panoramic view at breakfast. My only suggestion is that for older people it would be useful to have a non slip mat in the bath and a handle. Highly recommend abs would definitely stay here again.

This is in a very modern area peppered with old buildings that give a lovely contrast to the unique modern architecture. There is a giant park right across the street that is very inviting and well-maintained. Most people in this area are walking and bicycling to and from work or having a meal or a drink outside on the main square. We are within a 2-minute walking distance of the Eurostar train station. Unfortunately, we were only here for one night, but Lille definitely deserves another visit to explore it more fully.

Perfect location for a short stay: very close to the train station and shopping centre, and just a short walk into the old town. All of the staff we met were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, so overall it was great value.
