Hotel Deoro

We needed 3 beds and got that. Adequate supplies. It just took a long time for the room to warm up. It was an advantage having a shared kitchen available.

Loved the customer service. The women at the front desk were very friendly. It's an older building. I can see where they've tried to update it. The rooms were clean.

We loved Lillooet , a stop on our way from Banff to Whistler . We actually had a very pleasant night in the town . It was perfect weather and we had a nice meal at the pub down the street . It’s a Very small town, but it was a great place to stop on our way to Whistler ,,,,,, if ,,,, you are laid back . The hotel is very basic, but safe and clean .

This is a hard review for me. The room, staff, and everything was great. I ended up leaving a bag in my hotel room and didn't notice until I had driven hours away. I called and they were very helpful in mailing my bag to me. I appreciated it very much. However, when I received my bag, an item had been stolen out of it. I contacted the hotel about it and got the run around, then I got the "language barrier" problem and on and on. After talking to multiple different people about it someone told me the owner was away for a couple weeks and would call me when he got back. No call was ever received, no apology was ever made, and no solution was ever offered. Now, weeks later, I have no desire to call and get upset over this yet again. It is what it is, but I do want to forewarn people about leaving their items at this hotel as someone there fully uses the five-finger discount. Super unimpressed with the lack of accountability or rectification for someone stealing a customer's items. I'll definitely never stay here again and let anyone I know to choose a different hotel. They received 2 stars because everything up until the theft, was a great.

I have stayed at this location multiple times, and will continue to book future weekend trips to this hotel. The location is good. Tv worked, but lack of channels. No big deal. The bathtub/ shower was warm/hot. The drain was plugged. Could use large towels. The room was clean and tidy. Staff was nice/friendly. Did not use the community kitchen. Overall for Lillooet, 4/5 stars

Clean rooms but could use some updating (bedding and blinds). There was very little toilet paper and only noticed late at night. Our room faced the rear side of the building. There is a park that had a large crew of homeless people partying until 4am with music cranked. I would avoid staying on the back side of the building if you can as I sense they are there all the time. Hotel is fine for a quick stay for the price but the noise from that park was really annoying.

Does the trick. Pretty dated, and average hotel above some businesses.

The property is what it what it advertised as. It is a conveniently located, with some dining options nearby. There was a table and chairs for dining. Towels were a bit worn but most were still usable. The only issue I had was we were there on a Friday night. The bar crowd was loud when leaving. Other than that it was good. Lillooet is a beautiful area.

It’s a decent room for the price but the tv doesn’t work and there’s only a little bit left on the roll of toilet paper with no spare roll!!!
