Greenhills Hotel Limerick

Lovely welcome on arrival from both receptionists. Room was lovely and clean. Shower was perfect. All the staff were so nice & friendly. The barman at the function I was at and the lovely ladies serving at breakfast. Great breakfast menu.

Fantastic hotel with a real family-led business. The hospitality shown at every level was impeccable. We were there for a sad occasion, but the team showed great respect and dignity was very evident. Our accommodation was superb and they'd even given us a welcome gift. There were some important shout-outs: Andrea on Reception, such a friendly person and thoughtful too - brilliant; Sonja in F&B - vigilant and on-the-ball with her customer service - much appreciated; Hugh - a real example of extending family hospitality - no wonder my mum & dad, my brother and sister have always loved The Greenhills and the ethos of the Greenhill family. This is a super hotel with great food and staff. Special mention to staff members Sonia, Lisa and Ben. Very easy to walk into the city. Comfy beds and quiet room.

I stayed on numerous occasions over the past few months for business. The staff I encountered went way above my expectations. I have to single out Lisa who took care of me at breakfast. She was so cheerful and ensured that I was always looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful family run hotel. Spotlessly clean and very polite and courteous staff. Breakfast consistently lovely and Lisa in particular attentive to guests. Have stayed there for business over the last eight months. Cannot recommend highly enough.

4 of us ordered dinner. The other 3 had theirs finished before I had to go and ask for mine. They gave me a coke as compensation, like I'm a child. For the record my friends got pizza etc that had to be prepared, I got roast beef, was served after they had finished and the staff didn't care one bit. Don't give them your money

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel during the marathon weekend. They kindly provided complimentary bottles of water for runners and arranged an early breakfast, which was hugely appreciated before race day. The staff were amazing throughout the stay — so friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Andrea from the front office, who was especially kind, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. Excellent service all around!

We stayed at the greenhills Hotel in May and we wer met with a lovely welcoming receptionist called karina , karina took care of our booking and explained everything to us. She told us all about the hotel and even showed us menu for the bar bistro, which one of our night we ate in the bar. The food was melt in the mouth. Karina told us all the places to visit in limerick and the wild Atlantic way. We had a great day. Special thank you to karina, and to the greenhills. We will be back,

We stayed here during a guided tour through Trafalgar. Location was out of the way of activities and restaurants. Breakfast was just ok. 5 stars go to the bartender Pat, who was the most interesting and observant bartender I’ve ever met. He sized us up quickly and accurately, was incredibly engaging and witty, and provided phenomenal recommendations on whiskeys for us to try. The prices were also surprisingly better than in town at a local pub for several of the selections.
