Convent Square Lisbon, Vignette Collection, an IHG Hotel

We stayed for 3 nights, we had a truly amazing time. The location,the staff,everything was gorgeous! Rooms were very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast had an excellent buffet plus hot menu upon request, staff were very attentive All in all a great experience

Great new hotel in an excellent location walking distance to many of the main attractions in Lisbon and easy access to public transit. The staff are friendly and professional and it is clear that they love their hotel. Wifi works great (I work on my vacations) and the rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful as is the rest of the hotel. Highly recommend taking advantage of the afternoon tea with a talk about the origin of the hotel and the many stories associated with it. Would highly recommend this hotel, particularly for couples (maybe not for families, but that could just be me).

The hotel is situated in the centre of Lisbon and is a tasteful development within an old convent building. The hotel is spotless from reception to top floor Gym/Pool/Sauna area and is very tastefully decorated. Every member of staff gave exceptional customer service and nothing was too much to ask. Our deluxe room was lovely with everything you'd expect from a hotel of this standard. The King Size bed was very comfortable, the bedding was amazing, luxury toiletries, a pay minibar and the aircon maintained a pleasant temperature. Although our room overlooked a side street there was no external noise. Finally, the included cold buffet breakfast was substantial with cooked options available at no additional. We also used the restaurant for an evening meal and again the quality of food was 10/10. If I ever revisit Lisbon this is the only place i'll stay.

My new favourite hotel in Lisbon. Top class staff, great attention to details with amazing historical value. Perfect place for a business trip or a holiday escapade as the location is outstanding. It will surely make a fantastic contribution to the 5* boutique landscape in Lisbon

Just returned from a 3-night break in this gem of a hotel. We were upgraded to a room overlooking the central courtyard meaning daylight flooded the room and what a room. Big, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a large waterfall shower etc. Excellent breakfast in the morning which we had under an offer of 20 Euros each. Hot and cold items available and of course Pastel de Nata. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff who went out of their way to help make our stay what it was. Brilliant. The hotel is centrally located and a 10-15 minute stroll to the sea front. Public transport is easy to use and you can walk around the city centre with ease. A must see is the church next door which the former convent was attached to. The central courtyard is a tranquil place to unwind with a drink after 15-20000 steps enjoying the sights of lisbon.

The prettiest hotel in the centre of Lisbon. Loved the courtyard for a drink and some peace and quite after a day in busy Lisbon. The spa area with Sauna abs plunge pool was highlight. All staff friendly and accommodating definitely will be back.

We stayed for 1 night after a cruise, this is one of the best hotels I have experienced in all my years, it was a sheer pleasure from start to finish staying here. The level of service, care and attention you receive is of the very highest standard, this applies to all members of the team we dealt with. Thank you for this. The quality of the rooms is evident, as soon as you step into it. It is very difficult to not have a great nights sleep here. I particularly loved the shower, which got you off to a great start to the day, particularly as we had a 6am start due to an early flight back to Edinburgh. Our stay at the Convent Square certainly gave us a fantastic end to our holiday, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you.
