the place is terrible, avoustic is bad, it's so noisy in the night, can hear people walking and yelling at the vicinity, even in the room, you can hear people walking around because of the thin wall and door. It was a dreadful experience. Room is utterly allow 1 person to stay. Not worth such cost and it can't be considered as hotel, it's merely a hostel.

Excellent location right at the city centre so shops and restaurants are all nearby, which is ideal!

This is not a quality hotel, but it is in a great location and if you understand something about the rooms you might find it ok. We booked a superior double room and firstly it is not a double bed. The hotel told me they do not have double beds in these rooms, they are all singles pushed together. Secondly there definition of ‘superior’ is that the rooms have been recently decorated and are superior to what they used to be. The reality is that they extremely small rooms, a hanging space either side of the bed with 3 hangers, no wardrobe and no drawer space whatsoever. I think for 1 night this is manageable. Beware some sites show this room with sofas and wardrobe’s- they do not exist as a double room. These are triple rooms and these rooms are more spacious and have a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Not all have sofas! I found all this out on a recent stay. I booked a superior double and the hotel moved me to a larger triple room. So good customer service. But in peak season I might have been stuck!

I made a reservation through your platform at the Duas Nações Hotel in Lisbon, but upon arrival, I encountered several problems with the assigned room. First, I would like to point out that the room does not match the description on the website, nor any of the room images provided. Below are the drawbacks: 1. The room is on a mezzanine, and half of the space is practically uninhabitable. 2. The bathroom has a sloping ceiling, making it difficult to use for basic needs! 3. The only window in the room is VERY SMALL and does not allow ventilation or natural light to enter. 4. There is no hot water in the room. The hotel's response is that the hot water on the 5th floor "is just enough." I have filed a formal complaint with the hotel given the circumstances. I would also like to highlight that the hotel staff treated me appallingly. They were very unfriendly and, on top of that, hesitant. Very disappointed. We would never do it again.

You really can't ask for too much at this price! The location is good, but you can't park in front of the door. There is a lift for luggage and luggage storage, but no washing machine facilities. The rooms are a bit small which is ok, but the bathroom is really narrow. I can't imagine how a tall and strong person would use it. The breakfast buffet is always filling, as long as the staff serves it on time. (I took this photo when I passed by the restaurant and there was no one there. Not bad, isn’t it!)

I didn't expect much because the reviews were really bad, but it was better than I thought. But there were so many ants that I couldn't even think about eating anything at the hotel. But the location is really the best.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a commercial street downstairs, but it will not be noisy at night. I arrived at the hotel early and stored my luggage first. The luggage storage place was in the middle of a staircase, which was a bit troublesome. I checked in at night and got a room on the top floor, but the elevator was broken. The guy at the front desk helped move the luggage to the fifth floor. It was very hard, but I had to move it down by myself the next day. I hope the elevator can be repaired as soon as possible. The room on the top floor has a sloping ceiling, so you need to bend down a little or you will hit your head. Overall it's relatively clean.
