Plus, there's a Freshippo (Hema Xiansheng) and a shopping mall right next door. A few areas for improvement: 1. The bathroom mirror defogger couldn't be turned off in summer. 2. The night light was poorly designed and too bright, which affected my sleep."

"The experience was extremely, extremely, extremely bad. The first time I came here, I was given a room near the elevator. I didn't get a good rest for one night. The next day, they said they would change to a quieter room. Then, it was so noisy under the motor on the roof. After staying for two days, they changed to a standard room. I was already very dissatisfied with this hotel, and then I was going to change hotels. Because I didn't get a good rest, I said I would check out later and I would be charged for the time exceeding the free time. But I exceeded the free time by more than two hours and was charged for half a day. They forced me to stay for another day. Then, the auntie was washing the carpet outside when I was still sleepy. It was so noisy. I was really convinced. The hotel is old and broken. This price is considered a good hotel here, but the toothbrushes and combs are very old and ordinary. The hygiene is also average. You have to sleep with a full body comb, otherwise it will itch to death. In general, the experience is extremely bad!"

"Entering the hotel, none of the waiters you meet will greet you. The first thing you see when you enter the room is a row of paid drinks under the TV and on the bar, and two bottles of small-capacity mineral water are given for free. At that time, I was thinking that this hotel was probably quite stingy. As expected, the child at home called the service desk to send two bottles of water, and then called the grandparents in the next room to order two bottles of water. As a result, the service desk actually said, "Why did you order water again?" A five-star hotel would treat a child like this, is it right? The hotel breakfast waiters all had iron faces, as if the guests owed them, and there was no spirit of active service. Is this the corporate culture of the hotel? The coffee delivered was cold. When asked if they had cappuccino, they said, "Isn't latte the same?" If not, then no, but are latte and cappuccino the same? The quality of toilet paper in the bathroom is very poor. I stayed in several hotels during this Lishui tour, and this hotel is not a little worse than Jinyun Jinjiang International Hotel. Also, although the Dongyang Guantianyuan Holiday Villa in Songyang County is not a five-star hotel, the hotel staff was very caring and attentive from the time we entered the hotel to the time we left, which made us feel very warm."

"It's close to the Guyan Painting Township Scenic Area, and the room is fairly clean. It's just that the air return vent of the air conditioner is very noisy, and the smell in the room is quite strong. I guess it's because it has just been renovated. We ordered food at the restaurant the night before. After ordering, the waiter didn't pour us water. After we waited for a while and reminded him, he brought us a pot of water, but he didn't even pour us water. I ordered a dessert and when I finished the meal, I asked about it. They said they forgot to tell us that it was sold out. Fortunately, a supervisor gave us a refill of mousse. I went there quite late in the day. The parking space in the hotel was very tight, so I parked in the underground garage designated by the security guard. As a result, there was no elevator left to go upstairs, so I had to go far away from the car entrance. The next morning, because the room was full the night before, I went to have dinner at 8.10. It took ten minutes to find a seat before I could eat. The experience was not good. Overall, I can only give it three points."

The location is remote, with few businesses nearby, making ordering takeout difficult. 2. Don't be fooled by the luxurious decor; the service felt more like a small-town hotel, lacking management. For example, takeout orders took half an hour to arrive, and corners were poorly cleaned. 3. The breakfast stall was disappointing; the omelets took an incredibly long time to cook and didn't even turn out well. In short, don't have high expectations, but you'll still have a great time."

The room needs more maintenance. My biggest complaint is the hotel's service philosophy and receptionist's language. We were three adults and booked a family room. Regardless of whether we wanted breakfast or not, they forced us to pay for breakfast for all three, even though the price only included two. Their attitude was incredibly blunt and unpleasant. Even after we paid, they repeatedly asked if we wanted dinner. We were already unhappy, yet they still wanted dinner. They have absolutely no sense of service... The owner is a very kind lady, but they need more training in front desk staff's service language. Breakfast was quite filling, though."

Speechless? I literally died laughing! What does it mean to follow common sense? ? I will call Ctrip later to complain! As for the noise, it's not just because the hotel is located at a busy intersection with constant traffic, but also because of the air conditioner unit that ran all night. Also, the landlines at the front desk and in the rooms are always busy; you can only call by mobile phone."
