From the 9th floor window, you can see a continuous range of mountains, like an ink wash painting of a blue-toned landscape from Jiangnan. The room facilities seem relatively new, and the mattress firmness was just right. The pillows were a little high. The room's color scheme was harmonious and natural, and the layout was comfortable. I especially liked the small round table, a perfect spot to have some tea and chat. There was one toothbrush left by the sink, which might have been left by housekeeping, so they should be a bit more careful with that. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money."

The quilt felt damp and the corners were moldy. I would never stay in this kind of room again. I didn't sleep well all night."

"Came on a business trip and stayed at Junlan. The service quality is good. The concierge moved my luggage, and the front desk lady was very gentle. The view is very good, the surrounding mountains are connected to the mountains, which is very spectacular. There is also a bathtub in the room, so you can take a bath! After the work negotiation, the client took me to Guyan Painting Village. It would be more convenient if you drive. "Entering the hotel, none of the waiters you meet will greet you. The first thing you see when you enter the room is a row of paid drinks under the TV and on the bar, and two bottles of small-capacity mineral water are given for free. At that time, I was thinking that this hotel was probably quite stingy. As expected, the child at home called the service desk to send two bottles of water, and then called the grandparents in the next room to order two bottles of water. As a result, the service desk actually said, "Why did you order water again?" A five-star hotel would treat a child like this, is it right? The hotel breakfast waiters all had iron faces, as if the guests owed them, and there was no spirit of active service. Is this the corporate culture of the hotel? The coffee delivered was cold. When asked if they had cappuccino, they said, "Isn't latte the same?" If not, then no, but are latte and cappuccino the same? The quality of toilet paper in the bathroom is very poor. I stayed in several hotels during this Lishui tour, and this hotel is not a little worse than Jinyun Jinjiang International Hotel. Also, although the Dongyang Guantianyuan Holiday Villa in Songyang County is not a five-star hotel, the hotel staff was very caring and attentive from the time we entered the hotel to the time we left, which made us feel very warm."

"There were many people during the May Day holiday. My room wasn't cleaned by 2 PM, so I need to pay attention to hygiene details; many areas weren't properly cleaned. The mountain environment was okay, but the area around the Little Cloud outdoor installation and pool was in need of maintenance. There weren't many recreational activities. Personally, I didn't find the food very good, and the breakfast wasn't very varied."

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in over three years of business travel. Highly recommended."

"The loft was nice, and the kids were happy. However, the smart speaker was a bit clunky; it could only turn all the lights on or off, not just the bathroom or hallway lights. You had to manually adjust it, and because it's a loft, you had to go downstairs to turn it on and then use your phone's flashlight to find your way back upstairs. Also, the air conditioner vents were directed upwards, and the layout caused hot air to accumulate on the upper floor, preventing airflow between them. So, people upstairs were stuffy and hot, while those downstairs were freezing. The breakfast experience was poor; the older gentleman kept complaining about how busy it was during the Spring Festival. His complaints lasted from around 7 am to past 9 am, he was constantly grumbling."

"This is a newly opened orange-themed restaurant, right next to Yintai Department Store and very close to the Chuzhou Prefectural Government Office. We went shopping in the evening, then browsed the supermarket in Yintai to buy some food for the next day. We were quite satisfied; it was clean. However, when we got back to take a shower, we almost slipped and fell. Water was overflowing from the bathroom, spilling all over the outside of the door. We put two towels outside, but they were soaked with water. The renovation inspection was a bit sloppy. The repairman was very kind; he came over, said it was the same room we had been in before, and he couldn't fix it that night. He brought five towels and cleaned it up for us. I didn't want to make things difficult for the repairman, so I later told the front desk about the situation."

"Staying in your hotel on this business trip was a memorable experience. Those thoughtful details cleverly transformed the tiring journey into a comfortable enjoyment. Entering the guest room, the space is spacious and clean, and all the items are neatly arranged. There is a USB port on the bedside table, which thoughtfully solves my urgent need for charging; the mattress has just the right support, so that my back, which has been bumping on the road all year round, finally finds a suitable place to relax. When I get up at night, the soft night light can automatically light up. A small light not only saves the pain of groping, but also adds safety and warmth. The next day, the restaurant has rich dishes and exquisite ingredients for breakfast. The hot food area is steamy, and the aroma of freshly baked pastries is overflowing; especially the bowl of hot porridge, the rice grains are soft and glutinous, the temperature is ironing, and a spoonful of it makes my stomach and intestines feel comfortable and refreshed. The waiter's eyes were sharp. Without my asking, he had already quietly removed the empty plate and added hot drinks at the right time. He was so considerate that it was almost silent. When I checked out, the front desk quickly handled the formalities again and sincerely asked about my stay experience. Those little details - such as the disinfected and well-packed bathrobes, the dry and clean floor mats in the bathroom, and the smiles of the restaurant serving special drinks - flowed slowly through my memory like a spring, moistening my dry heart in the rush. During this trip, I deeply realized that the real luxury of a hotel is not necessarily the accumulation of gold and splendor, but these seemingly ordinary but profound details. They silently permeate every corner, and in the rush of life, they quietly weave the relaxed warmth of travelers returning home."
