We feel so lucky to have come across Lixia and Sea Homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. What makes this place special for me is its sincerity. Every detail shows how much Lixia and Haibo want guests to feel welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely connected to village life.
The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera.
They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks.
What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.
The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Every small detail – from the welcome fruit basket to the cozy fireplace at night – shows how much love and effort this young couple puts into making guests feel truly at home.
If you want to slow down, eat amazing home-cooked food, have your trip professionally documented, and be spoiled by the kindest hosts (and their wonderful dog) in Zhejiang, book Lixia and Sea Homestay immediately.

The family wants to play mahjong and the owner of the hotel. The owner of the hotel went to the relatives' house on a rainy day. The mahjong table breakfast is also prepared. A lot of service is very good. Friends who come to Lishui can choose this homestay. Real test praise!

GGuest UserThe hotel is amazing, beautifully decorated, very well situated right next the cableway entrance, situated in a very lovely village, the view from our room was lovely and peaceful. The hotel is super confortable and very clean. But above all, what made our stay unforgettable was the very warm welcoming of the owners that made us feel like home. They were taking care of us like parents would do, helping us with many things, they were absolutely lovely. Will never forget our stay there, thanks to them for making our stay there unforgettable.

WWeiguo酒店位置好， 離松陽老城步行衹有10分鐘，到幾個古村落開車也不遠。酒店設施齊全，很新。前台小哥服務態度好、耐心細緻。早餐很豐盛。 酒店前後有兩個停車場，如果下雨還可以用地下停車場。衹是地下停車場的環境衞生不太好，出入口有點雜亂，希望能夠整改。

JJoanne KayYi Yuan Village is a quaint, peaceful and authentic hideaway in the mountains, away from the tourist crowds that cause chaos further down the valley back towards Song Yang City. It has a few homestays, ours at Yi Yin being the best and most recently opened. The host family (Ceng) is generous and hospitable, friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms were spotless and clean, nicely furnished and easy to reach, nearer the entrance to the village. All meals were freshly made with home-made or locally sourced ingredients, very tasty! They helped us arrange several day trips with an excellent driver (Xiao Bao) whom I also highly recommend. He can be contacted through the host family; he is popular, so I would suggest you request his services once you have confirmed your stay at Yi Yin. Yi Yin is well placed for visiting the surrounding area; there is daily, regular public transport to and from the village and surrounding countryside.

GGuest UserA great B&B with a great location. You can directly overlook the terraced fields. Choose a room with a higher location so that you can watch the sunrise directly on the balcony in the morning. It is very suitable for lazy people to watch the sunrise and then go to sleep.
The service is very thoughtful and considerate. They will help carry the luggage and introduce the room.
The room is very clean and tidy with complete facilities
The food is also very good. The barbecue set is very delicious.
There are two dogs in the B&B. You can pet them. They are very well behaved and cute.

GGuest UserI recommend everyone to stay at ”Ark on the Clouds Holiday Home”. You can watch the sunrise and sea of clouds while lying on the bed, and you can see the panoramic view of the terraced fields when you walk to the balcony. The store manager Lele is beautiful, friendly, and very nice. She helps take care of my baby. The baby likes Aunt Lele very much, and my mother also likes Aunt Lele very much. We agreed to come to ”Ark” again when the baby can walk by himself, grows up a little, and understands more. Sometimes, the meaning of travel is to broaden your horizons and increase your wisdom, to experience different customs and customs, and to see more possibilities in life; sometimes, the meaning of travel may just be ”encountering”, and that kindness and warmth can stay in your heart and mine for a long, long time. ❤️

BBillonesThis is a really great hotel, with luxurious decor and excellent service. The breakfast spread was fantastic. We booked one night and ended up extending our stay for another day. The only minor issue was the way they cleared tables in the restaurant after meals – it felt a bit intrusive. Why can't they place the collection points somewhere more discreet?

GGuest UserWe loved our weekend stay here as a quiet and green nature getaway from Shanghai (3hr train ride). We arrived late in the evening, but the provided taxi service from Qingtian was great (40mins, 80rmb). Our host Nancy was so sweet, spoke great English, made us wonderful coffees and even took us on a little tour of the village and vegetable gardens. The accomodation is in a small village with 500yo houses, where mostly elderly people still live. We went on two nice 2-3hrs hikes, to the waterfalls and temple and towards another village. Food was great too: lovely rice flake porridge and many other things for breakfast, free tea and snacks, and in the evening we got a lovely noodle soup. Our lastminute vegetarian request was easily accomodated. Bed and shower were lovely and a good heater was provided to warm the room. Would definitely recommend, we hope to come back in spring to see the flower fields!

1. I went to the room last night to open the projection and found that it could not be played. The front desk asked the uncle to see it and it was fruitless. The front desk lady helped us change a room. The attitude was very good. 👍
2. There was no call to urge check-out throughout the whole process, and the experience was very good. Give us two check-outs at the latest, because it was almost 12 o'clock to the hotel last night, and we also arranged not an elevator room and a tail room, so that we had a good night's sleep and were very considerate.
3. When I checked out, the smile of the young lady in the white shirt made me remember her, which made people feel better 👍
4. The room is very clean, the environment is very good, the facilities are very complete, and there is wireless charging. There are free snacks in the lobby. The only fly in the ointment is that there is one chair, two will be better 😊
