訂的房間無窗，睡前想換氣就開了空調，明明設的製冷結果凌晨被熱醒，室温33度都夢到自己去了沙漠而不是涼都！ 想打電話給前台，結果床頭的電話怎麼按都打不通，無奈從平台獲取的酒店電話手機打過去，投訴給前台，問房間電話到底是怎麼用的，結果對方回：你這不是打通了嗎？（這是一個酒店前台該有的話術？ 然後投訴空調，就告知現在衹提供暖氣….為何入住時不告知（無窗房倒是説了，但想着有空調無窗也無所謂） 8點下樓吃早餐，如圖所示空空如也，蒸包子從廚房拿出來還是涼的，如果還未能讓客人實用請放個牌子或者熱好了再拿出來。 取餐位置也是感人，粉面檔取餐口前面還有一排主菜，一堆人圍着等粉面，根本擠不進去拿其它菜和餐具，真的是毫無用户體驗可言。

設施：這個房型有很多設施，小細節，比如窗簾是可以遙控關閉或者手動拉一下就自動繼續關上的、我是到了後面才發現房間裏有個小愛同學，半夜嚇我一跳😅 衞生：在這酒店住好幾次了，到目前為止給我的印象都是乾淨衞生的，希望繼續保持哦！ 環境：現在樓下多了很多吃的，便利店，咖啡廳什麼的，比我第一次來多了很多。交通方便，不難找。 庭院大玻璃：這個風景看出去也還行，房間外面有個門能出去。沒拉窗簾，外面也能看到裏面，挺刺激的哈 服務：歡迎水果都有。找了前台要了幾次水了，主要是空調開的暖氣，嘴比較幹。 延遲退房至14點: 收拾的時候找東西沒找見，晚了點退房，還好延遲退房了

除了酒店位置好和前台服務態度好，其他一塌糊塗。 1.所謂高檔酒店，客房佈局與內飾就不過就類似於普通連鎖酒店，甚至還不如。 2.隔音差。旁邊住了户帶小孩的，7點不到就被吵醒，挪板凳、逗小孩，小孩苦笑聲，還不停的按電話免提，連每一個句話都聽到清清楚楚。 我是淺睡眠的人，床墊不是獨立袋裝筒，會互相干擾，側面都能摸到彈簧，床墊包裹性不行。 3.辦理入住，訂房贈送的下午茶和歡迎水果沒有説明，是入住後打電話詢問的;和前台反應因隔音差而擾民的問題，打了兩次電話約半小時才有改善，主動性和執行力有待改善。 綜上，嚴重懷疑這麼高的評分和星級怎麼來的？這個價位的房費，定其他酒店不香麼？來一次足以。

酒店位置方便好找，周邊吃東西很方便，前台小姐姐服務很好，問了很多問題也耐心回答，酒店客房衞生也很乾凈，房間比較舒適，早餐也很好吃，推薦哦
