I stayed here for the second time. My experience the first time was very good, so I extended my stay. The hotel's price/performance ratio is still very high. I looked at all the surrounding hotels and decided to stick with this Elong Hotel. The hotel is newly renovated and has underground parking. There are plenty of parking spaces at the venue for easy parking, and the trams are charged, which is very convenient. There is also free laundry and drying, so the clothes can be worn immediately. The breakfast room is also very rich, and the food is quite filling. There is everything you need for shopping around. Eat, drink and be merry. Quite enjoyable.

The hotel is right next to Tianmu Hot Spring. I stayed here with my parents and kids for two days during the May Day holiday. The hotel gave 2 hot spring tickets per room per night, a total of 8 tickets, and we soaked in the hot spring for two consecutive days. Good reviews! Parking is also very convenient at the hotel. There is a large parking lot at the entrance. It was not full during the May Day holiday. It was very large. When checking out, the front desk gave the kid a teddy bear and a souvenir.

The room was set half a month before the festival and the note was that the high floor was good for viewing. The 5th floor was finally arranged facing the lake. The viewing location was very good and I was very satisfied.
The hotel is old, but the maintenance is OK. The platform on the second floor is used to transform it into a children's play area and a small garden. The gym equipment is also very complete.
The breakfast room service is also very good, all of them take the initiative to help.
The only thing that is not very good is the sound insulation, the bathroom mouthwash sound room is clear, and the corridor sound is also clear.

The hotel feels very good, with high quality and low price. The receptionist Qian Yang was enthusiastic and offered free room upgrades. The introduction was very detailed and the breakfast was also very good. There are not many varieties, but they are all the best, and they are not cheap. They are enough to eat. We booked a private hot spring room. My friend said that the environment of the hotel is very good and the air is very fresh. Before check-in, the housekeeper contacted us in advance to check the reservation information. This is worthy of praise. After arriving at the hotel, the housekeeper personally checked in and sent us to the hotel. In the guest room, they thoughtfully turned on the air conditioner for us and introduced us to the hotel's information. When we walked past the reception desk, all the staff greeted us warmly. If you have any problems, you just need to tell the housekeeper on WeChat, and the housekeeper will answer us promptly. The room also comes with a large bottle of mineral water, which many hotels cannot do. We booked a private hot spring room, and there is a private hot spring pool on the balcony. You can soak in the hot springs without having to go to the public hot spring area and squeeze in with other people. My friend said that he doesn’t like bathing in public hot springs. The hotel has a windmill passage, which is lit up at night. It is very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. I also ate casserole fish head in the evening. The signboard here is worth trying, but I forgot to take a photo.

Basically, I have stayed in all the hotels in Tianmu Lake, including the independent B&B like Picasso. In summary, Yangxin Valley is the one with the best location and environment in Tianmu Lake, and it is very close to the commercial street and restaurants. The housekeeper service is very meticulous. I originally planned to stay for one night, but because the environment was so good, I stayed for another night. It happened to be the child's birthday. When the housekeeper was cleaning the room, he found that it was the child's birthday and specially prepared a cake for the child. It was so thoughtful. It was also very comfortable to make tea around the stove on the top of the mountain. The housekeeper of Yangxin Valley responded to various services very promptly. There is really no reason not to give it all five stars. I will go again next time.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

GGuest UserI booked a four-day, three-night stay at Zhuxigu Wenyue for my birthday. The housekeeper called and added WeChat one day in advance. I would like to thank the housekeeper Yang Heran for his service in the past few days. He helped us call a car, order a meal, and order a birthday cake. He would take the initiative to ask about the dining time and needs.
Room: The entrance is on the second floor. There is a long table for practicing calligraphy on the upper floor, and a corner sofa on the lower floor. There is a swimming pool and a koi pond on the lower floor, with eight koi. The room is not equipped with a TV. The front desk said it was first come first served, so the first thing to do when I entered the door was to add a TV. There is a pool aunt on each floor who will come to fill the water. There are disposable bathtub covers, and roses or mugwort bags are provided. Aromatherapy essential oils will also be lit. You can soak in the room beautifully. The Royal Water Hot Spring is really crowded on weekends. Toiletries are not well-known brands. If you are not used to them, you can bring your own. The mini bar is free every day. There is a refrigerator on each floor. Fruits are also provided on each floor every day. One plate.
Dining: Breakfast is average, there are few Western pastries, the only red velvet cake tastes good, the best is noodles, and there are a lot of toppings and soup bases. Dinner is highly praised. Both the food and service are five stars. The waiter Meng Xianqin is very enthusiastic and always greets with a smile. There was a male supervisor at dinner on the 15th and 16th who was also very good. I forgot to ask his name and cannot praise him by name. After eating the set meal for a few days, I wanted to change the dishes and he agreed immediately. There was no price difference. It was very humane. Longevity noodles and cakes were also provided for birthdays, and birthday decorations were also provided.
Activity: Experienced the nightfall ceremony in the evening, provided a special cocktail and some nuts, with a high alcohol content of 40 degrees, and the audience was a bit small. Listen to the story of Liyang. Visited Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The hotel provides VIP services charged per person, and there are set meals. If you don't go VIP, the hotel car can be sent to the entrance of Yushui Resort. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. It's not far. You can buy cable car and train tickets to plan the route and see giant pandas. This is not better than the experience in Chengdu. There are few people and you can stand at the front and hear the sound of pandas chewing bamboo.
Overall, it is highly praised by five stars. I have recommended it to my friends. It should be different when spring is warm and flowers are blooming.

We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

When you checked in, you asked the front desk if it included three breakfasts and told you the time~ But when I came downstairs in the morning, I said that no one had made breakfast because no one else was eating. They wanted to make some noodles for us~ and then gave us two bowls of noodles. Let’s give some to the baby. . Is it so difficult to just give a small bowl to a child? . It is recommended that if you are bringing children, you should bring some bread, milk, etc.~~
Before going to bed, I used a wet tissue to wipe away a lot of black dust~it is inevitable that the baby will fall to the ground

The most intuitive advantage is that it is very close to the scenic spot, and the hotel has sent a ground cable ticket. You can catch up with the small train and the ground cable all the way to see the pandas before the bus group goes up the mountain. After all, the two cat cubs are the sons of Figure 2 after noon.
The second is the private soup spa. My wife soaked for three hours and then praised it for three days.
The third is the chestnut roast chicken and pork ribs roast bamboo shoots in the Chinese restaurant. We also packed a special chestnut. In fact, there is no need to drink fish head pot. The breakfast and afternoon tea in the western restaurant (Figure 1) are not bad either. But for coffee, we both recommend the iced coconut latte from the automatic coffee machine in the lobby, and the coffee for breakfast is bitter.

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

GGuest UserThis is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

JJINGI wanted to go to Nanshan Bamboo Sea during the Spring Festival. I chose this hotel and bought a package. The price is very high. The hotel is very new and the service is very good. The housekeeper, Xiao Liang, contacted us one day in advance and waited for us in the lobby when we arrived the next day. Send your luggage to your room. Give a big thumbs up! On the day we went, their restaurant was holding an annual meeting, but the waiter was not unhappy or urged when we ordered dinner.
