The hotel is located in Zhuxi Valley, hidden in the sea of bamboo, with independent villas in the north and south. It is like a fairyland in the morning after the rain, and every corner is full of oriental Zen.
Room experience:
The room is 153 square meters, spacious and comfortable, with a hot spring and a swimming pool. The MINI bar is free, and Guangxi Bama 1000 ml mineral water is standard. When checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Guo (Guo Chengxiang) arranged a petal turndown service in advance.
Catering service:
There are many varieties of Western and Chinese breakfast. The package booked by Ctrip gave two meals. I thought the catering would be perfunctory, but it turned out to be amazing! Seasonal bamboo shoots, river shrimp, yellow croaker, Liyang special black rice, etc. are super delicious and memorable.
Details and highlights:
The front desk, restaurant, and room service staff all serve with a smile. Special praise should be given to the 24-hour private butler Xiao Guo (Guo Chengxiang), who was very considerate and responsive. I have to give him a thumbs up.

MM280605****A hotel with super high cost performance. I will stay here again if I have the chance to go to Liyang next time. Facial recognition check-in was very convenient. As soon as I checked into the room, Auntie Zhang Ying brought me fruit snacks and hot Tremella soup. The breakfast waitress Sister Du was very enthusiastic. The security guard at the parking lot gave me a surprise and helped wash the car. Takeaway food is delivered to your door by a robot. The children like the layout of the room very much, especially the smart Xiaodu to play with. Afternoon tea was also provided. The only drawback was that there was no reminder of the movie time, and when we wanted to go watch it, we found that we had to leave in the afternoon. Overall very satisfied.

We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

我是真的很好奇，老闆和工作人員有體驗過房間裏住一晚嘛😔另外大家的一致好評是真的麼…
先説優點：
1、客服服務到位，出行前有電話聯繫溝通。現場感受到都比較熱情，微信上諮詢周邊遊玩地，也給了比較好的推薦，讓我看到了美妙的湖景落日。房間裏，提供了零食水果，細節好評。
入住過程中遇到了些硬件的問題，客服小姐姐晚上也積極在處理，我也知道這不是主觀能改變的，積極處理問題我覺得是要表揚他們的。
2、園區環境很好，早上和晚上相對是比較安靜的，也是我一開始選擇的原因之一。而且可以餵魚喂萌寵，適合遛娃。
3，地理位置還算比較方便（如果自駕的話），離天目湖牌坊很近，周邊魚頭館很多。
再來説不足：
1、從園區到房間，一路上高地錯落的台階、地面不少，這類民宿像帶小孩或長者的家庭比較多，其實是有安全隱患的，很容易就不小心摔一跤。而且房間的廁所和浴室門口也有個檻，晚上起來是很難留意到的。
2、早飯選擇有限，但也能接受，反正就吃個飽的事情。
3、可能剛好遇到小童素拓團隊，小孩很多很吵鬧。我是奔着萌寵樂園和遊樂場來的，喂小動物大人和小孩都很開心，但剛好遇到一羣小孩子跑來跑去，特別吵鬧。遊樂場看着一個大男孩穿着鞋從滑滑梯上走下來，一羣人穿鞋在蹦床上踩，頓時就喪失了給寶寶玩的興趣，臟兮兮的。
4、房間的佈局構造有問題，浴缸在房間靠陽台位置，給娃洗個澡可能會濺滿地的水；浴室沒有置物架，換洗衣服放哪裡呢；浴室和床的位置衹有個架子格擋，沒有簾子（不知道其他房型格局是否如此），如果家庭出遊、娃大了的情況，父母其中一方洗澡出來不是會很不方便麼；投影安在床正對頭頂的天花板上，我是感覺這個東西有安全隱患的。
5、最後但是最重要，睡眠不好神經衰弱慎重考慮，帶寶寶也慎重考慮。因為所有燈按鈕在關閉後都會泛着黃光，而洗手枱的鏡子燈按鈕鍵無法關閉，大晚上泛着明亮的白光。一個我是有一點點光就睡不着的，另外我在家裡，寶寶睡覺是不放一點光的，而酒店晚上的光亮成這樣，我是來蹦迪的麼🙂↕️
房間説是全屋智能，但引入智能設備不是為了給人類更好的體驗嗎。現在就是為了智能而智能，被智能綁架。
前台小姐姐也想辦法在幫我解決，給我送標簽貼和眼罩，但標簽也透光，其實沒啥用，建議以後準備一些黑色膠紙吧。
認認真真地打了這麼多字，對比了國慶假期在其他城市住的1000+酒店，這裏的整體體驗讓我覺得不值這個價格。
可能心理預期是躺平在園區帶娃，安靜、遛娃、好眠，佔一個我都滿足了🥹

GGuest UserThis trip to Tianmu Lake was great. The hotel arranged for a butler to meet us before we set off and sent us the hotel location. The butler Xiao Chen was very considerate and enthusiastic. He was also able to help us upgrade the suite on weekends. It was also very close to Tianmu Lake, just a 5-minute walk away. If the Water World opens, we will stay there again. GGuest UserThis hotel was recommended to me by my sister. It is indeed very close to the scenic spot. 200 meters is actually very convenient! It is just at the corner downstairs! The hotel has three floors in total. There is no elevator. You have to carry your luggage up hard and no one will carry your luggage for you. It is different from the star hotels in China and abroad. However, the general scenic spot hotel is almost the same as staying for one day! The hotel waiters 💁♂️ are actually OK😌 But the hotel facilities and conditions are really not worthy of the price of 1100 for one night! And the sound insulation of the hotel is very poor. The waiters talk in the corridor, including the sound of talking and laughing when they come back upstairs at night! Our room opens the window and the ancient street is downstairs! My downstairs is Shanghai Aunt! Haha😆 The hotel breakfast is also very average, but there are still basic eggs, milk and bread! The bathroom door in the room needs to be opened sideways. The water outlet of the washbasin is very close to the pool. You have to tilt to wash a small cup. These designs are incomprehensible! Very inconvenient!

XXiaoshuruantangI was really satisfied. I came with my parents and saw the lovely giant panda house with a sweeping view of the bamboo forest. The floor-to-ceiling windows really gave me a peaceful feeling of living in the forest. The stay was also great.
