The hotel feels very good, with high quality and low price. The receptionist Qian Yang was enthusiastic and offered free room upgrades. The introduction was very detailed and the breakfast was also very good. There are not many varieties, but they are all the best, and they are not cheap. They are enough to eat. I will choose them again in the summer. You can also swim in the swimming pool🏊

This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.

It was a very good experience. After taking the children rafting, I chose to stay at the Marriott Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich in variety. There was also a gym and swimming pool. The front desk staff was very warm and friendly. I will come again next time I have the chance

I wanted to go to Nanshan Bamboo Sea during the Spring Festival. I chose this hotel and bought a package. The price is very high. The hotel is very new and the service is very good. The housekeeper, Xiao Liang, contacted us one day in advance and waited for us in the lobby when we arrived the next day. Send your luggage to your room. Give a big thumbs up! On the day we went, their restaurant was holding an annual meeting, but the waiter was not unhappy or urged when we ordered dinner. When I first arrived at the hotel, I felt that the hotel staff were very enthusiastic. Wan Junlan, the lobby manager, and Xiaoxue at the front desk arranged the check-in enthusiastically and meticulously. When you get to the room, the facilities are advanced, and you can use face recognition to enter and exit the room, so you don't have to worry about forgetting your key card. Service staff Wang Fei and Sun Deshu not only brought welcome fruit plates and desserts, but also carefully introduced the surrounding conditions, and the hygiene work was also meticulous. At breakfast the next day, Xiao He, the service staff of the Chinese food department in the breakfast room, was busy and helped to serve coffee and desserts. He was warm and thoughtful. The restaurant has a complete range of items, especially the special noodles and large intestine noodles, which are not available in other hotels. They are clean and delicious. When I went out to pick up the car, I found that the car had been carefully washed. Looking at the love card next to the car, it turned out that the security guard Wang Hongfu had already washed it. This stay made us all feel at home, and we will stay at Jinfeng Hotel next time.

On weekends, I took my baby to Tianmu Lake and Nanshan Bamboo Sea. My hometown was recommended by a friend in Xiangyang. The day I went there was still on the road, and the hotel manager Zhang took the initiative to call to inquire about the itinerary and upgrade the room for free. Hotel location is good, there are shopping malls around, it is very convenient to go to the scenic spot. Overall, the price is OK, it is recommended to stay.

Second time to stay here. Booked a double room with bathtub on balcony to enjoy hot spring in room. Hotel also has in-house a hot spring pool that you can use for a small fee. If you wise to splurge a little, suites with private courtyard and private onsen are available. Location wise, it is very near the Nanshan Zhuhai Park where you can see a pair of pandas. Service was impeccable. The butler Dai Dai even sent me some mulberries that she plucked earlier in the day, using a cute robot server. With the stay you get a RMB100 discount if you dine in and order their specialty, fish head in casserole. Strongly recommend for visitors to Liyang.
