Room experience:
The room is 153 square meters, spacious and comfortable, with a hot spring and a swimming pool. The MINI bar is free, and Guangxi Bama 1000 ml mineral water is standard. When checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Guo (Guo Chengxiang) arranged a petal turndown service in advance.
Catering service:
There are many varieties of Western and Chinese breakfast. The package booked by Ctrip gave two meals. I thought the catering would be perfunctory, but it turned out to be amazing! Seasonal bamboo shoots, river shrimp, yellow croaker, Liyang special black rice, etc. are super delicious and memorable.
Details and highlights:
The front desk, restaurant, and room service staff all serve with a smile. Special praise should be given to the 24-hour private butler Xiao Guo (Guo Chengxiang), who was very considerate and responsive. I have to give him a thumbs up.

After booking the date, the housekeeper Qianqian contacted me one day in advance. She not only sent a detailed activity schedule and hotel floor plan, but also carefully helped us upgrade the private soup room and booked a small banquet for the night. This kind of early connection service makes people feel at ease before they leave.
Perhaps because there were not many hotel guests in the middle of the week, the whole space seemed to be shrouded in a quiet atmosphere. After checking in, we simply strolled around the gym facilities on the first floor. The healing room was quiet and pleasant. Although the indoor children's playground was not used, it was also bright and warm. It can be seen that the hotel has carefully considered different customer groups. The lobby area on the second floor is more open. In addition to choosing a private soup bath bag, there is also a quiet reading corner and billiard table. The water drinking bar on the side of the hall can sit down at any time. The design layout of the entire hotel is closely related to bamboo, and the design is full. We picked our favorite private bath bag under the recommendation of the front desk and prepared to enjoy it at night.
After breakfast, walk outdoors, the sun shines through the bamboo leaves. The hot spring area is particularly cleverly designed the soup pools are hidden between the bamboo forests, which ensures privacy and makes the soup a process of dialogue with nature. The whole is really very, very satisfied, thank you again for letting us experience a comfortable birthday holiday.

There is also a free travel photo. Girls should like it very much. Haha. Shan Rui at the front desk contacted me intimately the day before I checked in. Not only did she plan a travel guide for me in detail, but she also carefully arranged the itinerary according to my needs. During the entire stay, she responded to messages very quickly and took the initiative to greet me every day. This kind of meticulous service makes people feel warm. However, when dining in the Chinese restaurant, I encountered a small episode. The restaurant told me that the restaurant was reserved at night. At that time, I was full of disappointment. After all, I came to Hantian just to taste the fish head soup that I had been thinking about. Fortunately, the lobby manager Ge Pengfei showed super high professionalism. He actively helped me communicate and coordinate with the restaurant. In the end, I got the delicious fish head soup as I wished, and the fresh and fragrant taste still lingers on the tip of my tongue. I sincerely thank Shan Rui, Ge Pengfei, and the shuttle bus staff. Their attentive service made this trip full of warmth and surprises. I will choose Hantian Yangxin Valley again in the future and recommend it to my relatives and friends!
