Tianmu Lake Hotel is located at No. 588 Yingbin Avenue, Tianmu Lake Tourism Resort, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is a five-star hotel with Tianmu Lake in front of the hotel. The hotel has a good environment and is clean. The lake view room we stayed in faces the scenery of Tianmu Lake. The air is good. Standing on the balcony of the room, I feel comfortable looking at the landscape lake. Tianmu Lake Fisherman's Head Soup, which was first created by the catering department of Tianmu Lake Hotel, is a major feature of the hotel. This time I came here to taste it. The fisherman's head soup tastes good, and I also tasted other varieties of dishes. The restaurant waiters are thoughtful and worthy of praise. The self-service breakfast restaurant in the hotel has a good environment, facing Tianmu Lake, with a variety of breakfast varieties, and Western-style snacks are worth tasting. The waiters are enthusiastic and caring for the elderly and help them deliver meals to the table, which is worthy of praise.

This is my third time staying at Hantian. Yangxin Valley is a great experience. The single-family villa is much quieter than the resort. As soon as I stepped into Yangxin Valley, I was instantly attracted by its beautiful environment. The interior decoration style adopts the new Chinese style, which is elegant and atmospheric. There is also a free travel photo. Girls should like it very much. Haha. Shan Rui at the front desk contacted me intimately the day before I checked in. Not only did she plan a travel guide for me in detail, but she also carefully arranged the itinerary according to my needs. During the entire stay, she responded to messages very quickly and took the initiative to greet me every day. This kind of meticulous service makes people feel warm. However, when dining in the Chinese restaurant, I encountered a small episode. The restaurant told me that the restaurant was reserved at night. At that time, I was full of disappointment. After all, I came to Hantian just to taste the fish head soup that I had been thinking about. Fortunately, the lobby manager Ge Pengfei showed super high professionalism. He actively helped me communicate and coordinate with the restaurant. In the end, I got the delicious fish head soup as I wished, and the fresh and fragrant taste still lingers on the tip of my tongue. I sincerely thank Shan Rui, Ge Pengfei, and the shuttle bus staff. Their attentive service made this trip full of warmth and surprises. I will choose Hantian Yangxin Valley again in the future and recommend it to my relatives and friends!

The hotel feels very good, with high quality and low price. The receptionist Qian Yang was enthusiastic and offered free room upgrades. The introduction was very detailed and the breakfast was also very good. There are not many varieties, but they are all the best, and they are not cheap. They are enough to eat. I will choose them again in the summer. You can also swim in the swimming pool🏊

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

The whole holiday of Qingming Festival is in the hotel, except for eating! The two-room villa with lake view must come, and will never regret it. The yard is super large and leads directly to Tianmu Lake. The scenery is beautiful. The key is that the two children can play in the yard and can be hosted. It is too hilarious! During the day, we went to ride horses, go-karts, feed small animals, bubble hot springs, basically we all went to play, people are OK, the queue will not exceed ten minutes, and the play is very smooth. In addition, the landscape of Mid-Levels Hot Springs is really beautiful. While soaking in the hot springs, watching the scenery, the helicopter overhead, very shocking. There are also shortcomings, there are many people on holidays, breakfast has to be queued, and there are many people. The hotel is located in Liyang New Town, with a superior geographical location. The city construction and the hotel are very new. Kiko at the front desk arranged a very nice room. The room was clean and hygienic. The check-in experience was very comfortable. Parking is free and the hotel is very convenient to enter and exit

The hotel room is very large. In the bamboo sea, we live on the first floor to enjoy the bamboo, and on the second floor to enjoy the mountain. The layout is reasonable and the environment is beautiful. It makes people feel very leisurely and beyond expectations! 👏The hotel also warmly arranged a housekeeper. Miss Kong Nan was thoughtful, warm and friendly. She introduced various services to us the day before check-in, and helped us book a restaurant and assisted in itinerary planning. During the stay, we were able to adjust various arrangements in time according to our itinerary, so that the entire itinerary was properly arranged! 👍The hot spring in the hotel room♨️ is worth recommending. It is very clean. You can make an appointment for the waiter to come to the door to drain the water. Choose roses🌹 or Chinese herbal medicine🌿, which is great! The food in Zhuxuan Restaurant is also worth recommending. Whether it is a buffet breakfast, a lunch set meal or a dinner order, we were not disappointed. Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.

This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰
