I have stayed several times at Vincent House and it is a welcoming, friendly, quiet, central, clean and value for money place within a short walk of the London underground. It is a quaint and somewhat old fashioned residence with outstanding views over a private garden in the adjoining square.

Great value, great breakfast, nice lounge area, free coffee and a resident cat who wanders around and sleeps by the radiators. What’s not to like . Will be returning. Great value and brilliant location two minutes from the tube. A hidden gem

1930s character hotel. Booked a “small twin room” and it was plenty spacious for my daughter and myself. Loads of storage/hanging space. Iron + board. Hairdryer. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Kettle etc. and a fridge. En suite was clean with a decent shower. Large lounge / bar with a snooker table and a large screen tv. Pantry with 24hr tea and coffee. Small but functional lifts. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice. Easy access from Euston to Notting Hill Gate tube which is 3 minutes walk. Definitely recommend it.

Lovely warm and welcoming staff throughout the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and informative. We were very impressed with the spacious comfortable bedrooms. We asked for twin beds and were given what can only be described as an apartment with two separate bedrooms. There was so much storage room and it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of food. Even the restaurant staff passed the time of day and engaged in conversation with us. We felt like valued customers. Whilst the bedroom has tea and coffee making facilities, there is also a separate kitchen just off the reception area where you can make tea, coffee, hot chocolate. There is also a drinking water machine. You can take your brew into the comfortable lounge which has plenty of seating area or go into the well maintained gardens. There is also a work area (desk, chair, power sockets) in the lounge for those that have a need to work and a snooker table which is well maintained for those looking to relax. The hotel was well situated for bars and restaurants and is near Nottinghill Station. Portobello Road Market is minutes away from the hotel and well worth a visit.

Excellent hotel, less than a 5 minute walk from Notting Hill Gate tube station. Bedroom was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would require. Breakfast was excellent though some vegetarian sausages would have been a nice gesture. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to London.

A great hotel. Comfortable well thought out spacious rooms. Very clean. Great breakfast ….and you even have a laundry room, big garden and common room and bar. Just a few minutes walk to tube and various bus stops. The manager, Lucia, is on top of everything..super efficient and so nice. Maria at reception is also very nice…all the staff is !! Price versus quality is extremely good. It feels like home.. I keep coming back and never regret it.

Thank you for accommodating us at Vincent House during our stay at Notting Hill. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Room was small but perfect and bed was very comfortable. Had all the facilities in the room that you needed. Lovely lounge and cat and breakfast was delicious. Spacious back garden and a very good coffee machine. Our accommodation was situated perfectly within a stone’s throw from the tube station and portebello road by lovely gardens. The only negative which unfortunately I have to mention (only because it is a health and safety concern) is that the water temperature in our room (no 127) was far too hold - scalding hot. I had a shower but and made sure the temper was at its lowest 38 degrees c but even that temperature was almost unbearable that I had to open the shower door partly to let some cool air in. (I did face the shower head to the side so it would go all over the floor). Apart from that, our stay was perfect. Thank you.

It is a very complete hotel, very clean, with a wide variety of food and located in an excellent location. The hotel staff is very polite and always makes sure that both employees and guests are always happy and comfortable.
