I picked the Moxy as I’ve had really good experience with this hotel chain in Cologne. On arrival was told that I had two bookings instead of one and they said I had to contact the 3rd party I had booked through to sort this out. The handwash dispenser in my room didn’t work so I got a replacement and then I discovered that the window was broken and letting in drafts & noise so they had to relocate me to another room at midnight.  The staff were helpful apart from my double booking and they also had a social event on so were offering a free cocktail in reception.

Yes a boutique style of hotel you think you're in the shower using the lift because of the decor. Industrial style of decor in bar areas.
Comfortable rooms though bathroom a bit small but adequate . Try and avoid rooms overlooking the railway it's very noisy with almost nonstop train's passing though quieter at night but only for a few hours.
Good breakfast if included in room rate but not worth paying the extra in my opinion.
Cleaning lacking in some areas room window particularly dirty and lighting shades in bar area higher up could do with a clean.

Nice location, rooms are clean and tidy. Few minutes walk to supermarket and train stations. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Excellent location, 3mins walk from Stratford Station and easy access to everywhere in London.
Room size is a bit small but manageable.
Surely will stay here again next time.

Not a luxurious hotel bit good and worth its £. check in counter is part of the bar counter on the ground floor.
The room was relatively small but clean. The bathroom was also small though clean. Dont expect 4/5 star hotel service though.
Overall hotel had a positive vibe to it. Location was also good. A three minute walk and you are at Stratford bus station and another three will get you to the shopping mall.
All in all, good for two pax and probably two nights.
